    A last-minute overnight stay before the main trip

    We stayed for the night before our Disney trip on short notice, and this was our first time at this Accommodation. I had been interested for a while, so I decided to make a Reservation. At the amenity bar, we took only what we needed, and the selection was excellent. I was also able to use the lounge, which I had been most curious about. Since it was summer vacation and a Saturday, many guests were using it. We changed the time and used it twice. I was happy that we could take snacks, drinks, and even pancakes back to our Room. It was great to be able to bring items back when no seats were available. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well. However… since we went early… if I had to ask for one thing, I would have preferred a table for four. It was very convenient for getting to Disney too—just one stop by train—so it made everything easy. I was also glad to try out the hair dryer in the Room. This time our stay was short, but next time I’d like to relax and take my time.

    I enjoyed a relaxing staycation.

    This Hotel has a casual vibe and is geared toward families. Perhaps because it was during the summer vacation season, the pricing wasn’t exactly “casual,” though… The biggest highlight is definitely the lounge service. I saw quite a few Reviews saying you can end up waiting forever at check-in, but since I could keep an eye on the front desk while relaxing in the lounge, it didn’t feel as bad as expected. Having draft beer and sparkling wine dispensers—and being able to use them unlimitedly from 2:00 PM before check-in—is amazing! They’re not the lovely glasses shown in the website images; they’re small plastic cups. Still, they come with lids so you can take them back to your Room, which is great. The pancake machine takes several minutes even for one pancake, so there’s always a line. I’d love to see some kind of measure—like preparing some in advance or another solution. Also, the wooden forks are tiny and a bit hard to use, so it might be helpful to grab regular forks from the amenities corner. Unusually for this type of Hotel, there was an in-Room massage service (with discounts depending on the time), so I tried it. Regardless of skill level, my therapist had some questionable manners—touching my accessories without asking and adjusting the air conditioner without saying anything. Since this is an on-call service coming into a Hotel rather than a street shop, I wish they were more selective about who they send. Breakfast was delicious too. Freshly grilled burgers and freshly squeezed orange juice really lift your mood. At buffets (especially breakfast), it can be awkward when used plates aren’t cleared promptly—but thanks to an attentive staff member here, I could go back for seconds without hesitation. This time I kept checking prices on IKYU and managed to stay with a good-value Plan. If rates become more reasonable during long holiday periods again, I’d like to return.

    Musty smell in the Room

    This was my third stay. I have always enjoyed staying here comfortably. This time, I was told it would be a top-floor Room, so I entered with high expectations—but the first thing I noticed was a musty, mold-like smell. My family and I couldn’t help but frown and say, “Huh?” It was very disappointing. We had to head out right away, so I couldn’t mention it at the front desk… The Room itself has been renovated and is very clean. The bathroom and other Facilities are excellent as well—there were no complaints about the physical aspects. After spending some time in the Room, my nose got used to it and it stopped bothering me, but whenever we came back from outside, we noticed the same smell again. This time we went in and out frequently, so we ended up noticing it every time, and it bothered us throughout our stay. It made me sad to realize how much a single odor can change your impression of an otherwise beautifully renovated Room. Was it the air conditioner? The carpet? I’m not sure what caused the musty smell, but I was worried it might affect our health.

    Used for a birthday trip to Disney.

    We stayed the night before our child’s birthday trip to Disney. It has become an annual tradition for the past few years, and we always have a very comfortable stay. When I mentioned it was for a birthday at the time of Reservation, we were happy to find a lovely message card in our Room. The lounge is fantastic, with snacks and drinks available. There is also a convenience store on the lobby floor, which is very convenient. If you can’t find what you need there, there’s an station building nearby and an AEON mall just a short walk away. There is a shuttle bus to Disney, but it’s only one stop by train, so getting there is easy. We had a wonderful and enjoyable stay—thank you very much. We also went to the buffet for both dinner and breakfast. There was a wide variety of options, everything was delicious, and we were very satisfied.

    Summer Vacation

    It was the start of summer vacation, so we came to stay with our children. We have stayed here several times, and the breakfast was delicious. The Room was also great because it’s the type where you take off your shoes. The lounge hours had been extended compared to our previous visit. It said it gets crowded especially later in the evening, and that was true. Our kids enjoyed playing a touch-panel game where they could win prizes, and they were happy drinking smoothies. There are fewer amenities than before, but everything we needed was available, which was good. It would be nice if there were a cold-water dispenser near the ice machine or on each floor.

    Overall, it was a Ho...

