    Recommended by Nagasaki locals

    Although I live in Nagasaki City, my wife and I have stayed here many times. I also recommend it to guests. The interior has been renovated since before, and they now have a sauna and a large public bath. The food is excellent, and we are very satisfied. As an avid fisherman, I’m particular about the taste of fish, and even the sea bream chazuke was made with wild-caught fish. The sesame tofu was also the famous Kangetsu sesame tofu. This is a Hotel highly recommended by locals.

    Hospitality

    I stayed for one night after meeting up with my daughter during a business trip. We were looking forward to having champon and sara udon for dinner. At check-in, I asked if there were any recommended places, and the only answer I received was “Chinatown.” I asked for a few specific suggestions, but the response remained simply “Chinatown,” which was disappointing. It would be helpful to have some kind of guide or other information available. At the breakfast venue on the 15th floor, we had to wait due to the large crowd. When I asked about the expected wait time, I was told 20–30 minutes. We waited at the bar or restaurant on the right, but in the end we went back to our Room and asked to be called when it was ready. I’m not sure whether there was information available—such as an update on crowd levels via the in-Room TV like some other Hotels—but having that kind of guidance would make things smoother. It was disappointing not to have time to enjoy breakfast at a relaxed pace. There was no baggage rack in the Room, which was inconvenient, so it would be good to provide one as standard.

    It was a bit of a wa...

    It was a bit of a walk from the station, but there was a bus stop and tram stop right in front, making it convenient to get anywhere. The Room, bathroom, and public bath were all spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. However, it would have been even better if the Room lighting brightness could be adjusted... Since it was generally dim, it was inconvenient for reading at night or doing makeup in the morning. All of the staff were very kind and pleasant!

    Great location with easy access to transportation! Outstanding service!

    I took the limousine bus from Nagasaki Airport. As soon as I got off at “Takaramachi,” I was right at the Hotel entrance—so close it surprised me. The tram stop is also nearby, which is very convenient. Not only that, all the Hotel staff were kind and welcoming, with great smiles. The bath was nice too, but it was very crowded. I would appreciate being able to check how busy it is from the guest room. I will stay here again on my next trip to Nagasaki.

    We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed.

    Our family of three stayed in a Junior Suite. Unfortunately, the Room was far from clean. Two long black hairs were on one of the chairs at the table set, and there was clear sticker-like cellophane and grime in the washroom that appeared to be left by a previous guest. There was also an empty blister pack from medication on the floor beside the bed. In addition, one of the three beds had small reddish-brown spots on the sheet. When we lifted the sheet to request a change, we found a large brown stain on the mattress pad as well. We contacted housekeeping immediately and asked them to check with us. They suggested moving us to another Room of the same type. Since one person was already asleep, the remaining two of us moved with only essential belongings at 11:00 p.m. The next day, we had to repack all of our opened luggage and move again. The moves took time and were honestly a significant burden. If there had been even a brief apology or some words of concern at checkout, we might have felt differently, but all we were told was, “There is no additional charge. Thank you.” Sadly, we will not be using this Hotel again in the future.

    Now even more complete with a large public bath and sauna.

    Since COVID, whenever I return home, I stay at a Hotel instead of staying at my elderly parents’ house. Over the past few years, several new Hotels have opened in Nagasaki City and I’ve tried them all, but this Hotel is still my top choice overall in terms of room rates, breakfast, location, Facilities, service, and hospitality. Everyone at the front desk and in the lobby is quick and pleasant to deal with, and it always makes me feel glad I chose to stay here again. This was my first stay since the large public bath opened on the 5th floor. With several types of baths plus a sauna, a relaxation area, and coin-operated laundry machines now available, it feels even more complete. The breakfast is as delicious as ever; among the buffet’s many dishes made with local ingredients, I especially like the sea bream ochazuke and the barley miso soup.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay on the 14th floor for a business trip. The view was great, and the Room was spacious and relaxing. The large public bath was clean, and the breakfast selection was excellent. It was also nice that the hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the station. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nagasaki.

    I wanted an extra to...

    I wanted an extra towel for entering the Onsen twice. Since the toilet, bath, and sink are combined, I inevitably had to go to the Onsen. It would have been better if at least the toilet was separate. The tram and airport limousine bus stop right in front of the Hotel, making it extremely convenient.

