    Close to the station, with a welcome service offering snacks and drinks, spacious Rooms, and an excellent Hotel! Lawson has a great selection of items, and the station building offers everything you need for convenience.

    Stayed in a Twin Room on the Oriental Floor. The room was spacious with a large, comfortable sofa for a relaxing stay. The separate bathroom featured a washing area and a deep bathtub, perfect for unwinding. Amenities available at check-in included skincare sets, bath additives, and hair oil—enough to stay overnight with just your clothes and makeup tools. The in-room hairdryer and straightening iron by ReFa were convenient to use. Hospitality was evident in the welcome sweets provided in the room, the lounge on the lobby floor, and even the limited-time manga room in the basement. Minor drawbacks were that the sofa placement made it difficult to watch TV comfortably and that the breakfast buffet was average compared to expectations. However, its proximity to the station and an on-site Lawson convenience store make it suitable for any purpose of stay!

    Check-in took a long time.

    Arrived 15 minutes after Sunday check-in started, but there were over 20 people in line. The line moved very slowly, and I had to stand and wait for about an hour, which was tough as I was holding a baby. The lounge was crowded, but snacks were replenished regularly. Being able to take them back to the Room was perfect for those with small children. Breakfast didn’t leave a strong impression taste-wise, but it offered a wide variety of options, and the staff provided excellent service, making it an enjoyable experience.

    It was a great way to take a small break from daily life and relax. The lounge had a wonderful selection of sweets, which I appreciated. Since I’m not fond of nut-based snacks, I look forward to seeing more salty snack options next time!

    We stayed for two nights, starting the day before our visit to Disney. The kids were thrilled with the unlimited cotton candy, pancakes, and other treats in the lounge, as well as free-flowing juice on both days. We ended up staying up late because of all the fun. The breakfast buffet was delicious, featuring freshly squeezed orange juice and tempting donuts.

    We stayed at the accommodation to visit Disney, so check-in and the front desk area were crowded after park closing hours. Entering personal information on a tablet during check-in took some time, and I felt it could have been smoother if others could also proceed with their input simultaneously. The bus service to the park was attentive, and snacks and drinks at the front desk helped us recover from a tiring day. The room was equipped with items like a shoe dryer and a foot massager, making our stay comfortable even on a rainy day. It was an excellent hotel for a girls' trip with my daughter!

    First-time Use

    I chose the Oriental Floor based on good reviews and Instagram posts. As expected, the lounge was accessible, and the bathroom was equipped with a ReFa showerhead and hairdryer, offering excellent value for money. The location is very convenient, close to Shin-Urayasu Station with an AEON mall nearby. I would love to stay here again.

    I have used this service multiple times, and this time, my Room was upgraded. It was clean, spacious, and the three of us were truly impressed. We had the best time to unwind! I will definitely use this service again!

    We recently stayed here as a couple for a trip to Maihama, though not for Disneyland. The building was exceptionally clean, and both the meals and the staff's service were outstanding. The Chinese dinner was excellent. The seating area wasn’t overly crowded, and the food was delicious, leaving us very satisfied. Breakfast was served buffet-style. While there were many young guests whose manners weren’t ideal, we accepted it as part of the experience and had no issues with it. However, we were slightly bothered by some individuals running through the hallways late at night.

    It was comfortable.

    It snowed in the evening, and my shoes got soaked, but the Room was equipped with a dryer, so I could dry them. The floor required removing shoes before entering, and the carpet was soft and fluffy. There was also a foot massager to relax tired feet. The bath and toilet were separate, which was convenient.

    The perfect Plan for a girls' night out with 5 people.

    We chose the Oriental Hotel for a nearby stay with five moms, as it offers great transportation access and a room that accommodates all five of us. After arriving at Shin-Urayasu Station around noon, we had lunch at an Asian restaurant inside the Aeon Mall right by the station before heading to the hotel. Thanks to Diamond Member benefits, we were able to check in at 2 PM when the front desk was not crowded. At the lounge, we enjoyed delicious beer and sparkling wine along with colorful snacks before heading to our room. The Maran Deluxe Room was spacious and clean, with separate bath and toilet areas. The twin sinks made getting ready in the morning easy even for five women! For dinner, we dined at the hotel's Chinese restaurant where a courteous staff member prepared Peking duck wraps for us. The buffet was easy to navigate since it wasn’t crowded, and there was a variety of Chinese teas available. Breakfast at Grand Cinq offered an extensive selection of dishes that were both delicious and visually appealing. We arrived around 7:30 AM and were seated immediately; however, it became very busy later on with people lining up outside the restaurant—so going early is recommended. The accommodation cost felt very reasonable, all my friends were satisfied, and some even said they’d like to return with their families next time! It’s definitely a great hotel option for enjoying a relaxing staycation without visiting Disney!

    I stayed for the first time.

    We stayed at the Property after returning from Disney. The front desk service was rather plain and not very cheerful, which slightly dampened our spirits. The lobby was also a bit dim, so it didn't leave a very bright impression. The Room was clean as it had been renovated, but there was crumpled tissue left in the bathroom trash can, which wasn't pleasant. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were bright and spoke clearly, which was nice. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast as well.

    It was excellent.

    The Room was excellent, and the shuttle bus to Disney and the bus stop from and to the airport were conveniently close. We unexpectedly had a meal, and the buffet was very delicious. The staff's service was wonderful as well. Thank you very much. I would love to stay again next time.

    We used it for a trip with three families.

