    Satisfying Room Bath

    I was able to spend a relaxing time during my second stay. The private space and the Room's bath are very nice. The amenities are well-equipped, allowing you to spend most of your time without leaving the Room. Recommended for those who want to spend more time in the Room. The food gives the impression of quantity over quality. It was disappointing that the tea served at breakfast had become lukewarm.

    It was such a wonder...

    It was such a wonderful Property that I would want to stay here once a year. Staying in the villa was exceptional and gave a special feeling. Having a butler present provided a great sense of security and was very reassuring. At night, we ordered a Western course meal for around 5000 yen at the regular dining area. The portion was just right, and it was incredibly delicious. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    The private pool is excellent.

    This was my second stay. Last time, I stayed in the Room closest to the entrance, and this time, I stayed in the Room farthest back, which had a slightly different atmosphere, but both were spacious and comfortable. Since it was mid-October, the pool was not heated, but I still enjoyed it comfortably. When it got a bit chilly, I used the jacuzzi to warm up. Due to the season, there were a lot of fallen leaves in the pool, which was a bit bothersome. During my first stay, I was simply amazed by the pool, the spacious Room, and other aspects, but during my second stay, I evaluated things more calmly. First, regarding the free drinks in the Room, there was only one bottle of mineral water per person. Since I rehydrated every time I used the pool or Onsen, the water ran out quickly. Although I had it replenished during meals, I would prefer if there were two bottles per person from the start, or even a 2-liter bottle of mineral water, especially since there is a coffee machine. While all alcoholic beverages are charged, given the price, I think it would be nice to include at least one local beer per person. I did enjoy the champagne provided as a Diamond Member benefit, though. The most concerning aspect was the food. For dinner, I chose shabu-shabu served in the Room. Overall, it was satisfactory, but the thickness of the meat was inconsistent, with some pieces so thick they seemed more suited for sukiyaki. Additionally, the lighting in the Japanese-style Room where I ate was too dim. I would appreciate it if it could be brighter or adjustable. For breakfast, I ordered a Japanese meal via Room service, but I was puzzled by the absence of miso soup. I was told to enjoy tai chazuke (sea bream with rice and tea) instead, but while it is also a soup dish, it is a different type of meal, and I felt that a Japanese breakfast without miso soup was lacking. The dishes were ordinary and not particularly impressive. I could do without the natto. Since I came to experience something extraordinary, I hope this can be reconsidered. I even thought that a buffet might have been better, even if it meant dealing with noisy families with children. That said, the private pool is a unique Facility that is hard to find elsewhere, so I will definitely return.

    Simply put, it's truly the best!

    I had a truly wonderful experience! My family wanted to go to a pool, so we chose a property with a pool, and it was truly breathtaking. First of all, the room was as spacious as a single-story house, offering an unparalleled sense of luxury. There are two bathrooms and two toilets. Although the property seems to have been around for a while, everything is clean and convenient to use. The pool, which was our main purpose, is very large, allowing four people to swim freely. It was very relaxing. We also appreciated having an inflator for the float in the room. The butler was really kind. We arrived early, and they allowed us into the club lounge, carried our luggage to and from the car, and even placed it in the room beforehand. Moreover, when we handed over the paper bag containing a cake, they took care to provide plates, towels, and cutlery for the cake in the room. It was truly touching. The staff who handled our in-room dining and futon arrangements were attentive and pleasant. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were very satisfying in taste and quality! Especially the breakfast included in the plan was substantial, with Japanese breakfast featuring sea bream sashimi in the morning! The Western breakfast was simple yet carefully prepared, with handmade sauces and dressings that were wonderful. Although we visited for the pool, we ended up loving the property itself. I want to visit again soon!

    The pool is spacious! The service is courteous! Excellent service!

    There are many rooms with a pool, jacuzzi, open-air bath, Western-style rooms, and Japanese-style rooms, which is satisfying. Unfortunately, because it is spacious, the pool walls were peeling, dirty, and there were many trees and insects. I would be happy if you could put a little more effort into maintaining the plants. The room is spacious, and with high ceilings, it provides a calm atmosphere. The customer service was excellent. The staff in charge of Kamogawa-kan Bettei La Shoro always asked if there was anything we needed help with and encouraged us to speak up. Their explanations were also polite and wonderful. I really wanted to eat garlic rice, and when I asked, they made it specially for me. Sorry for being selfish. Thank you. It was very delicious. I would like to stay in a different room next year. Thank you.

    The Facility was particularly disappointing.

    Regarding the Facility, the humidifier had no water refill and was dirty inside. The coffee maker's instruction manual differed from the actual product, making it difficult to use. In the bathroom, the bathrobe was worn out, and someone else's rubber band was also found. In terms of service, the butler's service was as expected and satisfactory.
