    The hospitality is excellent.

    Just stepping inside, I was thrilled by the wonderful space. The cleaning was thorough, and it was so clean that it felt good to walk barefoot on the tatami. Above all, the staff's courteous service and smiles were excellent. There was a minor issue, but they responded immediately, so I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. In the bathroom, they frequently checked the towels and cleaned, showing their attentiveness. The food was also amazing, with each dish prepared with care, conveying a sense of hospitality. It is a wonderful property where you can feel that all the staff genuinely want you to have a good day here, making me want to visit repeatedly. I can confidently recommend this property as a place worth staying!

    Thank you for welcoming us with smiles and providing kind service. The dishes were lightly seasoned, enhancing the flavors of the ingredients. I felt a sense of local pride with the use of many local ingredients.

    Longing for Onshin

    I had always admired Onshin, and it was a wonderful property as reputed. I was healed by the smiles of the staff and the onsen, savored the delicious cuisine, and relaxed in the lovely room, and time passed by in an instant. I hope to visit again someday. Thank you very much.

    This is my favorite Stays.

    I have used this place several times and have been able to enjoy a relaxing time in any season. I also used the baths at Otani Sanso. The meals were delicious, of course, but the bar lit up at night was also fantastic. I think I will use it again.

    I stayed with my eldest son, who returned home after a long time. The service provided by everyone was pleasant, and I was fully satisfied. In particular, the service from the gentleman who took care of us during dinner on the first day was impeccable, and I was very pleased. The dinner dishes were full of creativity and freshness. Previously, I had requested in a review that "I hope you strive to ensure the quality and quantity of dinner are not inferior to other accommodations," and I was surprised by the response, "Other guests are satisfied, and we also offer large portions." However, this time I enjoyed the meal. If I had to say, the grilled rockfish at breakfast was hard and difficult to eat, and the taste of the simmered dishes and yuba could have been improved for even greater satisfaction. I will visit again. Thank you.
