    I can’t wait to visit again.

    We planned a “family reunion” trip at the end of summer vacation and stayed at Maihama View Hotel by HULIC, Hearth Symphony Room—absolutely the right choice. Since it was our grandchild’s first time in Maihama just after turning one, we didn’t go to the Disney Resort; instead, we caught a glimpse of Disneyland’s “Reach for the Stars” from the Hotel, and the adults enjoyed the large bath and sauna. We also really enjoyed the lounge, which was available from 12:00 on our arrival day until 4:00 p.m. the next day. In central Tokyo Hotels it can be difficult to bring a baby into a lounge, so we chose Maihama this time, and everyone at this Hotel was truly kind to our baby—we were very grateful. Since there were four of us in one Room and a baby crib wouldn’t fit, we requested bed guards; when our grandchild got excited and kept moving around and we spoke with the front desk, they even surrounded two beds with bed guards for us. The amenities were excellent as well—bath salts, face masks, and more—making it a wonderful break for our daughter who is raising children. We’d love to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

    Seniors can stay with peace of mind.

    This was my first stay at an official hotel. We had some time before afternoon tea, so we were using the lounge, and we were accompanied by an elderly guest. The staff kindly arranged for us to enjoy afternoon tea right there in the lounge, which we truly appreciated since they were using a walker. Everyone on the staff was gentle and wonderfully attentive, and there wasn’t a single moment during our stay that felt unpleasant. Perhaps because it was after the renovation, everything was very clean overall, and having a free shuttle bus to Bayside Station was also a big plus. The food in the lounge was delicious as well. The concept room was adorable and we were very satisfied, so next time we’d like to stay on the regular Hearth Floor. The in-room bathtub felt a bit small when two adults needed to use it for assistance. The spa was clean and spacious, so we could use it with peace of mind.

    Connecting rooms

    There were six of us this time, as my sister came home for Obon with her children. We used a connecting Room, which was very convenient. We could move freely between the Rooms, and the bathroom had a washing area and a slightly larger tub, so we could relax. Since each Room had its own bathroom, we were able to spend our time efficiently. If you have a larger group, I think this kind of connecting Room is a great option. After all the walking at Disney, it really helped to be able to unwind in the bath. Also, since we went to Disneyland in heavy rain, the free Shuttle Service was very helpful. We didn’t add meals, but we were very satisfied.

    I was satisfied.

    We stayed on the Hearth Floor. The lounge was available from 12:00 before check-in, and since it was hot, we stopped by for drinks. We were traveling with a child, and all the staff were kind and welcoming, which made us feel truly cared for. The limited-time indoor play area next to the lounge became our child’s favorite, and we used it twice during our stay. There were lots of toys and a small space to move around, so our child enjoyed a full hour of play. The Room wasn’t very large, but the bathtub was spacious and our child loved it. With the lounge and indoor play area, we really enjoyed a full Hotel stay. Thank you!

    The hearth floor was amazing!

    We usually splurge on a Disney Hotel, but after my daughter saw Maihama View Hotel on Instagram and the website and said she wanted to stay there, we decided to book a stay. From the bus driver to check-in on the Hearth Floor, and even the shop staff, everyone provided wonderful service. The lounge was lovely—like a Beauty and the Beast-themed Room—and we visited both at night and in the morning. Everything was delicious, cute, and we were completely satisfied. It would have been even better if there had been beer (haha). We also used the large public bath during a quieter time; it was clean and very relaxing. Our Room was of course clean and spacious, with an ocean view, and we truly had a wonderful time. We’d love to visit again even without going into Disneyland or DisneySea. I’ve already recommended it to my friends! Thank you very much. We look forward to staying again.

    The Room’s bath was very satisfying.

    I stayed with a friend and their grandchild, the three of us. The bathroom with a separate washing area—something not found at other official Hotels—was very relaxing. Even after getting tired from walking a lot, soaking in the tub slowly helped me feel refreshed for the next day. The Room was set up with three beds and felt spacious. It was my first stay here, but I would definitely like to stay again next time. I was disappointed that the fresh juice at the breakfast buffet only had tomato juice.

    Disneyland for the first time in two years

    We stayed here on our first Disney trip with kids in two years. We also stayed about 10 years ago, and it’s still a wonderful Hotel—breakfast was delicious as well. Most of all, our kids were truly thrilled! I also remember how great the breakfast was when I visited with my husband before. Everyone at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and our kids even said, “They’re all so nice.” It really means a lot when staff are so warm to children. It made us forget how tired we were from Disney (in a good way). We’re planning to come again next year, so we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you!

