    We look forward to welcoming you again!

    It was a very lovely accommodation. The room had a private bath, so I didn't use the public bath, but the room's bath was more than satisfactory. All the meals were delicious, and the service was excellent. The amenities in the room were perfect with nothing to complain about. If I had to mention something, I would suggest blackout curtains as the shoji screens let in light, which bothered me while sleeping. I would love to visit again in a different season. Thank you very much!

    The Room was extremely comfortable.

    We stayed at Renri on a family trip. Since both breakfast and dinner were served in our Room, we could relax without worrying about time or space—it was wonderful. Every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and served in lovely tableware, making it a real treat for both the eyes and the palate. In particular, I’ll never forget the perfectly salted grilled fish and the rice from Fukushima Prefecture—they were truly outstanding. The Room was carpeted, so it was comfortable even without slippers. The chairs also had wide seats and were very comfortable to use, which left a strong impression. In terms of accessibility as well, having a chair at the Room entrance made it easy to put on and take off shoes, and the sturdy handrails by the open-air bath in the Room were extremely helpful.

    A Fulfilling Two-Day Stay

    I was thrilled to find so many bathtubs, and it was incredibly fun trying them out. The food was delicious, and the Room was comfortable and easy to relax in.

    The stay at Matsubay...

    The stay at Matsubayashitei Accommodation exceeded expectations. In the lounge, there were pickles in the afternoon and herbal syrup drinks in the morning, which we enjoyed. The pickles were so delicious that we purchased similar ones from the shop and roadside stations to take home. Dinner featured wonderful dishes made with ingredients from Fukushima, and detailed explanations from staff enhanced our dining experience. Although it is a large hotel, staying at Matsubayashitei allowed us to enjoy a quiet and pleasant time.

    Almost perfect!

    It would be appreciated if you could establish check-in and check-out operations and thoroughly manage the hygiene of the dishes provided in the Room. When we went to the front desk at check-in, there were many people lined up, but we were able to check in in a separate room, which was helpful time-wise. It would be nice if similar arrangements could be made during check-out as well. Additionally, some used dishes were mixed with those provided in the Room. We almost used them by mistake. I would appreciate it if all dishes could be taken down for washing and brought back to ensure thorough hygiene management. Furthermore, since it's a rare opportunity for natural hot spring water flow, it would be perfect if you could manage the temperature so that there's no need to dilute it with water. There was a sense of affordability considering this service grade.

    Enjoy an open-air hot spring bath with a view of the snow.

    I visited to enjoy a snow-viewing bath, and the Onsen was excellent and very relaxing. The interior was Japanese-style, well-maintained, and the amenities were plentiful. Since it was a Room with a private bath, it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the open-air bath anytime. The detached area provided a quiet space while still being in the Ryokan, which was also very nice. The lounge was stylish, and I appreciated the local cuisine offered as snacks. I immediately bought some as souvenirs. It was such a lovely Property that I would want to stay again very soon.

    Surprised by the meal.

    We enjoyed the buffet, and everything was truly delicious. We have visited many Onsen, but thank you for the most memorable cuisine and service.

    Rather, it might be ...

    Rather, it might be more satisfying to enjoy karaoke and other activities with a large group on a low budget without an open-air bath. Even though it comes with an open-air bath, at this price, it might be better to look elsewhere. Especially on weekends and during peak seasons, it seems better not to expect much from the service. The person who was motivated and energetic was pleasant to watch. I hope others would take a cue from them.

    Onsen is the best! Staff is the best!

    This is my second time using it, and I made a reservation again because it was very good last time. All the staff were pleasant, and the onsen seemed good for the skin. We were upgraded to a room with a natural hot spring. There were many types of food, and it was delicious. The rice was top-grade new rice and was truly delicious. My mother and I were able to relax, thank you very much. It's an onsen I want to visit again!

    "Hanare Matsubayashitei" Deluxe Room 331

    I was able to stay in the room I wanted. This time, I chose to have meals in the room, and it left a very good impression. I would like to stay again.

    Full marks for service

    We stayed with my 90-year-old mother-in-law, my son and his wife, and my granddaughter. We borrowed a wheelchair at the entrance, and our room was upgraded to a room on the royal floor with a cypress bath. As a surprise during the meal, we received a celebratory fruit plate. It was the perfect trip that fulfilled our long-standing wish to stay at Hana no Yu. The bath had 30 different types of tubs, and even though we stayed for just one night, we were able to enjoy the bath five times, including the one in our room. The courtyard view from the lobby was also beautifully designed. If we have the opportunity, we would love to visit again. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.
