    It was close to the ...

    It was close to the station and very comfortable. I also found that you can get to and from the station via the underground passage from near the Hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful, and I would like to stay at this Hotel again when I visit Sapporo! Breakfast was delicious too. Thank you very much.

    It was a wonderful trip.

    The location was convenient, within walking distance of Sapporo Station and close to the Susukino area. Breakfast offered such a wide variety of ingredients that we couldn’t finish everything; the salads were fresh, and I even had seconds of the soup curry and left completely full. We’d love to stay here again on our next family trip.

    The location was great.

    I got lost trying to come via the underground walkway from Sapporo Station, so I ended up going above ground. It was close! It was very convenient, within walking distance of Odori Park and Susukino. I’d love to stay again next time. The bath area was crowded and there weren’t many showers, so I had to wait to use one. The lounge was relaxing, and both the drinks and food were delicious. The shiokara I had for breakfast was especially good. I bought some shiokara to take home, but the one I had at the Hotel tasted better. I really want to have it again, so if possible, could you tell me the manufacturer’s name? Thank you in advance.

    Conveniently located near the station, with the Clock Tower also nearby!

    Within a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, and also close to the Clock Tower, it’s an ideal location—especially for first-time visitors to Hokkaido! The interior was modern and stylish, and the space was truly wonderful. We stayed here for a special anniversary, and we sincerely appreciate your kind and attentive hospitality!

    I’d love to stay here again.

    For my first trip to Hokkaido, I chose Cross Hotel Sapporo as my Accommodation in Sapporo. The reasons were its location, the option to choose a Room with separate bath and toilet, and the availability of parking. After actually staying there, it was truly wonderful. It’s a Hotel conveniently located near Sapporo Station for sightseeing. I visited the Clock Tower and TV Tower, had dinner in Susukino, stopped by Seicomart on the way back, and returned to the Hotel—all within walking distance. From check-in to check-out, the staff handled everything efficiently, so there was no stress. On top of that, everyone was very kind and welcoming, which made me feel warm inside. The parking attendant was also very helpful. The Room was very clean; the pajamas were a separate top and bottom (important!), and best of all it had no odors (most important!). There was also a mirror about B5 size among the amenities—I didn’t use it, but it looked convenient for makeup. It was very quiet as well, so I could rest comfortably. I booked with breakfast included, and it was so delicious with such a wide variety that my companion regretted not being able to try everything in just one night. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when I visit Sapporo next time.

    It turned into a wonderful anniversary.

    This is a Hotel with a stylish exterior. We stayed on a high-floor level with lounge access. It was great that children were welcome, so our whole family could enjoy the lounge during our stay. The selection was excellent for spending time with kids—apple juice, orange juice, cookies, chocolate, and more. We’re really glad we chose the high-floor Plan for our Room. We were truly impressed by the service and thoughtful touches: a celebratory message and gift for my wife, a carefully curated in-room coffee set, and the large public bath on the top floor. Thank you very much. They also prepared a sofa bed for our child, so everyone could relax comfortably in the Room. For breakfast, we visited around 8:00 after a morning walk and it wasn’t particularly crowded. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and efficient, the venue was spacious, dishes were replenished quickly, and everything felt very comfortable. The authentic soup curry was outstanding. It’s close to Sapporo Station, the Clock Tower, and the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building—an ideal location for sightseeing. We also used taxis; they arrived right in front of the Hotel immediately. This is a Hotel I would definitely recommend. We’d love to stay again as a family on our next trip. Thank you again.

    The location and the large public bath were great.

    After sitting on an upholstered chair, I developed many small bumps on my bare legs where they touched it. I wish there had been a lint roller, but because of the odor I couldn’t wear the roomwear to sleep, so I laid it down and sat on it.

    A stylish Hotel

    The Hotel felt very clean and gave the impression of being new. There is a multi-story parking garage behind the Hotel, so guests using a rental car can feel at ease. A short walk brings you to many dining options nearby, so finding dinner is not a problem. Although I’m not familiar with the area, the Hotel building is relatively tall and easy to spot while walking, so I didn’t get lost. There were more international guests than expected, and the breakfast restaurant was noisy. It wasn’t an atmosphere where you could eat calmly. The selection wasn’t very large. I usually prefer bread in the morning, so it was disappointing that there weren’t many kinds of bread. The build-your-own ramen seemed popular, and there appeared to be plenty of Japanese-style side dishes. I was happy to be able to drink Katsugen again after a long time. Both the public bath and the Room were dark. The Room felt smaller than expected. For a moment I was startled thinking the public bath might be visible from surrounding buildings, but when I asked a staff member who came to clean, they told me it’s glass that cannot be seen through from outside, which reassured me (of course!). All of the staff greeted us with smiles and provided polite service, which left a very positive impression. Thank you very much.