    A Round Hotel at a Glance

    I booked a Club Floor stay to visit DisneySea to celebrate my daughter and grandchild’s birthdays in Matsumoto. My younger daughter’s family was also planning to stay, so we had reserved connecting Rooms, but they could no longer come, so we changed the Reservation. This was our first time staying here, and the rounded exterior makes it easy to spot even from the Bayside Station line. When you enter the Hotel, the soaring atrium is truly impressive. With a Plan that includes access to the exclusive lounge, we enjoyed drinks and light snacks—everyone was delighted, especially with how delicious the prosciutto was. Since it was my grandchild’s first time at DisneySea, we requested a Room with a view of the Disney Resort, and our request was granted. They responded properly to our inquiries by email and phone, and breakfast allowed us to choose one main dish plus a buffet. We each ordered something different: Japanese breakfast, an omelet, and French toast. The omelet looked like it was dressed up in an elegant gown. The French toast was thick and fluffy. My grandchild chose Japanese breakfast because they wanted rice—and refills of rice and miso soup were unlimited. The staff kindly checked on us many times, and everything tasted wonderful. It felt like every detail was taken care of, and we left saying we would definitely like to stay again. Next time as well, I’ll work hard looking forward to staying on the high-floor Club Floor again (lol). Thank you very much.

    Although our stay coincided with a typhoon, we were able to relax and enjoy our time on the Club Floor. Breakfast was excellent, with both club offerings and the buffet available.

    I would like to stay again if the Room is renovated.

    We stayed after a day at the parks with our child, and only had breakfast. From the pre-arrival phone call through checkout, the staff were considerate toward our child and always greeted us pleasantly when we passed by. The view from the Room wasn’t amazing, but we could see a bit of both DisneySea and Disneyland, and even watch the Resort Line departing from the Disneyland Station, which let us enjoy the afterglow of our trip. It was also helpful that we could watch Disney+ and Netflix on the TV. Breakfast offered a wide variety of breads and even soba; in particular, the Maihama pudding for dessert was delicious. What disappointed us was the Room—especially the bathroom. Overall it was kept clean, but we noticed several spots of black mold on visible areas inside the bathroom light fixture and on parts of the door gasket, which made it hard to relax in the bath. The Room also had an older feel. The service, food, and location were great, so if there is a Room renovation in the future, we would like to stay again.

    It was a wonderful day.

    Our family of four stayed in one Room. The open atrium hall impressed us every time we went up and down by elevator. With the Hearth Plan, we also enjoyed the bath and jacuzzi, and at the lounge we had delicious drinks and snacks. The staff were kind, and it was a truly enjoyable day. Breakfast the next morning was also delicious, with beautifully presented Japanese dishes. On top of that, we were able to enjoy the buffet as well. Thank you very much. We would like to stay again.

    It was the best birthday trip.

    We stayed here for my husband’s and my birthday trip. We’ve stayed at various Hotels with lounge access, but my husband was thrilled and said this one was the best. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed relaxing in the lounge during the breakfast buffet. The Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. When we mentioned at check-in that it was a birthday trip, we found a message card slipped under our door the next morning, which made us very happy. Thank you very much.

    I was surprised that the bath and parking were not free.

    This was my first stay. I was disappointed that both the bath and the parking were charged separately even for overnight guests, especially the bath—it was my first time experiencing that. We had both dinner and breakfast on the terrace on the 1st floor of the Hotel. The open atmosphere felt great, and the buffet selection was plentiful, with Western dishes, Japanese dishes, and desserts. However, the restaurant service was not very good: drinks were slow to arrive, staff could not answer questions accurately, and their wording was sometimes inappropriate. I felt there is still a lot of room for improvement.

However, it was inconvenient that there is no direct shuttle bus to Disneyland, so we would appreciate improvements. Breakfast in the special-floor lounge had limited variety; the regular buffet offers more options and tastes better. If the lounge offerings at tea time and night time could vary by day, it would help prevent guests from getting bored even during a Multiple Night Stay.

    Although it was a last-minute stay, the Hotel staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The room was spacious, and having the toilet and bathroom separate made the stay very comfortable. Access was also convenient, with frequent bus services that made getting around stress-free.

    A relaxing and soothing stay.

    The staff were very kind and attentive, and they handled my daughter’s food allergies appropriately. We could see the Disney fireworks from the window, which made our family very happy! If I had to mention one thing, the bath water temperature was too low, so we couldn’t warm up properly—even in the sauna. If the water temperature were higher, it would be a five-star stay. Every meal was excellent and absolutely delicious—we were very satisfied! It’s a Hotel we’d love to visit again!