    We used this service for a family trip to Disney after a long time. Despite the last-minute request to move the beds together, they responded very pleasantly. However, there was one point of dissatisfaction... When using the paid luggage shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, we were not informed in advance that we would have to pick up our luggage at a different terminal. Upon arriving at Haneda Airport with departure time approaching, we had to take a bus to another terminal separate from our departure terminal to retrieve our large luggage. We arrived early intending to relax at the airport, so we made it in time; however, if we had been any later, it would have been too late. If I had known about the different terminals beforehand, I wouldn't have used this service. It was particularly disappointing because I had already informed them of my airline in advance. The most disappointing part was when I called for an inquiry and told the person who answered that "not being informed meant not knowing where my luggage was and such important matters should always be communicated beforehand," there was no apology and their response felt like "so what?" which was truly unpleasant. Mistakes can happen but I really hope this person's customer service is re-educated as it was unacceptable as a hotel staff member.

    It was excellent!

    We stayed here for the first time in six years. The welcome food and amenities made the children very happy. The room was spacious, and with a humidifier, it was comfortable without being too dry. The bath was clean and spacious as well. We used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and there were many delicious items. We stayed with three generations, and everyone was satisfied. We enjoyed the breakfast burgers, eggs benedict, and orange juice, and ate a lot, haha. We plan to stay here again when we visit Disney. Thank you very much.

    Although the room is not spacious, it has been renovated, and the bathroom is clean. The shower head, hairdryer, and hair iron are from ReFa, which was uplifting. There is also a washbasin. The ice was from the automatic ice maker on the front desk floor, but it was the type that you put in a plastic bag, which wasn't very convenient. I would appreciate it if there were a small dish to dispose of coffee grounds from drip coffee. Since there was nothing, I put them in a cup. They provided a foot massager, so I felt my tired feet recovered quickly. I think I will be staying here again. Thank you in advance.

    The staff's service was excellent.

    Unlimited drinks are available, and there is a machine for making small snacks and cotton candy for children, which made them very happy. The reception staff were very accommodating, and I would like to visit again.

    This is convenient to have.

    It would have been nice to have a place to put clothes when taking a bath. I brought a chair from the window and placed them there. Also, having a shelf on the wall of the washbasin to place items would help prevent them from getting soaked.

    I stayed for the first time.

    The room itself felt small for the price, but it was clean. The breakfast had a wide variety and everything was delicious, leaving us very satisfied. The amenities were also plentiful and good. One concern was that there was little guidance, making it difficult to know where things were. During elevator congestion, we lined up and waited, but the guidance was insufficient, and some people were confused. The lounge is small, so during busy times, it gets very crowded. The juice I tried to pour from the server splattered in all directions from the spout, leaving the floor sticky. I had high expectations as it was a partner Hotel, so it was a bit disappointing.

    Disney trip

    I stayed for the first time during Golden Week and the breakfast was delicious, so I chose this hotel again. I reserved a room with only a shower, but I was guided to a room with a bathtub, which made me very happy. The room was neat and lovely, but I thought it would be convenient to have something that could serve as a shelf for luggage. The appeal of the breakfast and lounge was great, and I was very satisfied.

    I chose a hotel with a shuttle bus to Disney, and it was a great decision! The convenience was excellent, with lounge snacks and drink service, direct access to the station, and a convenience store nearby. The breakfast buffet was also good, with freshly squeezed orange juice, hamburgers, and several types of granola in small packets. This time, I stayed without luggage due to circumstances, but the amenities were well-stocked, so I had no problems! The accommodation fee was quite reasonable, and I would like to stay here again when I go to Disney.

    I will definitely stay here again!!

    - Great access from both Shin-Urayasu Station and Disney Resort! - It was much larger and cleaner than I imagined! - The amenities were quite abundant, and being able to drink alcohol in the welcome lounge was the best!!! - Above all, the breakfast was really delicious! There were many varieties, and everything suited my taste, so I was very satisfied. The breakfast venue was also very spacious, and even though I went during a busy time, getting food was smooth. This time, I used it for the first time after playing at Disney Resort, and choosing this hotel was a great decision! The friend who accompanied me also really liked it and we talked about definitely coming back to stay again. It's a definite repeat, and a hotel I want to recommend to others! However, it would be helpful to have a mirror in the room. There is a large mirror at the sink, but it looks distorted and becomes foggy with steam after using the bathroom, making it difficult to use. If you plan to do makeup while staying, it's better to bring a mirror.

    The breakfast and welcome drinks were excellent.

    I have stayed at various Hotels around Disney, but I was very pleased with the service here, as I had never experienced a welcome drink including beer, juice, coffee, light snacks, and candies that children love (such as foreign gummies often found at tourist spots), and the ability to make cotton candy at other Hotels. Also, the breakfast was stylish and delicious, and the orange juice, in particular, was served from a machine I had never seen before, giving a sense of the extraordinary. I stayed in a renovated Room, so both the Room and the bathroom were clean! However, since it was just ordinarily clean, I am giving it 4 stars. I definitely want to stay here again!

    It was great!

    There was a door to the dressing area, and it was nice to have two washbasins with a three-point independent type. Also, there was a slight step up when entering, so it was reassuring even if the slippers came off. The Room was spacious, allowing for a relaxing stay.

    I want to stay again!

    In one word, it was amazing! I found this hotel while searching on YouTube for a hotel near Disney with a delicious buffet. Last time, I stayed at the Ambassador, but my satisfaction was even higher this time. The buffet was the best I've ever had, the TV had Netflix and Disney ready to log in, amenities were plentiful, and there was even a foot massager—everything was perfect! The only disappointment was the exclusive lounge for guests. It was full, and after waiting for about an hour, no seats opened up, so I had to give up reluctantly. However, overall, I was very satisfied, so I would definitely like to stay again next time!