    Conveniently located and comfortable Hotel

    A convenient hotel located right in front of a bus stop and tram station, with an airport bus stop as well. While not brand new, it was very comfortable to stay. The artificial onsen facility is appreciated, and you can access FamilyMart directly from within the hotel. I will stay here again for my next visit to Nagasaki.

    Enjoy Travel 2025

    I stayed here twice during my trips in October and December. I chose this Hotel because of its convenient access to JR Nagasaki Station, trams, and buses, as well as the delicious breakfast that boosts your appetite. The clean and well-maintained rooms provided a sense of security, allowing me to relax comfortably. The layout offering a view of Nagasaki city was absolutely fantastic. I am deeply grateful to each staff member for their kind and warm hospitality with smiles. If anyone is unsure about which Hotel to stay at while visiting Nagasaki, I highly recommend THE GLOBAL VIEW Nagasaki. If I have another chance to visit Nagasaki, I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    Highly satisfied.

    Despite the reasonable price, the elegant lobby and attentive front staff made me happy even before entering the Room. The Room was also spacious. This Hotel offers such great value for money that it almost feels too good to be true. I would love to stay here again. The breakfast venue had a great view, delicious food, and a wide variety of dishes, which left me very satisfied. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that some dishes were empty at the breakfast buffet due to the large number of guests gathering at once—this was a bit disappointing. The public bath had stylish interior decor and was very chic. The sauna was also included, which added to my satisfaction! I wanted to give an overall rating of 5 stars; however, one minor issue is that the toilet area in the bathroom felt slightly cramped—though still within an acceptable range...

    A Hotel that offers excellent meals, relaxing baths, and a great location.

    I stayed here for a soccer match. The accommodation has excellent transportation access, making it convenient to go anywhere. While the facility and equipment feel slightly dated, there were no issues. The breakfast and large public bath were fantastic. Especially the sea bream chazuke, freshly baked bread, and desserts at breakfast were all delicious. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    A simple, convenient, and relaxing Hotel.

    Despite being within walking distance from Nagasaki Station, this Hotel offers a reasonable price with a luxurious feel beyond expectations. The Room design was simple without unnecessary decorations compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, but it was user-friendly and not inconvenient at all. The large public bath was relaxing; however, the dressing area felt cramped relative to the bath's size and tended to get crowded. For this reason, during my 2-night stay, I opted for the Room’s private bath on the second night. Breakfast was delicious! The omelet, sea bream chazuke (rice in tea), and desserts were particularly delightful. It was also nice that Nagasaki Champon and Sara Udon were served alternately each day. Since the restaurant is located on the top floor, enjoying a panoramic view of Nagasaki’s beautiful cityscape added to my satisfaction. In terms of access, Nagasaki Station is about a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, there are both tram stops and bus stops right in front of the Hotel, making it easy to reach major tourist spots in Nagasaki City. For some locations requiring tram transfers, buses provided direct routes—making good use of both transportation options highlighted how well-located this Hotel is. I would love to stay here again when visiting Nagasaki! Highly recommended!

    It was comfortable!

    I stayed for one night on a weekday. I appreciated the upgrade to a spacious Room, which allowed me to relax. The hotel had a lovely Christmas atmosphere. However, there was no bellboy present upon arrival or departure. Other than that, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. The only inconvenience was having to cross an overpass to reach the train station right in front of the hotel.

    The location was great, within walking distance from Nagasaki Station and close to the stadium. The streetcar stop is right in front, which is convenient, but the crosswalk is narrow and a bit steep, which was a slight drawback. We reserved a twin room on the 14th floor and had a comfortable stay. However, as mentioned in the materials provided at the front desk, adjusting the air conditioning was confusing and we couldn't manage it properly, which was unfortunate. The breakfast buffet offered local specialties with a wide variety of delicious options. All staff members were kind and made our stay pleasant. Thank you very much!

    My favorite Hotel.

    I have stayed here about three times, and I love the relaxing atmosphere of the lobby and café. The twin Room was spacious, with great furniture and beds! However, due to the age of the Hotel, there was mold on the tiles in the unit bath of the Room, which was disappointing. If this mold issue is addressed in all Rooms, it will become even more popular! The newly opened large public bath was fantastic! I will stay here again! The buffet was delicious with a wide variety of dishes—very satisfying!

