    Satisfied

    The location is very convenient, and you can walk to the downtown area. I was a bit surprised to see many love hotels along the way. The Hotel Facility feels somewhat dated, but it was well cleaned. The room had a slightly distinctive smell, though I couldn’t tell whether it was from disinfectant or the furniture. The parking lot felt quite old, but the parking fee is a reasonable 1,500 yen per day. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    The Facility felt old, and each time I stepped into the hallway, I was bothered by a distinctive smell. The towels also seemed worn out, which was disappointing. The area where the EV charger is located was too narrow, making it difficult to position the car. Breakfast had a wide variety of items and was very delicious, so it was comfortable.

    As other Reviews mentioned, the breakfast buffet was delicious. Although the room’s walls and carpet have been renovated, the design felt like a bubble-era style from around 2000... It reminded me of an affiliated Hotel across the river.

    Delicious breakfast!

    I stayed for two nights. The breakfast was very delicious! Due to my schedule I only had it for one day, and I almost felt that was my mistake. There wasn’t a huge variety, but everything was consistently good and it left me satisfied from the morning. In the room, the bedside power outlet was broken and didn’t work, which was a bit inconvenient, but the bathroom was clean and pleasant. Overall, I had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

    A quiet Hotel facing Nakajima Park. Overall, it was fine. However, I couldn’t enjoy having a hamburger for breakfast in the morning.

    I went to Kitara to listen to a piano performance. I usually go home afterward, but since the next day was my birthday, I stayed at the Hotel to celebrate. After checking in, I enjoyed complimentary herbal tea in my Room and admired the wonderful view overlooking Nakajima Park. The young man who assisted me when I bought a cake on the first floor, and the male Hotel staff member who rode with me in the elevator, both provided pleasant service. After returning home, I made another Reservation for a future stay when I have other plans. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable. Thank you.

    This Hotel offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

    I stayed at a reasonable price with the Short Stay Plan. Check-in was after 6:00 PM, but there was a complimentary drink service for guests in the lobby lounge, and I was able to relax while enjoying the beautiful garden view. The next morning, I took a walk in Nakajima Park, which continues from the Hotel’s garden across a narrow road. The Room was clean, and I think it is a satisfying Hotel.

    We were very satisfied with the breakfast buffet.

    The main dish was outstanding. A feast for the eyes and a delight to taste. Everything we tried was delicious. The area around the Hotel was quiet, and we enjoyed a refreshing morning walk in Nakajima Park.

    A Comfortable Stay Next to a Beautiful Park

    I stayed here on a business trip, and actually stayed here two years ago on a family vacation as well. Just a few minutes’ walk from Nakajima-Koen Station and within walking distance of Susukino, it’s in a great location yet quiet and relaxing. Zepp Sapporo is right in front as well. On an early morning, I took a walk through Nakajima Park and was soothed by the beautiful scenery. The Facility feels a bit dated, but the Room was kept clean, and the unit bath was spacious enough to be comfortable. The front desk staff were also courteous and left a great impression. I think I’ll stay here again when I visit Sapporo next time. Thank you very much.

    My grandchild’s first seasonal festival and first birthday—amazing!

    Thank you for taking care of us for four days. We stayed in a high-floor Room, and our family of three was able to relax comfortably. We had a great view over Nakajima Park, and it was quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent—we even enjoyed wine. The only disappointment was the coffee from the coffee machine. If the coffee were better, I would give 5 stars. Also, the washlet in the Room toilet wasn’t working properly, so please check it.

    The facility feels a bit old, but the breakfast is excellent.

    The Facility feels a bit old, but it is well-cleaned. However, the toilet flush lever requires some force and makes a loud noise, which was a concern. I only had breakfast at the Hotel, but since the main plate changed daily, I was able to enjoy breakfast with a fresh feeling each day.

    The staff's smiles were wonderful.

    We made several requests, and despite the trouble, you kindly responded with a smile, making our stay very pleasant. The accommodation seemed to show some signs of aging compared to the photos, but the staff's hospitality and the delicious breakfast made up for it. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity. Thank you very much!

    Cold, very cold.

    Heating starts around 11 PM, as explained during check-in, but it was early winter outside. I couldn't sleep due to the cold and had to call for a blanket. I would rate the comfort of the Hotel as 1. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes and is satisfying; however, the overall arrangement could be improved. Grouping items like vegetables, fish, meat, and cheese might enhance the experience. It felt like the quality and variety of food were not fully utilized.

    I enjoy the Nakajima Park area and often stay there when I have the chance. This was my first time using this accommodation. The meals were excellent, thank you very much. However, I think a bit more attention and care could be given to room cleaning. The room I stayed in was lovely with a view overlooking Nakajima Park, but the cleaning was slightly lacking. For example, next to the bed by the window, there was what seemed to be medication left behind by a previous guest. Additionally, regarding the cleaning of rooms after check-out, there were quite loud noises starting around 8 AM which felt disruptive. Since this is an accommodation with an 11 AM check-out time, some guests might still be resting at that hour. While I had already finished breakfast and was preparing for check-out myself, I found the noise noticeable and distracting. A little more consideration in these areas would enhance the experience further.

    We had a wonderful and elegant time.