    Stay 3 nights for a great deal!

    This was my first trip to Hokkaido. Since I planned to mainly explore central Sapporo, I looked for a Hotel close to Sapporo Station and stayed here for three nights. I was able to get from the station to the Hotel without getting lost. I chose a Plan with lounge access, so it was great to enjoy alcohol and soft drinks every day. The food selection was somewhat limited, but since I could stay for three nights at a relatively good price, I was satisfied overall considering that. Having a large public bath was also very appreciated. It helped me recover from travel fatigue. It wasn’t crowded, easy to use, and felt clean. The Room was spacious enough for one person, and the bed was large and comfortable. However, it was inconvenient that there wasn’t a stand or rack where I could place my luggage. Overall, I’m very satisfied. When I visit Sapporo again next time, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for everything.

    Golden Week stay

    Used during Golden Week. Thank you for upgrading our Room. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, and it’s very convenient with Soup Curry Suage and the conveyor-belt sushi restaurant Nemuro Hanamaru nearby, plus a great matcha shop in the next building. Breakfast doesn’t include sashimi or salmon roe, but they do have soup curry and miso ramen, which I recommend. We look forward to staying again next time.

    Lounge Access

    I made a Reservation looking forward to using the lounge, but the menu stays the same even on a Multiple Night Stay, items often run out, and there are few seats—when it’s busy, you may not be able to sit. If your expectations are high, you might be disappointed. There are many nearby izakayas with very cheap all-you-can-drink options (including Sapporo Classic), so if choosing a lounge-included Plan increases the Room rate, I felt dinner at a neighboring izakaya would be a better choice. The twin Room with the lounge Plan was spacious and clean. The bath was also great. Next time, I probably won’t add the lounge.

    Heavy Snow

    Check-in was smooth and self-service, which was great after being exhausted from train suspensions and significant delays. The shower in the toilet seemed to not respond well. I love this Hotel for its large public bath and convenient access from Sapporo Station. I will use it again.

    Stylish Hotel

    This reservation was for a special anniversary. I had been interested in this stylish hotel for some time. Every detail, from the elevators to the front desk, made each moment enjoyable. The view from the large public bath was excellent. You can even see the clock on the TV tower, making it a relaxing experience to unwind. Located behind the Clock Tower, its convenient location made getting around very easy. The staff's service was excellent, and I would love to visit again.

    Room for a Good Night's Sleep

    We visited expecting a spacious 44 square meters. However, with the bedroom and guest room divided to the right and left upon entering, it didn’t feel particularly large. We didn’t use the front bath as there was an Onsen available. While I usually sleep well, my wife mentioned hearing creaking noises and couldn’t rest properly. Upon inspection, we noticed that the door to the bedroom on the right side of the entrance was a sliding door using a hanging mechanism. For some reason, when left unattended, it would sway slightly and touch its frame, creating periodic small noises. To stop this, we layered some tissues to prevent movement. Unfortunately, we forgot to mention this issue when checking out.

    The staff provided excellent service.

    Stayed for a business trip. Conveniently located near Sapporo Station and Susukino, yet in a quiet area. The Room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated the availability of drip coffee. Enjoyed the complimentary meals at the lounge as well as the breakfast featuring local ingredients and regional dishes, which were delicious. The staff provided excellent service when I requested courier assistance, which was very helpful. Overall, it was an excellent Hotel with no complaints. I would love to stay again.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    The bath was excellent. The large public bath and semi-open-air bath on the top floor offered a great view and were very relaxing. Additionally, the bathroom in the Room was surprisingly spacious for a Hotel of this class, complete with a washing area, making it very comfortable. Having both options felt like a bit of a luxury. One thing I noticed about the Room design was the lack of a writing desk, but if the Hotel is not targeting business travelers, that makes sense. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I ended up eating too much! The grilled hokke with miso sauce and Kitahakari potato with butter and salted squid were particularly tasty. Even desserts like tiramisu, coffee jelly, and soft serve ice cream were abundant—very impressive! The lovely scent lingering in the front floor area also left an impression on me.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    The breakfast quality was excellent. Refills were quick, and the staff's attentiveness was impressive. Both the foreign and Japanese staff at the front desk left a good impression during check-in and check-out. However, I was disappointed with the location of the Room assigned this time. Being right in front of the elevator, I could hear foreign languages being spoken until late at night. The sound of doors opening and closing from neighboring Rooms also echoed, making me feel like it might be a problematic Room. The public bath was crowded, so I couldn't relax there, but since the bathroom in my Room had a home-style design with a washing area, I opted to take a shower in my Room instead of using the public bath in the morning—so it wasn't an issue for me. If possible, having Dyson hair dryers in Rooms would be appreciated! Considering cost performance, my satisfaction level is high; however, next time I'd prefer to choose a Room farther from the elevator. The location near Clock Tower is convenient as well! Parking was easy to access for both entry and exit; however, near checkout time there were overlaps with other cars leaving—so it's better to allow extra time when departing. I plan to include this hotel as one of my options for future stays. Thank you very much!

