Ordinary, neither particularly good nor bad.

Close to the station, but the Room WiFi was weak and almost unusable. The Room has an old-fashioned design, which might divide opinions. Personally, as I only used it for sleeping, it didn’t bother me much. Although it's near the station, I didn't hear much noise from trains, bullet trains, or crowds.