    I chose this accommodation to relax at a hotel after a long time, and it was the right choice! The spacious room on the 23rd floor offered a stunning view of Nakajima Park—an excellent location. I appreciated the Refa shower head and hairdryer provided. The bathroom seemed to have a view bath design, but the window felt slightly far for enjoying the scenery. Breakfast had an extensive variety, with every dish thoughtfully prepared—I wanted to try them all. The main plate changes weekly, and I liked that they used locally sourced ingredients. Having both Balmuda and Aladdin toasters available for warming bread was luxurious. The combination of French toast with slightly salty mascarpone ice cream was perfect. However, my assigned seat was next to the coffee machine, where guests and staff were constantly coming by, making it hard to enjoy a calm meal (though considering the venue's size, this seating arrangement might be unavoidable). I would love to come back here again for another refreshing stay!

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The meals were delicious, and we greatly appreciated the thoughtful care provided for our 1-year-old child, including a kids' chair. The proximity to the garden and Nakajima Park made it easy to enjoy outings with our child. The staff's hospitality was also excellent. Thank you very much!

    I stayed here during a business trip. Although I initially thought the location might be inconvenient as it is slightly far from my workplace, being close to Nakajima Park provided a great natural setting and a refreshing change of pace.     The common areas seem well-maintained. The air conditioning in the guest room has a musty smell, and the wallpaper stains are noticeable, but considering the location and price, it might still be a good choice.

    The restaurant is excellent!

    Located slightly away from the hustle and bustle, a taxi ride to the downtown area costs around 1,000 yen. The nearby tram stop also makes it convenient for outings. On the first day, we reserved teppanyaki steak at the Hotel. The finest ingredients made for a delicious meal, and after dessert, we moved to an adjacent room with a bar counter to enjoy coffee while admiring the night view at a leisurely pace. We look forward to visiting again to savor seasonal ingredients. The lounge on the first floor offers free drink service, and their porcini consommé soup was also delightful. Definitely planning to return!

    A breathtaking location with a panoramic view of the lush greenery of Nakajima Park and the towering Mount Moiwa in the distance. Conveniently located near a subway station, offering excellent accessibility. The Rooms are spacious and filled with a sense of openness. The breakfast buffet features a variety of thoughtfully prepared dishes, all delicious and satisfying. However, the true essence of this Hotel lies in the warm hospitality of its staff, who strive to understand each guest's needs. For instance, when thinking about wanting iced coffee at breakfast, staff promptly asked if there was anything they could assist with. Upon arriving earlier than planned, they kindly offered complimentary drinks in the lounge until the Room was ready. The attentive care and consideration left a lasting impression. This is undoubtedly an exceptional Hotel that makes you want to return for your next stay in Sapporo!

    Wonderful Hotel

    The price was affordable, so I didn't have high expectations, but upon arriving at the hotel, I was truly impressed by its cleanliness and the kind hospitality of the front desk staff. It was better than any accommodation I have stayed at before. I also added breakfast, which was delicious, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Every staff member greeted us with a smile, making our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you very much!

    Welcome Drink

    Previously, the lounge offered a lunch buffet exclusively for guests from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with juice, coffee, red and white wine available, and from 5:00 PM, "21CLUB" special soup was served. It was a perfect place to relax alone while enjoying the view or waiting for your companion. I ended up staying another night. Due to an error, I wasn't assigned a multiple-night stay room but was instead given a spacious room on an upper floor. The service was excellent, making it an outstanding stay overall. However, the bathtub felt slightly small, which was a bit disappointing.

    Great view overlooking Nakajima Park

    Originally known as Arthur Hotel, this accommodation offers rich hospitality and a great view of Nakajima Park. Staying here brought back nostalgic memories. Although there was an issue with the humidifier and air purifier that required a replacement during the night, it was still a comfortable stay.

    Regarding air conditioning

    The entire building uses central air conditioning, so individual room temperature adjustment is not possible, and it was cold in the early morning. Additionally, the clothing hangers were faded, which gave a sense of uncleanliness.

    I stayed for 3 nights on a solo trip in March. The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful. The main plate was freshly prepared after being seated, and the daily variations were especially appreciated during my Multiple Night Stay. I also enjoyed the cute illustrations used to explain the main dishes. The slow-cooked whey pork was incredibly tender, melting in my mouth. The small dishes served in spoon-like containers were beautifully presented, easy to pick up, and offered a variety of flavors. The homemade ricotta cheese and freshly shaved prosciutto were delicious. Seafood appetizers and spicy soup curry gave me a true taste of Hokkaido. The French toast had a custard-like creamy center that melted in my mouth, while the homemade desserts were outstanding. The cheesecake with raspberry at the bottom was irresistible even when I was full—it’s something you just have to try! A gentleman dressed in black provided exceptional hospitality, making my solo dining experience very pleasant. I hope I have another chance to visit again!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    It was my first time staying here. I was delighted to find an exclusive drink bar for guests at the café after check-in, and the chocolate cake was delicious. The room was clean, with large windows that made it bright and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast venue wasn’t crowded, and I could enjoy a relaxed meal. Everything was tasty, especially all the items on the main plate. The male staff at the breakfast venue were very attentive and made my morning enjoyable. All staff members—from the front desk to the café and breakfast venue—provided detailed information, ensuring there were no surprises or missed details during my stay. Their attentiveness really stood out to me. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity!
