  I expected similar services to other ANA Hotels, but it was a bit lacking.

  Regular Stays.

  Directly connected to Okayama Station, with a convenience store next door, the room is spacious and has large windows, providing a sense of openness. The staff's service is excellent. Although the accommodation cost is usually high, this time I was able to stay for around 10,000 yen, which was reasonable.

  素敵なホテルに泊まりたい

  The lounge benefits were excellent.

  It was convenient as it was close to Okayama Station. To reach the front desk, you go down to the first floor from the deck connected to the station and enter through the entrance. I applied for a Plan with lounge benefits, and it was very good. The breakfast had a wide variety of items, and I was satisfied. They can hold your luggage both before check-in and after check-out, so it was helpful not to have to search for a locker at the station. Thank you for taking care of us.

Our Hotel is located about a 2-minute walk from Okayama Station, and there are convenience stores nearby. We believe it is a particularly convenient base for guests traveling by JR or bus. We also appreciate your use of the bar lounge, a privilege of the premium floor. Although there is a time limit from 15:00 to 19:00, the use of the bar lounge is very popular, especially among repeat guests, and we are honored as a Hotel.   Comfortable Stay

  The hotel directly connected to Okayama Station offers rooms that are simple yet equipped with sufficiently clean facilities, and the bedding was comfortably arranged. A coffee machine is also provided, allowing guests to enjoy delicious coffee. The restaurant offers not only courses but also à la carte options in the evening, making it convenient and stylish. The staff's thoughtfulness was warm and pleasant. It is a very user-friendly hotel, and I would like to use it again on another occasion.

  The staff's service is excellent, which is why I choose this place.

  Although it is once a year, I have stayed several times. The bellboy who greets us every time, as well as all the staff, provide pleasant service, and I always choose this place when traveling to Okayama. The female bartender at the sky bar lounge, whom I hadn't seen since before COVID, remembered that I had been there before, which was impressive. Indeed, whether a trip is enjoyable or not largely depends on the hotel's staff. I had breakfast once through room service. It was a luxurious brunch while gazing at the mountains and the Shinkansen and local trains passing by through the large window. The scrambled eggs were very delicious. I stayed for four nights starting on a weekday, and with the discount from IKYU, the average cost per night was reasonable. I will visit again. Thank you very much.