    Overall, it was a Hotel I was almost completely satisfied with. The amenities were well stocked and fun to choose from, and I was very happy with the breakfast. However, although it was nice to have a spacious Room for four that we used as two guests, there were four beds and only one chair, so we couldn’t really use it like a living area, which was disappointing. In the photos on the official website, I think there was a sofa (something that could also be used as a bed?).

    Disappointing customer service.

    The Hotel was very clean throughout—the lobby, rooms, and dining areas—and it was comfortable to stay there. However, I was concerned about the front desk staff’s attitude (especially one male staff member). When giving guidance, he stood with his weight on one leg and spoke in a sluggish manner. Also, the lounge in the lobby did not meet my expectations. After checking the official website in advance, I thought it would be enjoyable for children as well, so we used it before check-in. However, there were too few seats. Even though it was a weekday right after a holiday period and shouldn’t have been that crowded, seating was limited and we had to stand—children included—for about an hour until another table became available. There were also no snacks for adults at all. There were mixed nuts, but they were all sweet.

    All services were underwhelming.

    At check-in, the staff member left halfway to help someone else—what was I supposed to do? I was just left there! Unbelievable! No guidance on the Room number; I was told to make the key card myself, and then what??? The breakfast staff were also very mechanical. I won’t be coming back.

    It was a perfect fit.

    We stayed for two nights and three days with breakfast included. A Disney trip with a kindergartener and an elementary school child. The toilet and bath were separate, and we could push the beds together. Unlimited snacks. Both the kids and adults were very satisfied with this Hotel. The sparkling wine and the chef’s snacks were excellent.

    It was convenient!

    Directly connected to the station, so we didn’t get wet in the rain. The amenities were well stocked—they even provided diapers!! Diapers are bulky, so it was a huge help that the Hotel had them available. Highly recommended for families with small children!! The only disappointment was that parts of the bath washing area had reddish stains, making it obvious they hadn’t been scrubbed clean.

    The restroom on the ...

    The restroom on the lobby floor felt a bit dated, but the room was beautifully unified in blue, cute, and clean! The view from the room showed the sea on the opposite side of Disney. When we went to the lounge after checking in at 2 PM, all seats were already taken. We brought cookies and coffee back to our room. They were delicious, and my daughter was very happy. Later, we took a train to Ikspiari for a movie and shopping—it was close and convenient. We returned to the Hotel around 8 PM and enjoyed pancakes and sparkling wine at the lounge! This time we found seats available. Different cookies were replenished at night, which we also enjoyed. The next morning's breakfast was supposed to be at Restaurant Grand Cinq but it seemed fully booked, so we were guided to a Japanese restaurant on a lower floor instead. The menu was said to be identical—it was spacious and comfortable there. The orange juice was delicious! Burgers and eggs benedict had been pre-prepared; they tasted good but I wished they had been freshly made. Overall, flavors tended to be rich; I couldn’t eat much because of that—but younger people said they liked it as it suited their taste. The ReFa hair dryer, shower head, and foot massager in the Oriental Floor were amazing—I wanted them for myself! Parking in an underground lot cost ¥2,500 per 24 hours—very convenient if you come by car. It’s perfect for a staycation (hokance). We had an excellent start to our New Year here!

    The Hotel was wonder...

    The Hotel was wonderful. Both the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were satisfying. The welcome drink was excellent. Many amenities were out of stock around 8:00 PM. It was inconvenient as there were no pajamas or towels available for children with Child Sharing Existing Bedding.

    Stayed here after visiting DisneySea. The shuttle bus driver was very friendly. Based on reviews mentioning long waits for late check-ins, we checked in a bit earlier and didn’t experience much waiting time. The room with four beds was excellent. However, the step in the toilet area felt dangerous. The spacious bathroom was very comfortable. We celebrated a friend’s birthday and ordered a cake; thank you to the front desk for providing knives and plates as well! The convenience store inside the hotel wasn’t crowded and sold Disney souvenirs, which was very convenient. The lounge seats were always full whenever we visited; it would be great if the takeaway cups were slightly larger. The chilled beer was delicious! Looking forward to staying again!

    Waiting time for check-in needs improvement.

    Good Points: 1. Close to the station 2. Spacious new Room with two beds pushed together and both ends against the wall, ideal for Child Sharing Existing Bedding 3. Complimentary lounge services 4. A diaper disposal bucket was provided in the toilet upon prior request, which was very helpful 5. The bathroom is not a unit type Bad Points: 1. Even with pre-check-in procedures completed, guests still had to wait in a long line; more front desk staff should be added during busy hours! 2. Poor attitude of lounge staff! When informed about running out of pancake ingredients, they responded silently with an annoyed expression; also, trash bins were overflowing 3. Despite being a new Room, the unnecessarily high and elevated toilet posed a safety risk for feet 4. Even with early check-in, there were no child-sized pajamas available in stock, which caused inconvenience

    We had a relaxing and enjoyable time.

