    Generally satisfied

    Overall, I had a comfortable stay. However, if I had to point out a downside, it would be the limited number of towels in the room (with no replenishment), which made me wonder how it compares to Onsen Hotels of the same price range. Perhaps the service at the Onsen Hotel in Kyushu I stayed at two weeks ago was too good, but that's the impression I got. I was fully satisfied with the food and hospitality.

    They use good quality items.

    The hot springs and meals both use good hardware, but the software was disappointing. Those accustomed to this price range might be disappointed.
