    A wonderful Hotel friendly to pregnant women and families with children

    Stayed at the accommodation after visiting DisneySea during my 7th month of pregnancy. Based on a review mentioning "pajamas are usually one-piece, but they provided pants upon request," I requested pants for two adults when making the reservation. Shortly after completing the reservation, I received confirmation that they would be prepared, and on the day of our stay, everything was ready in our room without any issues. I was slightly worried about whether it might feel tight around my pregnant belly, but since the pajama pants had an adjustable loose elastic and drawstring design, there were no problems even with a larger belly! I highly recommend requesting pajama pants in advance (as there may be limited availability, it's best to ask early). The bathroom in our room was spacious, and the toilet had automatic lighting—very satisfying facilities overall. The warm-toned ambiance added to a completely complaint-free and delightful stay! The next morning we had breakfast at Fantasy Dining. My husband ordered sweet potato French toast while I chose dressed omelet. Although I've heard that Fine Terrace offers an incredibly extensive buffet selection, I personally enjoyed Fantasy Dining's style of choosing delicious main dishes! Overall, it was an excellent stay!

    Lovely Room and a re...

    Lovely Room and a relaxing large public bath. Even after enjoying Disney, we were able to surprise our grandchild, making them happy and bringing us joy. The staff provided kind service, for which we are grateful.

    First stay! Very comfortable!

    Thank you for creating such wonderful Disney memories for us! We wanted to stay in a cute Room for our children and searched various nearby Hotels, but this was the most affordable option, so we decided on it. It was our first time staying here. The Nordic Hygge Room was adorable, and my daughters loved it. Also, having breakfast in a buffet style (except for the main dish) in the lovely restaurant Room made for an amazing experience. The Hotel staff even prepared seats for my daughters' Disney plush toys, showing exceptional hospitality! In the afternoon, we also used the lounge where popcorn and chocolates were provided for the kids while adults enjoyed coffee at leisure—it made our last day truly perfect until we left in the afternoon. The Hotel's official Disney souvenir shop had seasonal park-exclusive items as well, and with friendly staff members, every detail of our stay was incredibly enjoyable!

    I want to stay here again.

    The room was upgraded to a slightly larger Room, but it was supposed to be a sea-facing Room, which was a bit disappointing. However, we were able to enjoy the fireworks from the Room, which made up for it. The bathroom was spacious and nice, but the weak water pressure was a downside. Breakfast maintained its usual high quality and was very satisfying. One thing that caught our attention before sleeping was a cracking noise from above the bed—what could that have been? All in all, everyone’s honest impression is that we’d love to come back again. It was an enjoyable stay!

    I might not stay here again.

    I stayed in a room on a lower floor. The room was generally clean, but upon closer inspection, there were hairs and dust on the carpet, and the bathroom had red mold, which made me feel the cleaning was insufficient. The most disappointing part was the dinner buffet. The timing of my visit wasn’t great, as it was close to closing time, but most of the dishes were cold, and items like fried food and pizza were so hard they were almost inedible. I ended up leaving most of it. The desserts weren’t tasty either. Considering the high price and that it’s an official hotel, I had higher expectations, but the quality didn’t meet them. The breakfast buffet wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t something I’d want to eat again. However, the Maihama pudding was incredibly delicious—I ate three of them. Overall, the hotel was underwhelming, and I don’t think I’ll be returning. The service, though, was good.

    I recently stayed at this accommodation and had an absolutely wonderful experience. First, the room was spotless and meticulously maintained, allowing for a very comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff's service was exceptionally polite, and I felt their warm hospitality from check-in to check-out. The breakfast at the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious options that truly impressed me. The location was excellent, providing a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility for relaxation upon returning to the hotel. Having stayed at numerous hotels before, I can confidently say this is one I would love to visit again. It’s an accommodation I would wholeheartedly recommend to friends and family alike!

    The Hotel stay was enjoyable, but...

    Stayed with a plan that included access to the lounge and Rose Spa. The lounge offered a relaxing and quiet space. The spa featured a sauna and jet bath, which helped relieve my tired body. As I had plans the next day, I requested to have my luggage shipped home. At the time of handover, I specifically asked staff not to stack anything on top as there were fragile items inside. However, when the box arrived, it was crushed due to other items being stacked on top of it. Since it contained goods and souvenir snacks, I hurriedly checked inside but couldn't open the gift bags meant for others to confirm their condition—leaving me deeply disappointed.