    We stayed at another hotel the night before visiting Disney and used this accommodation for the night after. With two small children, one still in diapers, we had a lot of luggage, but being able to use diapers here was a big help for us. The welcome lounge was enjoyable for both adults and children—a truly appreciated service. We left Disneyland once to match the early check-in time, returned to the accommodation for the kids' nap, enjoyed using the lounge and amenities, and had such a great time that we ended up re-entering Disneyland later than planned. The next morning's breakfast exceeded our expectations with its incredible variety and quality of dishes that we had been looking forward to after seeing it on YouTube. Even family members who usually don’t eat much breakfast ended up having two burgers each! The eggs benedict featured delicious waffles as a base with rich salmon on top of perfectly cooked eggs—every dish was so tasty that it made us feel happy from the start of our day. The light blue-themed room interior was also very comfortable and relaxing. Since this trip focused on visiting Disney, we didn’t have dinner at this accommodation but talked about how much we wished we could have tried it after returning home because breakfast was so amazing. This plan included late check-out until 2 PM, allowing us to relax even more after breakfast and leave feeling completely satisfied. The ReFa shower head in the bathroom was fantastic—it felt great to use and left our skin smooth all over; we're even considering purchasing one ourselves! The Sixpad foot massager also helped soothe our tired feet after walking so much. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you very much!

    Disney Trip

    I stayed for two nights in the newly renovated Oriental Floor Room. Everything was clean, and I especially loved the bathroom with a washing area. Using the bath salts provided as amenities, I was able to relax and recover from my Disney trip fatigue. For dinner, I dined at the Chinese restaurant within the Hotel. The buffet allowed me to enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine as much as I wanted. Additionally, thanks to IKYU's special offer of a 20% discount, it was very cost-effective and highly satisfying. However, one disappointing aspect was the lounge. It was always overcrowded and noisy whenever I visited, so I couldn't use it even once during my stay. While this may depend on timing, I remember it being quieter and more relaxing in the past, so this change left me feeling disappointed. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay overall. Being directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station is very convenient; I'll definitely consider staying here again for future Disney trips!

    Kids will love it!

    There is a lounge offering juice and snacks, which everyone enjoyed. Some amenities were limited if you arrived late, so I wish I had gone earlier. The Room was spacious and clean, with a view of the trains that delighted the children. I would love to stay here again.

    First Stay

    I planned to stay with my family in Tokyo to visit Disney, but they unexpectedly caught COVID. In a hurry, I searched for accommodation and chose this hotel as it was relatively affordable and close to the station. It was my first time staying at this hotel, and I felt both nervous and excited... The amenities, welcome service, room size, separate bath and toilet—everything was excellent. When I searched again thinking I'd like to stay here another time... I was surprised by the high price! (laughs) I realized for the first time that I got a good deal because it was a same-day reservation for a short stay (laughs). I hope to stay here again someday.

    Recommended for families with children

    We stayed here the night before visiting Disney. The direct connection to the station building and AEON was very convenient, allowing us to spend some time at the kids' corner in AEON or quickly buy essentials like milk and baby food. The lounge was open and welcoming, making it easy to use even with small children. The kids were thrilled with the all-you-can-eat snacks, while parents could relax with drinks—absolutely perfect. In the evening, since our younger child couldn’t sit still for long, we skipped the buffet and bought deli items and desserts from the station building to enjoy in our Room. Paper plates, spoons, forks, and chopsticks were available at the amenity corner, which was incredibly helpful. Also, having a ReFa hair iron available was truly appreciated!

    Birthday Trip

    Stayed the night before visiting Disneyland. From 2 PM, there were welcome drinks and snacks, which delighted both kids and adults. The Room was clean and comfortable. The staff created a wonderful atmosphere, making it a satisfying stay... Thank you!

    The Room is...

    I stayed in the Oriental Moderate Room, but there was no stand to place my carry-on bag. There was only one table and one chair, and since I didn’t want to put my luggage on the bed but had no choice as there was nowhere else to open it, I ended up placing it on the bed, which wasn’t very pleasant. In the bathroom, the drain stopper remained closed, causing water to accumulate and making me panic a bit. The breakfast was all very delicious. So next time, I’d like to try staying in a different room!

