    The breakfast is excellent.

    I stayed for 3 nights on a solo trip in March. The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful. The main plate was freshly prepared after being seated, and the daily variations were especially appreciated during my Multiple Night Stay. I also enjoyed the cute illustrations used to explain the main dishes. The slow-cooked whey pork was incredibly tender, melting in my mouth. The small dishes served in spoon-like containers were beautifully presented, easy to pick up, and offered a variety of flavors. The homemade ricotta cheese and freshly shaved prosciutto were delicious. Seafood appetizers and spicy soup curry gave me a true taste of Hokkaido. The French toast had a custard-like creamy center that melted in my mouth, while the homemade desserts were outstanding. The cheesecake with raspberry at the bottom was irresistible even when I was full—it’s something you just have to try! A gentleman dressed in black provided exceptional hospitality, making my solo dining experience very pleasant. I hope I have another chance to visit again!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    It was my first time staying here. I was delighted to find an exclusive drink bar for guests at the café after check-in, and the chocolate cake was delicious. The room was clean, with large windows that made it bright and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast venue wasn’t crowded, and I could enjoy a relaxed meal. Everything was tasty, especially all the items on the main plate. The male staff at the breakfast venue were very attentive and made my morning enjoyable. All staff members—from the front desk to the café and breakfast venue—provided detailed information, ensuring there were no surprises or missed details during my stay. Their attentiveness really stood out to me. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity!

    Nakajima Park with Stunning Scenery

    I arrived at the Hotel around 2 PM, and since the Room was available, I was allowed to check in. The Room was also upgraded, and it was as spacious as combining two Rooms close to a suite. The design allowed me to see the window from the bed, offering a full view of Nakajima Park. The snowy scenery was so stunning that it made me forget I was in the city. There were free drinks in the lounge until 7 PM, including wine, allowing for a bit of relaxation. They also offered free rentals of sleds and other items for children, making the stay very comfortable. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience.

    Stay in Sapporo

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. I was able to relax in the Room. I was pleased with the many mini dishes for breakfast that delighted the ladies. I ate too much. I also enjoyed the delicious desserts, and I appreciate the support staff for recommending, "This is recommended, please try this, and here's the coffee." It was a long time since I received support that felt like a sommelier in a suit. I will visit again. Nakajima Park must have been beautiful during the autumn leaves season. Next time, during the cherry blossom season.

    The location is good, but the room and amenities are comparable to a Business Hotel?

    I think it's okay not to have a welcome drink. Instead, I would like a coffee pack in the Room! (This is the first Hotel I've been to without a coffee pack.) There's no hand towel in the bathroom! Since the COVID-19 pandemic, it's become common to have air purifiers permanently installed or available for rent, but there isn't one! The Room layout (counter in front of the mirror, table chairs, etc.) is difficult to use!

    Great location!!

    The location is great, and although I was worried about the low price, the room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. I plan to stay here again the next time I come to Sapporo! Thank you very much! I would have preferred the bathroom to be separate from the toilet and bathtub, but at this price, I can't complain! The value for money is outstanding!

    Spacious Room for a Comfortable Time

    For the past few years, I've decided to stay at this Hotel whenever I visit Sapporo. I love the spacious Room, the proximity to Nakajima Park for a nice walk, and the breakfast is my absolute favorite. This time, I was surprised to be upgraded from the usual Deluxe Twin to a Suite. I was able to enjoy an even more comfortable time than usual. Thank you. The breakfast was as delicious as ever, and the fact that you can enjoy wine is a big plus. I'm delighted with the many side dishes that pair well with wine. On the first day, the male staff during breakfast were very pleasant, recommending dishes and suggesting freshly brewed coffee from the machine to take away. However, on the second day, the female staff did not greet us promptly upon arrival, nor did they say goodbye when we left, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, it's my favorite Hotel, and I look forward to staying again.

    The breakfast is delicious!

    I booked this hotel as it is not too far from Susukino and is in a slightly quieter area. The facility is old, but it was well-cleaned and comfortable. We used a connecting family room, but since there is only one sink, bath, and toilet, we had to be considerate to avoid congestion, which is a downside. The breakfast was really delicious, and the appetizers, which were pre-served on small plates, were easy to take, so the line moved quickly. The most impressive thing was that all the staff were cheerful and provided friendly service! I definitely want to use it again.

    A nice hotel with a view of Nakajima Park.

    The room offers a great view of the entire Nakajima Park. The room is spacious and comfortable. The washroom is long and wide, but it was a bit strange that the bath and toilet are lined up in one space. With this layout, it would be more convenient if the toilet were separate. The breakfast was mostly Western-style, and it was disappointing that there were no Japanese side dishes. Since there is rice and miso soup, it would be nice to have items like natto, cod roe, or grilled fish. I stayed for a concert at Kitara, and it was convenient as Kitara and the subway station are nearby.

    Convenient

    Adjacent to Nakajima Park, it's ideal for a morning walk and also close to Susukino, so I will make it my regular accommodation in Sapporo from now on.

    The view from the room was amazing.

    I stayed one night in a standard double room. I got a bit lost coming from the subway's exit 3. I got confused in the courtyard. The entrance is a bit hard to find. The building seems old, with some spots where the paint is peeling, but the room was well-maintained and comfortable. I received two bottles of water and a bath additive at check-in. The tap water seemed to be groundwater, so I felt safe using it. Although it was a unit bath, the bathtub was large and relaxing. The view from the large window was wonderful, allowing me to enjoy the scenery of Nakajima Park. On the 1st floor, the free drink lounge "Café Saison" offered complimentary red and white wine and soft drinks. The consommé soup was particularly delicious. You could also take drinks back to your room. Cakes (500 yen) were also available for purchase and could be enjoyed in the lounge. Breakfast was at the bistro "La Provence" on the 5th floor. There were small dishes, a variety of desserts, and sparkling wine and wine to enjoy. However, the location was disappointing, as there was no view from the 5th floor, and the tables for one person felt cramped. It was a shame that it didn't feel like a luxurious breakfast. Next time, I would like to stay on the premium floor with my family.
