    Comfortable Room

    I stayed for two nights with four friends to play golf. As I had always wanted to stay here, the Room was clean, spacious, and excellent. I would definitely like to use it again.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near the station, perfect for sightseeing. Stylish interiors, and staying on the club floor grants access to the lounge where you can enjoy drinks, alcohol, and snacks. Highly satisfying experience!

    Is there no lounge?

    I was looking forward to the Plan with Lounge Access, but during the day there were both male and female staff attending. However, at night, only one female staff member was available to serve guests. The lounge was full, snacks were barely replenished and quickly ran out when they were, and even the wine ran out. For 3,000 yen per person... I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay and used it again the next day with the same disappointing results. I do not recommend the Plan with Lounge Access. The observation bath was also dirty.

    The location is exce...

    The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. Check-in is fully automated, including for those who have prepaid, giving it a Business Hotel feel with no sense of luxury. The shower holder in the bathroom of the Room was placed in an awkward position, making it quite inconvenient to use. Additionally, the air conditioning in the Room was not effective, and the side near the window felt uncomfortably warm. The lounge atmosphere was less than ideal as children were running around even late at night. The complimentary coffee beans from a famous Sapporo shop on the cross-floor left a positive impression. Although the breakfast venue felt cramped due to closely packed tables and crowds, the stylish presentation and well-curated lineup of dishes made for an enjoyable dining experience.

    A vibrant and stylish Hotel

    The staff are cheerful and friendly. It is a stylish Hotel. The Room is spacious and convenient. The large public bath and changing area are also spacious and easy to use. There is an adjacent multi-story parking lot. Its proximity to the station makes dining options easily accessible. The coupon received as a Diamond benefit could be used at nearby restaurants, which was great.

    Les Misérables Sapporo Performance

    I stayed at the accommodation for the Sapporo performance of Les Misérables. Although I booked a single room, I was given a twin room, which was spacious and comfortable. The underground walkway from Sapporo Station made it convenient and easy to walk even with a suitcase. Located near the Clock Tower, it was within walking distance to iconic Sapporo attractions such as the TV Tower, Odori Park, and the Red Brick Government Building. Above all, its proximity to the Sapporo Cultural Arts Theater was excellent. The onsen on the rooftop featured an open-air bath and was spacious and enjoyable. The ReFa showerhead and Dyson hairdryer were popular items that added a special touch for female guests. It was a very convenient and comfortable stay, and I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sapporo next time!

    I had a relaxing and comfortable stay.

    Stayed in the Cross Floor Deluxe Double for one night. The room, at 35 square meters, was spacious and had a comfortable layout. From the living room window and the view bath window, I enjoyed a great view of the TV Tower. Even from the king-size bed, I could relax while watching the tower, which was beautifully illuminated at night. However, I noticed some cold air coming in even when the air conditioning was turned off. The Meat Lounge on the 2nd floor offered delicious snacks and a variety of drinks to enjoy. Having chopsticks available might make it easier to eat. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. It lacked a sense of luxury with fewer options compared to before. I did enjoy the open-air bath in the large public bath on the 18th floor. With Diamond Member benefits provided as well, overall it was a satisfying stay.

    I enjoyed my stay.

    I had always wanted to stay at this hotel, and I was able to book the plan I hoped for, so I am completely satisfied! It was just as I expected. The bathroom in the room could have been a bit cleaner, but it seemed like natural wear and tear since the cleaning was thorough. As a woman, it would be nice to have individually packaged amenities—just a small luxury wish. However, with the thoughtful care of the staff and the stylish atmosphere of the hotel overall, I definitely want to stay here again. If possible, I'd love a multiple night stay next time.     This Hotel is perfect for experiencing elegance and luxury, ideal for anniversaries or special occasions. I love the atmosphere of the Room and the Hotel. The location is also excellent.

    This Hotel is a sure choice!

    The hotel was perfect for a trip to Hokkaido, with an excellent location close to tourist attractions. The club lounge and cost performance were great, and the variety of alcohol was impressive. A hotel worth repeating!

    During this season, mornings and evenings are still quite cold. Even with the heater set, only cold air comes out, which is very inconvenient. The front desk only apologizes. Parking is far away.

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    I stayed for a 2-night, 3-day trip to Sapporo and found everything to be "just right," making my stay very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The public bath was sufficient, but I think having a jet bath would make it even better. I would love to stay here again if I visit Sapporo in the future.

    As always, excellent service.

    I always choose this property as my regular stay when on business trips to Sapporo. I always find it excellent as a business hotel. I rated "Meals" as 3 because I didn't have breakfast this time, but I know it's delicious from previous visits. However, the bar was all-you-can-drink, and I couldn't have just one drink, so I had to go to a different bar each time. The facility is also new, and the location and service are good, making it an excellent hotel as a business hotel otherwise.

    Stable comfort!

    Whenever I stay in Sapporo, I always use this place. The reason I keep coming back is the outstanding stability and comfort! The response from the front desk staff is always excellent, maintaining a perfect balance of attentiveness, and the Room is always clean and pleasant. I was able to relax again this time. Recently, there have been more overseas guests, and it's a bit disappointing that the initial hidden gem-like atmosphere is fading, but I definitely want to use it again when I go to Sapporo. Thank you very much.

