    Stayed for our wedding anniversary.

    We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with the Anniversary Plan. The hospitality of the accommodation staff, the onsen, and even the squirrels were truly soothing. We enjoyed meals crafted to highlight natural ingredients, and my wife was delighted by a surprise whole cake with a personalized plate and half bottle of sparkling wine. Upon departure, we even received a commemorative gift, making it an unforgettable trip. We would love to visit again!

    This was our third v...

    This was our third visit. It had been a while, but the meals were as delicious as ever, and the hot springs were very relaxing. The service was impeccable, and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. Dinner was beautifully presented with intricate dishes served on lovely tableware. The portions were slightly too large for us, and we apologize for not being able to finish everything. We look forward to visiting again!

    An accommodation surrounded by nature and offering soothing hospitality

    The accommodation offered a private onsen semi-open-air bath attached to the room, delicious cuisine, and exceptional hospitality from the hostess and staff, making it a truly satisfying stay. The detached accommodation consisted of two connected rooms, but there was no noise from the neighboring room, allowing for a relaxing experience. Fortunately, we stayed in a room with an ocean view, where the distant blue horizon was soothing. Additionally, we enjoyed watching squirrels visiting the balcony and flocks of Japanese tits flying playfully among the trees. However, due to the tiered layout of the property, guests need to climb stairs from the front building to reach their rooms; this may require caution for those with mobility issues. Despite staying during New Year's holidays, we were able to enjoy high-quality accommodation at a very reasonable price and feel optimistic about starting another great year ahead. We look forward to having another opportunity to meet again!

    The food was exceptionally delicious.

    The food was exceptionally delicious, and the service was perfect. However, it was disappointing that the room did not have a view of the sea. While it was nice to see many trees and even some squirrels, I would have preferred to enjoy the onsen with a view of the ocean. It might be better to avoid describing this accommodation as offering sea views.

    The room smells musty.

    Charcoal dehumidifiers and other measures were in place, but there was a musty smell upon entering the room, which was unpleasant. It might have been better to inform them in advance that we were bringing elderly people, as the separate building required climbing quite a few stairs, which was not suitable for the elderly. We appreciated being served tea upon arrival and at checkout, but we would prefer to enter the room quickly, wash our hands, and gargle to settle in, and then check out. Moreover, it would be more appreciated if meals were brought to the room upon entry and similarly upon departure, as we would like to assist the elderly. We didn't notice the champagne was forgotten during the meal, but they kindly gave us a bottle as a souvenir. Thank you. The spiny lobster was luxurious, and the Japanese-style seasoning was delicious. It was disappointing that there was no abalone course on the weekend, and a la carte items could not be ordered without a prior reservation.

    Satisfied.

    There were certain foods I couldn't eat due to allergies and medication, but they accommodated me perfectly, allowing me to enjoy my meal with peace of mind for the first time in a while. I am also grateful to all the staff I met, who greeted me with wonderful smiles.

    The Onsen was great,...

    The Onsen was great, but the changing room felt like the interior of a regular house, which slightly diminished the extraordinary experience. The meals were plentiful and delicious! Thank you for adjusting the menu for pregnant guests. Overall, the food was tasty, but some dishes were a bit too strongly flavored, so I rated it 4 stars. The service was excellent, and overall, I was very satisfied!

    Great satisfaction at Stays

    We used it on our way back from our first scuba diving trip as a couple in Izu. We were very satisfied with the hospitality and cuisine that exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at various inns as a couple, and this was top-ranked. We will visit again if we have the opportunity.