    Front Desk Service

    When I returned to my Room at night and wanted to make coffee, I checked the refrigerator and found no water inside. I thought, "What?! Usually, every Hotel provides bottled water in the refrigerator. Does this Hotel expect me to buy water from the convenience store on the first floor?" So, I called the front desk to ask about it, and they said, "Yes, you need to purchase it from the convenience store." I was shocked! After coming back tired from being out and already changing into comfortable clothes, I gave up going down to buy water and ended up not having coffee (crying). The next morning when leaving, I opened a drawer under the TV table and found a bottle of water hidden all the way in the back! Due to incorrect information from the front desk staff, I couldn't enjoy my coffee!

    Nagasaki Trip

    We stayed as a family of five (2 adults, 1 elementary school child, and 2 preschool children) during our trip to Nagasaki. We reserved a triple room, and the two preschool children used Child Sharing Existing Bedding. Despite this, the room did not feel cramped and was very comfortable. As sauna enthusiasts, we were looking forward to trying out the new bathing Facility. The sauna was exceptionally clean, and both the bath and cold bath were fantastic. Additionally, having a washing machine with a drying function on the same floor as the bathing Facility was incredibly convenient. The breakfast venue offered stunning views and featured a delicious buffet with plenty of variety that we thoroughly enjoyed over our two-night stay without getting bored. There is also a convenience store right next door, which made things very handy for us. Although it is slightly far from the station—a minor downside—the overall value considering its price makes it an excellent Hotel stay experience!

    Impressed by the scenery and large public bath

    Stayed on 10/26 as a couple. The room on the 7th floor offers a view of Nagasaki Station's platform through the open curtains, allowing you to enjoy watching trains come and go without getting bored. The room was very spacious and satisfying. The large public bath on the 5th floor is spacious, with tubs set at different temperatures, accommodating about 50 people at once. It’s also available for use the next morning, which is very convenient. I would love to stay here again next time.

    Cost-effective accommodation, but unfortunately, the breaker was down.

    Affordable price of a Business Hotel with facilities and rooms comparable to a City Hotel. However, upon returning late at night after sightseeing, neither of the outlets by the bed worked. The TV didn’t turn on, and both outlets under the TV were also unusable. I had to unplug the air purifier (despite a note saying not to) just to boil water. In the morning, I informed the front desk, and they simply said "Understood" without taking any immediate action. While heading out for a morning bath, staff came to check and discovered that half of the breaker had tripped! There was no apology or acknowledgment during checkout either… disappointing. Please ensure breakers are checked before guests enter their rooms. On a positive note, the bath was excellent!

    I often stay here when visiting my hometown in Nagasaki, and the breakfast buffet is exceptionally refined and delicious. The view of Nagasaki city from the top floor is breathtaking. However, I feel that the sink faucets in the guest rooms are a bit outdated and difficult to use, and it would be great if the toilet bidets were upgraded as well. The large public bath on the 5th floor is very spacious and relaxing, with a particularly enjoyable sauna. It would be helpful if there were more coin laundry machines available. The location is also convenient, not too far from Nagasaki Station. Additionally, there's an airport bus stop right in front of the hotel, and it's within walking distance to Cocowalk shopping mall.

    The breakfast at the venue located on the scenic 15th top floor was delicious and very satisfying! The Room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, allowing for a pleasant stay. I would love to use this place again if I have the chance. Thank you for your hospitality!

    It was great.

    The lobby is lovely. The bath has a nice atmosphere, but the water is lukewarm. Amenities are well-stocked. The breakfast buffet and the view are satisfying. The bed is on the firmer side. It would be better if the toilet were separate. Overall, it was very satisfying!

    There is a tram stop and a bus stop right in front of the Hotel, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The large public bath was perfect for relaxing after walking a lot during sightseeing. Additionally, the Hotel staff were friendly, kind, and provided attentive service with a smile. It was a wonderful trip to Nagasaki.

    A Wonderful Trip to Nagasaki

    The location, room, and breakfast were all excellent, offering great value for money. The public bath was especially wonderful—clean, spacious, and with a variety of baths to enjoy. Breakfast was also outstanding with a rich selection of vegetables and fruits that were absolutely delicious. I would definitely love to stay here again!
