Your favorite Stays
The room and lounge were warm and comfortable. As always, the meals were delicious. The botan shrimp sashimi is always impressively delicious. This time, the monkfish liver, winter yellowtail, and lotus root mochi were very tasty. The breakfast buffet is of such high quality that it's hard to believe it's a buffet. I was glad to see the octopus rice and duck meatball hot pot again this year. The Japanese dishes like Chikuzen-ni and Kinpira were so delicious that I wanted to take them home. As for sweets, the pudding is my favorite. The onsen in the room had a kamakura and snowman, which were cute and soothing. I was surprised by the huge icicles. It's blissful to enjoy the onsen while watching the snow. The property has paintings everywhere and many interesting books, so no matter how many times I visit, there's never enough time to stay. Also, I love the amazake available upon arrival. Thank you for taking care of us. I'll visit again next year!!

A property where you can relax
This was my third repeat visit. The atmosphere, service, food, bath, and lounge are all aspects of this property that I love and find satisfying. During my stay, I often thought, "I'm glad I could come again." What concerned me was seeing several people coming out to the bath changing room wearing toilet slippers, and the doors to the bath and the toilets inside the property being left open. I thought it would be nice if there were notices in understandable language to address this.

A wonderful Stays of hospitality
Staying with a dog. The in-room dining was appreciated, and they listened carefully to our requests, making it a very pleasant stay. *Considering the dog, they brought the meals all at once as much as possible, which was really helpful.* Personally, I like hot water, but I felt the overall setting was lukewarm, so I will deduct points for that. It was a property I would like to use again.

Truly a Comfortable Time
I usually don't write reviews, but this stay was truly moving, so I decided to share my experience. First, the staff who guided us to our room provided service as attentive as that of a five-star hotel, making us feel very comfortable right from our arrival. We had dinner in the room, and although our dog barked several times and caused some inconvenience, the staff member attending to us handled it with a bright smile and without any sign of displeasure. Thank you so much for your kindness. The onsen was also wonderful—clean and free from any unpleasant experiences I've encountered at other ryokans in Hokkaido. It was incredibly relaxing and an absolutely perfect 100 out of 100. This stay gave me such an amazing experience that I am certain I want to visit again. To all the staff members, thank you very much!
