    Highly satisfied

    Despite it being a long time since my last stay, the staff remembered the requests I made previously. The overall atmosphere of the accommodation, the warm smiles of the staff, the calm and cleanliness of the room, and the meals were all very satisfying. In these times when labor shortages are often mentioned, I think it's admirable that they continue to maintain such elegant and high-quality service. I will definitely use this accommodation again. Thank you very much! (Next time, I'll try booking a higher-grade room.)

    The evaluation may vary depending on the Room.

    The room was on the east side of the second floor in a three-story Ryokan. The view from the room faced a concrete wall, making it dark even during the day as no sunlight came through. The Onsen is located on the second floor for men and on the third floor for women, but the men's Onsen also faces a concrete wall. According to my wife, the women's Onsen had a better view. The dining area is separated by simple fabric dividers for each room, but there were no windows in this space, giving it a dark atmosphere. The staff at the Ryokan were all polite and pleasant.

    Delicious meals and drinks.

    The Onsen is available anytime during your stay, from early morning until late at night. The meals were also very delicious. We enjoyed a tasting of three types of Japanese sake, and all were excellent. The staff member who served our meals was wonderful, making the experience even more enjoyable. We also had the chance to see the Iwate Sansa Odori dance for the first time, which was amazing. If you have the opportunity, we highly recommend experiencing it!

    It was just as the reviews said!

    I chose this place because of its good reviews, and the staff's thoughtfulness was exceptional. The meals allowed me to fully enjoy local specialties, and I was extremely satisfied! When I couldn't finish my last meal, I asked if I could eat it in my Room, and they kindly prepared rice balls with dessert for me to take back, so nothing went to waste. The hot water felt a bit lukewarm at first, but I was surprised as it made me sweat after getting out. It was great water, and the open-air bath along with the view helped me feel refreshed. I would love to visit again if given the chance. Thank you very much!

    I was able to relax.

    Although it was almost fully booked, the service was courteous and there were no concerns, allowing for a relaxing stay.

    Spirit of hospitality

    We were able to spend a relaxing time with warm hospitality. Although the amount of food was not too much, we were almost full after having dessert. Since it was a Sunday stay, there weren't many guests, which was fortunate as we could enjoy the onsen in the large bath all to ourselves. We are talking about coming back again someday.

    Excellent service and hospitality

    Every detail was thoughtfully attended to. The Room, bath, and other Facilities were clean and beautiful, which greatly pleased the foreign family. Various items for children were prepared in the Room and lobby (such as toys, step stools, and wipes). The meals were also creatively arranged, considering they were for foreigners. Although we did not make any specific requests, we were pleasantly surprised by the proactive hospitality, allowing us to have a very comfortable stay.

    Was it a special room?

    I stayed with my elderly mother, who has difficulty walking. Since a bed and a room with an open-air bath were essential, we chose a special room. I thought the hot water and hospitality were wonderful, but in other properties, special room levels often include additional amenities such as complimentary drinks in the refrigerator and upgraded meals. It seems the room is set up to accommodate up to 8 people, so I realized it was the room rate. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't grasp this in advance. Part of the curtain in the room was detached, creating a gap. I thought it was just detached, but there was no place to hang it on the rail side. It needs to be checked. Thank you for your hospitality.