    We stayed here for our second night of our Disney trip. It was our first time staying here. The bus to the Hotel was easy to find right at Bayside Station. We were shown around the Hotel right away, and whenever we seemed unsure, the staff noticed immediately and asked if we needed help—the service was excellent. The Room was standard but clean. The amenities were well stocked, and I was pleasantly surprised to find face masks and foot sheets. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and my family enjoyed it too. One downside: a few kids’ trays still had some food stains on them, which was disappointing. Since a parent accompanied them, we took trays from the bottom of the stack instead. On the other hand, used dishes were cleared promptly, and overall service was good.

    We stayed as a family of three after visiting Disneyland. The circular and open design was very pleasant. There were convenience stores and shops inside the accommodation with a wide variety of items, so we purchased souvenirs there. The spa was available for an additional fee, but this time we used the bathroom in our room, which had a spacious and convenient bathtub. Next time, we would like to try the spa.

    We stayed in a Room for four people. The staff were very helpful in various areas, and their wonderful service made us very happy. We had breakfast, and everything we ate was delicious. While I think a 5-star rating is deserved, I gave it 4 stars to leave room for even greater service and enjoyment in the future. We will definitely stay again!

    Breakfast at the restaurant "Fine Terrace" was delightful with a great sense of openness and excellent dishes. The Room was prepared on the 11th floor, offering a stunning panoramic view, which made me very satisfied. I would love to use this service again if I have the chance.

    Very satisfied with the hearth floor.

    I experienced the Fantasy Stay Plan for the first time on the Hearth Floor. I was looking forward to breakfast at the Fantasy Dining, but everything else exceeded my expectations as well! Check-in was conducted in a dedicated space where I could enjoy a drink, which was very helpful after being exhausted from the heat. The room amenities were abundant and excellent. At the large public bath, bath towels and face towels were provided on-site, along with facial wash, lotion, cream, and hair care products. The bath wasn’t crowded; the jet bath felt amazing and relieved my fatigue from Disney—no muscle soreness even on the following days (laughs). We also used the lounge in the evening and enjoyed delicious Mitarashi dango. For breakfast, our family of four chose French toast and omelets as our main dishes. Both were hearty portions and absolutely delicious! It was my first time having such fluffy French toast in my life! From our room, we had a great view of Space Mountain under construction! We could also see "It's a Small World" beyond it as well as Resort Liner trains passing by—we enjoyed this view with our children. I would love to stay on the Hearth Floor again in the future!

    A Moment of Breakfast

    I chose omelet rice for breakfast and informed them that I couldn't eat chicken, but it was still included. Even though I clearly communicated this, they didn't remove it, which was disappointing. The walls in the Room were also peeling, so overall, it didn't leave a very good impression.

    The accommodation was very satisfying.

    The facilities in the room I stayed in were excellent. The washroom, bath, and toilet were all great. The washroom had a large mirror and was very convenient to use, the bathtub was spacious and allowed for a relaxing soak. The toilet was equipped with the latest features, and the entire room was spacious, which made my stay very satisfying. The front desk staff provided kind and attentive service. Thank you very much!

    It was a fulfilling stay!

    Symphony Room (Lower Floor/No View) (Twin) accommodation was more spacious than expected, with a large and clean L-shaped sofa, making for a comfortable stay. The public bath was also clean, and since it required an additional fee, it was not crowded, allowing for a relaxing experience around 10 PM on a weekday. The breakfast buffet was held in the center of the first floor with a large open atrium, providing a very spacious dining atmosphere. It might be one of the venues with the highest ceilings among breakfast buffets I've experienced. The staff provided exceptionally kind guidance throughout our stay.

    On your birthday

    Stayed here for a birthday Disney trip. Unfortunately, the check-in process was completed without much explanation about the facility. Also, the pillows had an unpleasant odor. It left me feeling uncomfortable overall. The smell was what bothered me the most. Additionally, I was surprised by how expensive the takeout bento available in the room was. I don't think I'll stay here again...

    The bed was different.

    When reserving, it was stated that additional regular beds would be provided for three people instead of extra beds, which is why I chose this place. However, it turned out to be smaller-than-usual extra beds. I was very disappointed.

    It was worth more than the price.

