    Used for a one-night...

    Used for a one-night, two-day stay due to my eldest daughter's piano event. Very convenient as it is within walking distance to Hamarikyu Hall and shopping areas in Ginza.

    The lobby is wonderful.

    My husband uses a cane, and although it was mentioned as 5 minutes from Shimbashi Station, it took us nearly 20 minutes on foot as finding a taxi was difficult. This made us barely make it in time for our dinner reservation. At the lobby, we explained the situation and left our luggage to check in later while urgently requesting a taxi. The process was incredibly swift, with smiles making us feel comfortable. By the time we checked in, our luggage had already been placed in our room. If I stay again in Tokyo, I will definitely revisit this property. I sincerely thank all the reception staff members. The bathtub is narrow; it might be inconvenient for larger individuals to use.

    A pleasant Hotel with a large window in the Room offering a view of the night scenery.

    A trip for three family members using Tokyo Station. We were looking for a hotel near Shimbashi Station or Yurakucho Station that could store our luggage before and after check-in. The accommodation fee of the hotel we used to frequent had nearly doubled, and we were considering a small business hotel, but since it was a special trip to Tokyo, we decided to stay in a room with at least a view of the Tokyo nightscape. 26 square meters felt sufficient just for sleeping even for three adults. In reality, the night view from both the lobby and the room became truly memorable, and I am glad we chose this place. The staff were courteous and everyone was pleasant; although there were some parts of the room that felt slightly old, I thought it was a comfortable hotel. Thank you very much.

    It was conveniently accessible to Ginza and Shimbashi Station.

    I used it for an exam. The view was great, and just being in the Room was refreshing. I used the group Hotel about 30 years ago, when there was no Starbucks, and I had tea at Wakamatsu or Shiseido Parlour and watched Kabuki. This time, I walked to Ginza Six several times. It was comfortable.

    A satisfying stay experience

    This is my third stay at this Hotel, and each time I have a consistently wonderful experience. This Hotel never fails to meet expectations. The front desk staff are very attentive and explain each step of the check-in process thoroughly, so you never feel like you're waiting unnecessarily. They also introduce the surrounding Facilities of the Hotel. Additionally, the front desk staff learned about my companion's birthday and prepared a small treat. Such small gestures make the entire trip heartwarming. The Room I stayed in this time had a view of Tokyo Tower, and as you all know, it's a very beautiful sight that never gets old. Combined with the heartfelt service from the moment you step into the Hotel until you check out, I wholeheartedly recommend this Hotel!

    The bath was disappointing.

    The hotel staff were very courteous and it was nice. The room had a beautiful night view and I was able to work comfortably. However, as I saw in the reviews, the bathroom floor was covered with mold, which was very disappointing. I think it's difficult to remove black mold, but it can be removed by a professional, and I'm considering not staying at this hotel again.

    The cost performance is excellent.

    Approximately 300 meters to Ginza Six. You can also see Tokyo Tower from the front, as well as the skyscrapers along the bay, offering a spectacular view. The prices in Ginza are affordable, making it highly recommended.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    When I left my luggage in advance, they brought it up to the Room before check-in, which was very smooth. The Room on the 18th floor may not have the best view in this Hotel, but personally, I felt it was worth more than the price.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    The access was very good as it is close to JR Shimbashi Station, Subway Shimbashi Station, and Yurikamome Shimbashi Station, allowing for easy walking to the stations. You can also see Tokyo Tower from the hotel lobby, and the night view is especially beautiful. I chose a room where you can see the Skytree from the bathroom, but when I turned on the hot water, the steam fogged up the window, and I couldn't see the outside view. The view from the room was very good. The water facilities such as the washroom feel a bit old, but they are cleaned nicely. When I checked in, there was an unknown pair of socks placed on the shelf in the closet, which I thought belonged to a previous guest, so I handed them to the staff. There was a proper apology regarding that point, so I think it was good. Thank you very much.

    Compact yet very user-friendly Room. Power outlets are conveniently located.

    Although compact, it was a very user-friendly Room. There were power outlets in key locations, a bathroom with a washing area, bright Room lighting, and a large window offering views of Ginza and Hibiya. The illuminated Tokyo Tower seen from the glass-walled lobby was beautiful. The staff were very pleasant.

    It is a good Hotel.

    This might be my third time using this place. What I like the most is that the bathroom comes with a washing area. I don't particularly focus on the night view. This time, the front desk staff provided truly pleasant service during check-in and check-out. It's not really a complaint, but I feel a bit awkward having to pass by the front desk when going out. I'm not sure if this is due to the building's structure or for security reasons.

    Delicious breakfast

    I look forward to enjoying breakfast at Mitsui Garden. The freshly baked galettes, sushi, and various desserts are all delicious. The service was excellent, and it was a pleasant stay. I requested a pillow replacement due to a strong aging smell. Thank you to the person who kindly brought it. I was surprised that this was communicated until checkout! As expected of Mitsui Garden Hotel. However, I was concerned about mold in the bathtub, possibly due to the recent increase in guests. Compared to before COVID-19, the wear and tear are noticeable. It might be good to check each room once. I wrote something unnecessary, but since I like the hotel, please take care of it. Points of concern: I feel the quality of the shampoo and conditioner has declined. Since it affects hair quality, those concerned might want to bring their own. I like this hotel for its good location, with a convenience store right next door and easy access to shopping in Ginza. Of course, the customer service is also excellent.

    Comfortable hotel

    I have stayed here once before, and I am satisfied because it was a clean and comfortable space as always. The staff also pleasantly assisted with self-check-in and taxi arrangements. Thank you very much. I will definitely use it again.