    We were very satisfied.

    This time I was able to use the lounge, so I took advantage of it. I went in without fully understanding what it offered, but there were alcoholic drinks, snacks, and even pancakes—all beautifully presented and very delicious. For breakfast, we used the second-floor venue this time. It was a set main dish with a light buffet, but the portions were generous, the food was tasty, and it was a relaxing space to enjoy breakfast at a leisurely pace. Considering the price and service, I think it’s an excellent value. The staff were also wonderful and very attentive. I would definitely stay again.

    A Hotel where you can relax and enjoy at your own pace.

    I had a pleasant stay during my Multiple Night Stay. The direct Shuttle Service from Maihama made transportation stress-free. Access to TDL was excellent, and I didn’t have to spend much time traveling. The hotel was clean, and the atmosphere allowed me to enjoy the TDL vibe even after leaving the park. The large public bath was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped sauna that helped me relax after a day of fun. The Room was spacious with high-quality amenities, and the separate bathroom was excellent. For dinner, I dined at the restaurant on the first floor; the food offered great value for money, and I appreciated the attentive staff service. Although there were some minor issues during my stay, they were handled wonderfully by your team without affecting my overall experience negatively. Thank you for your thoughtful hospitality! Here are some points for improvement: 1. Due to many school trip groups staying at the hotel, using elevators took longer than expected—especially since I stayed on an upper floor and needed access to smoking rooms on the first floor. A dedicated elevator for Hearth Floor guests would be helpful. 2. While I enjoyed using your public bath facilities in the evening (starting from 18:00), it’s unfortunate that morning hours weren’t available as this limited usage opportunities. 3. The main dish served at breakfast had such a large portion that it overshadowed enjoying other items in your semi-buffet spread; perhaps slightly smaller portions could enhance guest satisfaction. Overall, this is an exceptional hotel! All staff members—from shop attendants to front desk personnel and cleaning staff—provided outstanding service throughout my stay. I look forward to staying here again when visiting TDL in future trips! Thank you very much!

    Enjoy Disneyland fireworks from the Room - Recommended for families with children

    We stayed for 2 nights from New Year's Eve with 14 family members (including 7 children) in 3 rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom was particularly large with a comfortable washing area, which was very helpful as we had small children. The main Hollywood-style beds were placed against the wall, and bed guards were provided, allowing us to sleep peacefully at night. The room windows were wide, offering a perfect view of Disneyland's fireworks directly in front of us, which delighted the children. During check-in, we informed the staff about our children's ages, and they prepared nightwear suitable for their ages, which was a nice touch. The staff members were very kind and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We used the restaurant for one dinner and two breakfasts. The menu was diverse with some unique dishes; however, there were a few items that didn’t quite suit our taste. We walked to Disneyland from the accommodation but did not find it particularly far. We took a bus from Maihama Station to the hotel; however, as we had many pieces of luggage, it was challenging to load them onto the bus. On the other hand, the bus from the hotel to Bayside Station had a wider entrance making it easier even with lots of luggage. It would be helpful if information on taking Resort Liner trains from Maihama Station to Bayside Station followed by transferring to buses heading towards hotels could be shared on your website for guests traveling with heavy luggage. Thank you very much for accommodating such a large group! We look forward to staying again in the future!

    Be mindful not to overeat!

    Stayed in the Hearth Room Plan with access to the large public bath and lounge. Arrived at the hotel around 7 PM from the park. Before heading to the large public bath, we enjoyed light snacks in the lounge (we had already had a proper dinner at the park). The kids were delighted with snacks and juice, and family members who enjoy alcohol seemed satisfied as well. The large public bath is more spacious than Sheraton's. It warmed up our cold bodies, and we slept soundly through the night. For breakfast, you can choose one main dish from a menu. I opted for a Japanese set meal. Although it was just an average-sized Japanese breakfast, I was already full from indulging in the buffet beforehand but managed to finish it anyway. Reviews mentioned this as a cautionary note—it's true that you'll end up eating too much at the buffet before your main dish arrives! Having stayed at various accommodations like Sheraton, Hilton, and Disney Hotels, this has become one of my favorite places to stay again. Especially during winter, I highly recommend it for warming up in their large public bath!

