  Relaxation Near Lake Shikotsu

  I stayed at the group's "Kuchu Suizan" in January and was very satisfied, so I was looking forward to this visit as well. The shuttle service from Chitose Station was very convenient. With Lake Shikotsu nearby, it’s a perfect location. All the meals were delicious, and I enjoyed inari sushi as a late-night snack, leaving me completely full. The sangria at the lounge had a nice spice kick, and the handmade soy milk chocolate and chewy tofu were also delightful. The onsen's open-air bath had just the right temperature; however, I didn’t know that the bath next to it was under maintenance, which was disappointing. All staff members provided excellent hospitality and made my stay pleasant. Next time, I hope to visit when all onsen facilities are available for use.

  A Hotel with Warm Hospitality

  The Room had a spacious bath, which was very nice. The lounge offered champagne, coffee, other services, a complimentary drink at the bar, and bread service, making it very relaxing. The senior staff members were also very kind. It was a Hotel with a nostalgic charm. I would love to visit again.

  I had a relaxing time.

  The moment I entered the Hotel, I was greeted by a lovely aroma that made me feel at ease. Since it was a Room with an open-air bath, I did not use the public bath. However, the water temperature in the Room's open-air bath was low. The staff at both the dining area and front desk provided excellent service. The lounges on the first and second floors had a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Thank you for your hospitality.