    Sapporo Stay

    Thank you for the room upgrade. The public bath was not crowded, and I had a comfortable stay. However, the room's air conditioning only had a cooling function and could not be switched to heating, so it felt cold at night. Sapporo in October is indeed chilly.

    Hokkaido Trip

    A conveniently located Hotel near the station, perfect for sightseeing. Chosen for its three proper beds, it provided bathrobes which were handy when heading to the bath. However, there were limited places to hang wet towels, which was a bit disappointing. After sightseeing, we enjoyed delicious Hokkaido snacks and drinks in the lounge.

    The staff are very polite! I'm glad I chose Cross Hotel.

    Having separate bedrooms and living rooms is perfect for us as a couple. Plus, you can use the lounge! For those who enjoy drinking, it's excellent value for money!

    Excellent service

    A simple check-in Hotel, but the front desk service made me feel like I was at a luxury Hotel—truly impressive. The Room was also clean and exuded a sense of luxury, which was wonderful! ※It might just be that I missed it, but I don't think there were cosmetics or lotions available at the amenity bar. I'm glad I brought my own from home. ※The public bath was spacious and great; however, even though it is open until 25:00, around 24:45–24:50, staff started saying "Sorry, it's time to wrap up," which felt a bit rushed. Even in the changing room, they pointed to the clock and asked us to leave by 25:15. Since I wanted to enjoy such an amazing bath until the last minute and planned to use the hairdryer in my Room afterward anyway, this felt slightly inconvenient. That said, considering its value for money overall—it was absolutely worth staying here! Next time I'll consider adding breakfast as well. Thank you so much!

    Affordable and Relaxing...

    I always stay here when I visit Sapporo. It's affordable and comfortable, with the added bonus of enjoying drinks and snacks in the lounge at night. The bath on the top floor is fantastic, especially the semi-open-air bath where you can relax while gazing at the beautiful sky. The service is not overbearing, making it a pleasant experience overall. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Sapporo.

    My favorite Hotel, but...

    When touching the inside of the bathtub in the room, I noticed some rough spots and decided to start with cleaning it myself. Had I been filling it with water without noticing during previous stays? Or has cleaning become less thorough than before? The room itself was nice, but unfortunately, the view from the window was terrible (I believe only two rooms in this building face that direction). Since I love this hotel, I wish there had been a note about this on the site.

    Accommodation in Sapporo after a long time

    I visit every year to watch the Fighters' games, but since moving to Escon, I’ve mostly stayed in Shin-Sapporo or Chitose. This time, I decided on Sapporo and chose this Hotel after reading good Reviews and finding a great deal for a 2-night stay. I wanted to visit the public bath but was too tired; however, my husband mentioned it was slightly lukewarm, so I'll rate it a 3. That said, we were very satisfied with the front desk service, breakfast, and Room. However, we had trouble finding the Hotel entrance. My husband and I thought it would be easier if there were signs with the Hotel name and arrows at the parking entrance. It’s hard to navigate in urban areas by car since Hotels are often inside buildings—some clear markers would help. We’d love to come back again if we have another chance!

    Overall, it was great.

    Despite the recent trend of hotels asking guests to check in via machines even when staff are present, this Hotel had a staff member kindly guide us to the front desk when we attempted to use the machine. The breakfast selection exceeded that of a typical Business Hotel. Unlike many Business Hotels that mainly offer carbohydrate-heavy options, this Hotel provided plenty of protein choices. Although it was crowded, there were enough seats available, so we could sit down quickly. When my husband got injured and required an ambulance, the staff responded promptly and efficiently. After returning, they lent us an ice pack and proactively offered assistance, which was very helpful. Thank you very much for your support!

    Comfortable Room

    I stayed for two nights with four friends to play golf. As I had always wanted to stay here, the Room was clean, spacious, and excellent. I would definitely like to use it again.

    Conveniently located near the station, perfect for sightseeing. Stylish interiors, and staying on the club floor grants access to the lounge where you can enjoy drinks, alcohol, and snacks. Highly satisfying experience!