    Year-end and New Year Use

    We stayed as a family during the New Year holidays. Being an official Hotel of the Disney Resort, it was great to enjoy both Disney and Odaiba. The Plan we chose included access to the lounge and Sparrows, which was very satisfying. On New Year's Eve, there was a complimentary soba service, and we were able to use the lounge until just before closing time. On New Year's Day, there was an osechi buffet for breakfast along with activities like omikuji and sake tasting, allowing us to fully enjoy the festive atmosphere. The bathroom in our Room was spacious and convenient; however, considering the number of guests using Sparrows, both the changing area and bath felt small with limited operating hours. It would be appreciated if it could open earlier around 4:00 PM instead of 6:00 PM so that guests returning from Disney can avoid peak times for bathing. Since this is a rebranded Hotel, it would be wonderful if you could replace shower heads in public baths and Hearth Floor rooms with popular options like ReFa or Mirable (as you’ve already upgraded hair dryers). We also appreciated that even for three people staying together, no one had to use an extra bed—it made our stay much more comfortable! The Disney music playing in hallways and lounges added a nice touch; having this available in Rooms as well would enhance the experience further. Having used this Hotel since before its rebranding days, I am excited about how it continues improving over time. One issue worth mentioning is regarding buses from the monorail station to Hotels sharing stops with First Resort buses—while understandable logistically—the lines were chaotic especially during peak post-Disney hours causing confusion among passengers boarding or alighting hurriedly while others couldn’t board at all due overcrowding situations observed frequently then clearer queue management might help resolve such concerns effectively!

    The shuttle bus to and from Maihama Station was convenient, and I was able to get a seat even when arriving just before departure. However, since I had work early the next morning, it would have been helpful if buses started running earlier. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The room key provided was one less than the number of guests, so having enough keys for everyone would be appreciated. The front desk staff were very kind and attentive, but the staff at the hotel shop "First Select" could use a bit more friendliness and attentiveness. The room we stayed in on the ocean side was excellent with a stunning view that exceeded expectations. The closet and desk had ample space, and power outlets were conveniently located for working on my PC without any issues. Having amenities like a humidifier and luggage rack was also helpful. The amenities included essentials such as slippers and toothbrushes as well as items tailored for both men’s and women’s needs, which was great. There was even one packet of bath salts provided—this made me happy; however, it would be better if there were enough for all guests (especially in cases where friends are staying together or when refilling bathwater). Having separate bath and toilet areas added convenience, while the bathroom with its washing area made bathing comfortable too. Noise from hallways or neighboring rooms wasn’t noticeable at all during our stay despite many international guests being present at this accommodation—it felt peaceful overall without concerns about bedbugs either! Since it happened to be Christmas season during our visit—the large Christmas tree in their lobby alongside photo spots like “Santa’s Christmas Room” created festive moments worth capturing through photos! Additionally receiving postcards doubling up as holiday cards enhanced that seasonal cheer further; viewing their atrium-style lobby from above looked breathtakingly beautiful too! Overall—a wonderful stay experience—thank you so much!

    A wonderful Hotel friendly to pregnant women and families with children

    Stayed at the accommodation after visiting DisneySea during my 7th month of pregnancy. Based on a review mentioning "pajamas are usually one-piece, but they provided pants upon request," I requested pants for two adults when making the reservation. Shortly after completing the reservation, I received confirmation that they would be prepared, and on the day of our stay, everything was ready in our room without any issues. I was slightly worried about whether it might feel tight around my pregnant belly, but since the pajama pants had an adjustable loose elastic and drawstring design, there were no problems even with a larger belly! I highly recommend requesting pajama pants in advance (as there may be limited availability, it's best to ask early). The bathroom in our room was spacious, and the toilet had automatic lighting—very satisfying facilities overall. The warm-toned ambiance added to a completely complaint-free and delightful stay! The next morning we had breakfast at Fantasy Dining. My husband ordered sweet potato French toast while I chose dressed omelet. Although I've heard that Fine Terrace offers an incredibly extensive buffet selection, I personally enjoyed Fantasy Dining's style of choosing delicious main dishes! Overall, it was an excellent stay!

    First stay! Very comfortable!

    Thank you for creating such wonderful Disney memories for us! We wanted to stay in a cute Room for our children and searched various nearby Hotels, but this was the most affordable option, so we decided on it. It was our first time staying here. The Nordic Hygge Room was adorable, and my daughters loved it. Also, having breakfast in a buffet style (except for the main dish) in the lovely restaurant Room made for an amazing experience. The Hotel staff even prepared seats for my daughters' Disney plush toys, showing exceptional hospitality! In the afternoon, we also used the lounge where popcorn and chocolates were provided for the kids while adults enjoyed coffee at leisure—it made our last day truly perfect until we left in the afternoon. The Hotel's official Disney souvenir shop had seasonal park-exclusive items as well, and with friendly staff members, every detail of our stay was incredibly enjoyable!
