    I will visit again!

    Stayed on November 30 and December 1. The food was amazing as per the reviews! I was surprised. Everything was delicious, especially the sashimi of filefish with liver ponzu during this season, which I can't forget! There were so many dishes that I couldn't finish them all. Thank you for the warm welcome matcha prepared by the hostess. Everyone at the ryokan was kind and friendly, making it a memorable trip. I definitely want to visit this property again. Thank you very much.

    I stayed for one night and two days. It left an impression of being neither good nor bad. Regarding customer service, perhaps due to being busy, it felt like I had to ask questions myself. The open-air bath was lukewarm. The Room was clean, but the Facility was old. The lid of the pot seemed to have deteriorated, as plastic came out from the spout. As for the meals, the sashimi at dinner was delicious, but the rice was cold, which was disappointing. Breakfast was average. It left an impression of lacking the unique characteristics of a Ryokan.

    Family Trip

    I stayed with my husband and mother for a family trip. From the time of inquiry, the response was very courteous, leaving a good impression. Although there were some stairs and the handrail locations were a bit far for my elderly mother when moving from the room to the dining hall and large bath, it was a wonderful property where you could see the thoughtfulness in everything. The room was clean and comfortable. I wished there was a table by the window-side chair. The outside view was nice, and the bath in the guest room was also good. The amenities in the women's large bath had a wide variety of shampoos, plenty of facial cleansers and makeup removers, and there were many dressing tables with well-equipped hairdryers, so I think even those without particular preferences would be satisfied. The food was delicious. Honestly, I wanted to eat a little more sashimi, but the taste was overall very delicious. The breakfast was especially great, and the freshly cooked rice with freshly shaved bonito flakes and egg was truly, truly delicious and moving. It was our wedding anniversary, and my husband had arranged a surprise cake, and I felt the service was very courteous in that aspect as well. Although it was a bit far due to driving on mountain roads, it was a wonderful property that made me want to use it again. Thank you for a meaningful time.

    A relaxing Stays

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. It was crowded due to the holiday, so I stayed in a different Room on the second night, but I was able to enjoy both a Japanese-style Room and a Western-style Room, and I could also use the private bath, allowing me to relax. The carefully prepared dishes, such as fresh seafood from Toba and Matsusaka beef, were delicious. I was also satisfied with the breakfast. After dinner, I enjoyed a dance performance, and the calm hall with swimming koi and the friendly service gave a nostalgic feeling, making it a heartwarming Stays. I would like to visit again in a different season, such as winter when the oysters are delicious.

    I stayed at an Onsen Stays, but... disappointing

    We stayed for one night with two people. The guest room and dining area have been beautifully renovated, offering a spacious and very comfortable experience. The points of dissatisfaction were the towels and the large public bath. There were few towels available (one bath towel and one thin towel with the property's name per person in the guest room, which you have to bring to the large public bath), which I found unusual these days. Considering the capacity, the bathtub in the large public bath was very small, so the rating is low. I believe that focusing on the basic facilities and amenities as an onsen property, rather than on entertainment or the provided lotions and emulsions, would increase guest satisfaction.

    Great value for money!

    I was confused by the check-in/out procedures using a pad, and although it felt modern, it wasn't to my taste. The first thing I noticed when I was shown to the room was that the washbasin was small and difficult to use. Also, there was a stain right in the middle of the sofa, and a long brown hair, presumably from a woman, was attached to the bath towel. The Onsen was neither good nor bad, just average. I ended up writing negative things, but overall, I think the cost performance is high. Most of it is due to the meals. I don't like in-room dining, so I chose dinner/breakfast at the dining area (semi-private room). Except for the rice being soft and mushy, I enjoyed a delicious variety and quantity of meals that I couldn't finish.