    I used a Plan with lounge access for the first time. The Room had a great view, and the bathroom with a washing area was excellent. I also used the large public bath, which was very clean and comfortable. During cocktail time at the lounge, I felt there were fewer meal options, but the extended hours and the staff's kind service made up for it. The Beauty and the Beast theme was also lovely. Breakfast was in a semi-buffet style, which we found very satisfying. Since there were three of us, we each ordered different dishes, and everything was delicious. If this Plan is available again next time, I would love to use it again. We had such an enjoyable stay—thank you very much!

    A larger room than the reservation

    I was pleased to be upgraded to a larger room than the one I reserved. All the staff were polite and provided excellent service. The room had a kettle and tea packs, but it was a bit disappointing that there was no water. I also appreciated the set of skincare products provided.

    This is my second stay.

    I stayed with my young son for a Disney trip. Our luggage was delivered for free from the Welcome Center at Maihama Station to the hotel, and we could also complete the check-in process there, which was very convenient. We stayed in a Harmony Room on a weekday without meals, and the price was very affordable. Although I didn’t expect much of a view, we were on a higher floor and had a beautiful view of the sea. The room is slightly dated, but the bathroom and toilet were very clean, and amenities were well-stocked. There is a bakery on the first floor where you can buy items to enjoy leisurely in your room. I would love to stay here again when visiting Disney!

    We had a wonderful Golden Week stay.

    Good Points: All the staff, including those at the entrance, reception, and restaurant, provided exceptionally polite service, making the Hotel feel like a dreamland! Bad Points: This is regarding the table seating at the restaurant. We used a window-side seat visible from the entrance of Fantasy Dining on the 2nd floor for just one day. Unfortunately, this seat was in full view of all guests entering through the entrance as well as staff and other guests passing by and looking into the restaurant. This made breakfast that morning feel a bit less relaxing. Other than that, I was very satisfied with everything from the taste of the food to how all staff members handled their service.

    We stayed in a room ...

    We stayed in a room with a park view this time. The spacious room was perfect for relaxation, and using the spa helped clear the fatigue from our long car journey with its large bath. At night, we could even enjoy fireworks from our room, making it a very satisfying stay. We also had access to the exclusive lounge and enjoyed delicious French toast for breakfast! My husband said the omelet he had was also tasty and visually appealing. We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much!

    Breakfast is excellent! Access from the sea can be a bit confusing.

    Stayed after a visit to DisneySea. I understood that the shuttle bus departs from Bayside Station, but I didn't realize I needed to take the Disney Resort Line from DisneySea to get there, which caused some confusion when leaving the park. It would have been helpful if the access route was explained more clearly. The Hotel itself was excellent, and this was a repeat stay for me. The breakfast buffet was delicious and truly rejuvenated my tired body!

    It was a wonderful day.

    I had stayed here before, and this time I booked the accommodation to get Donapal merchandise. Fortunately, I was offered an upgrade and got to stay in the only Japanese-style room. I enjoyed relaxing in the hinoki bath and was happy to sleep on a futon instead of a bed. The view was on the park side, offering various sights, and it was fun watching the monorail pass right below. I also loved the breakfast, so I definitely want to stay again!

    Perfect for a relaxed and mature Disney experience.

    Stayed for an adult Disney experience in my late 40s. In the morning, I left my luggage at Maihama Station, enjoyed the park until around 4 PM, then returned to the lounge for a light snack before heading back to my room for a remote meeting. After the meeting, I had dinner at the restaurant, followed by coffee in the lounge. Back in my room, I enjoyed the park's night view and relaxed in the bathtub. The next morning, I had breakfast in the lounge before leisurely checking out and heading back to work in Tokyo in the afternoon. The light snacks and breakfast at the lounge as well as meals at the restaurant were all delicious and satisfying. The various services provided for enjoying time at the park and access to amenities like the lounge were incredibly helpful for an adult Disney experience. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to enjoy more time at Disney!

    We have stayed here several times when visiting Disney. Each time, we enjoy the luxury of dining at the round restaurant with buffet options for both dinner and breakfast.     It was a very beautiful Hotel.

    Stayed for one night during a visit to DisneySea. The room was on the ocean side, offering a great view of the Skytree and Tokyo's cityscape. It was nice to relax in the lounge, but the light snacks during cocktail time were too few, which was a bit disappointing. If it's called "cocktail time," it would be better to have more snack options. The half-buffet breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Having a large public bath is a plus, but it’s unfortunate that it’s only open at night. It would be great if it were available in the morning as well.