    About Room Cleaning

    I stayed for 2 nights this time. It is a wonderful hotel, and my family always uses it during trips to Tokyo and Disney. However, there were two very disappointing points this time. Since I did not book under a Multiple Night Stay Plan and made separate reservations through different companies, I was unaware that there would be no bed-making service in between stays. I knew that if booked under the Multiple Night Stay Plan, bed-making would not be provided unless requested. As a result, we ended up sleeping on dirty bedding on the second night because we did not request bed-making service. It would have been helpful if this had been explained at check-in. Additionally, there was an issue with the toilet in the room—it seemed like ramen soup? had not been flushed properly. My family did not eat any ramen during our stay. This unfortunate situation left us feeling very disappointed during what should have been an enjoyable trip.

    The lounge, accessible to all guests, is a big hit with children. Our second daughter loved it so much that she said, "Why not stay here every time we go to Disney?" She especially enjoyed making her own cotton candy, which was a highlight for her. The amenity bar was delightful and brought joy to our eldest daughter. However, our youngest accidentally left her cool neck ring in the refrigerator. When we informed the front desk in the evening after returning from the park by bus on checkout day, they mentioned it would take about 10 minutes to search for it. In reality, we ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes at the front desk. During this time, several staff members kindly checked in with us about our request. Considering that shipping costs might exceed or match its value of just a few hundred yen and that our children had school the next day, we decided not to wait any longer and told them they didn’t need to continue searching before heading home by car. On our way back home, we received a call from the hotel informing us that they had found it after what seemed like an hour of searching. While expressing gratitude over their efforts and explaining that shipping costs would be unnecessary due to its low value, I requested them to dispose of it instead. To my surprise and delight, they offered to cover shipping costs themselves as an apology for keeping us waiting earlier. Thank you very much for your kind response! We will definitely stay again!

    Long time no see!

    I became a member 20 years ago and stayed a few times, always booking a twin room with three beds. This time, I decided to stay because the accommodation was newly renovated and offered breakfast included at an attractive price for a Saturday. At check-in, I had to stand and wait until my turn as there were no available seats, even though the procedure itself was quick. The 2 PM check-in time was confirmed twice during the process. The two-bed room was nice for the first time; however, there was no space to place luggage. I wanted to have dinner in the room but found that the table was too small and there was only one chair. Ice had to be brought in using plastic bags. The lounge, which is said to be good, did not seem exclusive for accommodation guests. Around 5 PM, families crowded around snacks while drinks were served in what appeared to be child-sized cups. For meals: lunch at the Chinese restaurant and breakfast were neither particularly good nor bad. Considering the cost of breakfast alone, it felt somewhat underwhelming.

    Check-in took a very...

    Check-in took a very long time, and the line barely moved. I was directed to the counter at the far end, but even when it was my turn, the staff kept attending to other guests who were not in line, answering their questions and handling their luggage. This made it difficult for them to focus on assisting me. I was quite disappointed with the staff's service. The Room cleaning was also inadequate. The phone placed in the corner was covered in dust, and there was trash on what seemed like a freshly made bed. While there were many good points about my stay, these disappointing aspects stood out and left me feeling let down.

    Overall satisfied!

    We had a great time. The Room was clean even under the bed, the TV was large, and the bathroom had two sinks and shelves, which were very convenient. The hairdryer was from ReFa, and there was also a hair iron available, which made me happy! On the front floor, there were complimentary snacks like candy, pancakes, and a cotton candy machine all gathered in one central area. However, it was extremely crowded due to this layout, so we couldn’t take much. The variety of snacks wasn’t extensive either but it was still enjoyable as a service. In the Room, what concerned us were two things: First, the sound of water refilling in the toilet tank didn’t stop throughout our stay. Second, there were signs of aging stains in some grooves of the bathroom. While aging stains are understandable over time, it would be better if the toilet noise could be fixed. Additionally—this is puzzling—there was an in-room pen stuck under one mattress (the middle bed out of three). Overall though, we had a wonderful time!

    Convenient location ...

    Convenient location with a convenience store at the front desk, and the Room was easy to use for me and my daughter. We always stay here when visiting Disney. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and requested to complete only the check-in procedure since we would return late, but were told it could not be done before the designated time, so we had to wait—just 30 minutes though. They mentioned that late-night check-ins are possible, but since it gets crowded after returning from Disney, even if we inform them of our early arrival at the Hotel, procedures are still restricted by time. It would be great if they could allow just completing the procedure in advance during such situations...

    Cost-effective Hotel

    The cleanliness and hygiene of the Room were excellent, but the lack of in-room amenities might be inconvenient for those who prefer comprehensive services. However, with free lounge access, clean Rooms without unit baths, efficient air conditioning, and considering the price point, it offers good value. The breakfast is also quite delicious.

    Birthday Disney

    Close to the station, with a welcome service offering snacks and drinks, spacious Rooms, and an excellent Hotel! Lawson has a great selection of items, and the station building offers everything you need for convenience.