    Breakfast could be improved.

    Stayed for one night in the Cross Floor Heartful <with Lounge Access>. At check-in, I received the benefits of being a Diamond member, which was nice to use as a souvenir. The Room was a spacious 35 square meters with a bathroom that included a washing area. The view from the bath was enjoyable, with a beautiful view of the TV tower. The lounge on the 2nd floor was accessible, offering light snacks and drinks/alcohol. I didn't use the large public bath as it was crowded with inbound guests. As for breakfast, it felt disappointing with a limited selection. It seemed to be more delicious when it first opened.

    Thank you for your hospitality.

    We stayed with 6 people for a family trip. My 4-year-old granddaughter wanted to make a snowman, so we decided on a trip to Hokkaido. While many lounges do not allow small children, our Hotel allowed them, so we enjoyed the lounge as well. We also made a snowman in the square in front of the Hotel. The eyes were made of chocolate, and a very cute snowman was completed. It would have been nice if everything ended smoothly, but I lost the card case with my driver's license, causing trouble for the front desk and room staff. Although it was not found in the end, thank you for searching so hard. We will use your services again when visiting Hokkaido.

    The chairs and beddi...

    The chairs and bedding were comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. I was disappointed because I went with the image of a lunch buffet for breakfast. However, the taste was delicious. As a local resident, I didn't feel any particular uniqueness. I felt that if there were handrails in the open-air bath, it would be safer for bathing, making it easier for the elderly and disabled to enjoy, which might increase the number of users.

    Hokkaido Gourmet Tour

    We used the hotel for a food tour trip with our family of three. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff we passed in the hallway were very pleasant in their greetings. The lounge staff were also kind, and the selection of drinks and snacks was excellent. However, the male staff member who guided us at the restaurant during breakfast seemed careless. We requested to be seated separately for the three of us, but when we said we would wait for a table for four to become available, our request was not accepted, and one person had to skip breakfast. The room was well-designed with no wasted space, which was very nice. We will use the hotel again. Thank you very much.

    The Room was smaller...

    The Room was smaller than expected, but it was compact and easy to use. The breakfast was all delicious and satisfying. I tried ramen salad for the first time. I would like to use it again when I visit Sapporo.

    The front desk is excellent, but the lounge is disappointing.

    Arriving early in the snow hoping to at least leave my luggage, the front desk staff kindly provided me with a towel and a heat pack right away. They also allowed me to check in, as the Room was ready. Having walked in the cold and wet, I was truly grateful. On the other hand, when I visited the lounge around 8 PM after returning from outside, the food in the cooling case seemed like leftovers. The focaccia that was so delicious the last time I visited was already gone, and there was no restocking. Since it was cold outside, I wanted something warm, so it was very disappointing.

    I would like to use it again.

    The breakfast buffet was excellent. The soup curry was delicious. It was convenient to be able to check the congestion status of the large public bath from the Room. It would have been even better if there were tools to wipe the floor of the dressing area in the bathhouse.

    Absolutely satisfied with my stay after a long time away!

    Last time, during the COVID period, I remember you upgraded our breakfast. Since then, I’ve been coming to Sapporo about twice a year and trying different hotels, so this was my first stay at Cross Hotel in three and a half years. The calm Room was spacious, and the sink area, bathroom, and toilet were separate—very convenient and spotlessly clean. It’s not an Onsen, but the large public bath felt great on my tired body after hiking. With the Diamond member benefits as well, it was excellent value for money and I’d happily stay again. I also appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail in the email confirming my Reservation comments.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    The location was convenient, being close to Sapporo Station and tourist spots like the Clock Tower. The room was stylish and clean, and I was particularly pleased with the spacious washroom and bathroom. I enjoyed making specialty coffee with the in-room coffee set. There was also a clean and spacious large public bath, which allowed me to relax and unwind. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very delicious. The staff were kind and spoke gently to my children, providing very friendly and warm hospitality. I was thrilled to be able to purchase souvenirs within the facility with the Diamond benefits gift. I would love to stay here again when visiting Sapporo.

    The hotel is conveniently located on the street with the Clock Tower, making it easy to access even with a rolling suitcase from Sapporo Station. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and right in front is the Snow Brand Parlor. The front desk is on the second floor of the hotel, and amenities can be picked up in front of the desk. The twin room has a unit bath, and it's just about okay to open a suitcase. There are two chairs and a table, water, coffee, and green tea or black tea? I think they were there. The air conditioning works quite well. The lounge service is a delight for drinkers, and I enjoyed sparkling wine with focaccia, truffle oil, and potato salad. With the Diamond benefits, I received coupons usable at nearby restaurants, and I visited a recommended bakery where all the bread was delicious, making me feel grateful and happy. The bath was refreshing, and I could see the Clock Tower, which was pleasant. I would like to visit again to enjoy a long bath while viewing the Sapporo Clock Tower and to try the parfait at the Snow Brand Parlor and the quaint Japanese restaurant next to it, which I missed this time.
