    Is this okay?

    Considering this price for all-inclusive, it might be acceptable. Being an old building, voices from other Rooms can be heard. It was disappointing as it was the first time at a tourist Hotel where I could still hear voices past 11 PM. Is the opening time of the public bath checked with a code? If distributing an information sheet, why not include that detail there?

    It was a good accommodation.

    The overall satisfaction with the Facility was high. We stayed in the High-Floor Sunset Suite Japanese-Western Room (77,000 yen) as a couple with a toddler. The Room was very spacious, had great views, and was comfortable. Additionally, the children's play area on the first floor was well-equipped and made our child very happy. Personally, I enjoyed the atmosphere of the outdoor bath's nighttime lighting in the large public bath, found the rest chairs comfortable, and appreciated the unique sauna experience. However, there were some drawbacks: despite the high price, futons were not laid out for us in advance; only two sets of towels were provided; and the food wasn't particularly impressive. Next time we might dine outside to save on Room costs. Overall though, it left a good impression as a Hotel.

    A Hotel You'd Want to Stay at Again

    Stayed for one night from June 18th to 19th. The meals and the room were very satisfying. However, there was only one large and one small towel per person for the bath, so once they got wet, I had to dry them before using again. I wanted to take a bath three times, but since the towels were wet and unusable, I ended up bathing twice—once at night and once in the morning. On the way to the accommodation, I was surprised to encounter a baby fox. It made me realize that Shiretoko still has abundant nature left. I'm glad I stayed here at the end of my trip.

    Overall a good Hotel

    The staff provided excellent service, the open-air bath and sauna were well-equipped, the spacious facilities were relaxing, and the meals were satisfying. Overall, it was a great Hotel that I would recommend to others.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles, and the spacious lobby with high ceilings instantly relieved our travel fatigue. From our Room, we could see the Sea of Okhotsk, making us feel the distance we had traveled. The dinner buffet was delicious, allowing us to enjoy a variety of dishes in small portions. We especially loved the kelp shabu-shabu and Hokkaido asparagus, which were so good that both my spouse and I went for seconds. The all-inclusive option was a highlight as we could choose our favorite drinks freely. Sapporo Classic beer was particularly refreshing and easy to drink, making it hard to stop at just one glass! As for my husband who prefers sake, he mentioned that having more varieties would have been even better. Breakfast felt slightly milder in flavor compared to dinner. The next day blessed us with clear skies as we boarded the Shiretoko Cruise on the Rusha Course to witness Shiretoko's stunning natural beauty firsthand. We were even lucky enough to spot a rare sighting of four brown bears—a mother and her cubs! It made our first visit to Shiretoko truly unforgettable. For such excellent service at this price point, it’s an outstanding value for money. Thank you very much to all the staff!

    Truly Relaxing KIKI Shiretoko

    We had a wonderful stay during our trip to Shiretoko with three classmates. The bath was clean, there was a sauna, and the hot spring water suited us perfectly. The Room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and one of my friends mentioned they had their best sleep in a long time. The meals featured plenty of potatoes, cheese, and salmon with a wide variety of dishes. The dessert parfait at night was delicious. Being able to enjoy as much Sapporo Classic beer or wine as we liked was truly amazing. The interior design of the facility, including photos and sofas, had a cohesive theme that provided great relaxation. My friends were also very satisfied with their stay.

    Attentive service

    A relaxing solo trip with a Room upgrade allowed me to enjoy a luxurious and leisurely stay. Although the clouds were thick and I couldn't see a clear sunset, the view from the 8th floor was spectacular. The lounge offered beer, soft drinks, and snacks, which many guests enjoyed even after dinner. The dinner buffet surprised me with its wide variety of free drinks, including alcohol. The dessert parfait at the end was of restaurant-quality. However, it was slightly inconvenient to step out into the hallway as there were two separate dining areas. The large public bath features two types of saunas and even has a peppermint water drink bar inside—something I experienced for the first time and found impressive. Next time, I would love to visit with family or friends!

    Excellent

    Stayed for one night with meals included. The room was assigned by the accommodation, and it turned out to be a lovely twin room with a view of the sunset, impeccably clean and very comfortable. The all-inclusive meals were delicious, though I ate so much that I couldn't make it to dessert. Dinner time offered a great selection of alcoholic beverages, which was fantastic. However, the lounge only served beer as alcohol, which might feel lacking for those who prefer more variety after their first glass of beer. The sauna was also excellent. I would love to stay at this hotel again if I visit Shiretoko!

    Wonderful!

    After moving from Mahoroba in Noboribetsu, we had a wonderful stay. What I felt throughout is that Hokkaido truly is a world-class tourist destination! Having traveled all over Japan, what defines first-class accommodation? It is the culture Japan has built to rival the world's best. The top-notch service and hospitality are both beautiful and inspiring. To be honest, I initially doubted if such excellence could exist in such a remote area, but it turned out to be a first-class place and hotel where Japan's cultural values, including the education of young people, are deeply rooted!

    Better than expected

    Having stayed at Kitakobushi as well, I can't help but compare, but the Facility here feels refined and is quite impressive. The staff are equally excellent. The way meals are served differs between Kiki and Kitakobushi, with only a slight difference in level depending on personal preference. By the way, the sauna is quite remarkable. While the view may not match Kitakobushi's, the spaciousness and facilities were well-equipped and satisfying. Considering our arrival time was very close to check-in closing time, there’s no significant difference overall.

    I stayed with a frie...

    I stayed with a friend. Overall, the hotel gave a family-friendly impression, making it enjoyable for children as well. The buffet dishes showcased the quality of the ingredients, but unfortunately, most of them were cold (perhaps to prevent children from getting burned?). I also stayed at Kitakobushi of the same group and thought that if traveling only with adults, staying two nights at Kitakobushi and visiting here for a day-use Onsen and sauna might be a good option.

    I was very satisfied.

    On the first day, I stayed at Hotel Kitakobushi, and on the second day, I stayed at Hotel Kiki. Both were excellent hotels, but I found Hotel Kiki to be more affordable and perfect for families. My friend and I are sauna enthusiasts, and while the sauna experience at Hotel Kitakobushi with views of the drift ice was impressive, the sauna at Hotel Kiki was truly exceptional—especially the "Neuna," which was outstanding. Unfortunately, due to bad weather during my stay, I couldn't use the igloo sauna, which is my only regret. There were many foreign staff members who provided very polite service that left a great impression. Thank you so much for your hospitality. My son also mentioned wanting to visit Shiretoko next time, so we plan to stay at Hotel Kiki again in the future!

    Satisfaction

    It was my first stay. I decided to make a Reservation after hearing from an acquaintance who had a great experience staying here... And I’m glad I did—it was a wonderful Hotel. The staff were all amazing. The facilities were enjoyable as well. I left the choice of Room up to the Hotel, and perhaps I got lucky because it was an excellent Room! I had a relaxing time. I went with someone who loves saunas, and they were very satisfied too. On our way back, we talked about wanting to have a Multiple Night Stay next time. Our once-a-year trip to Shiretoko turned into truly wonderful days thanks to this experience. Thank you very much!

    The view during the drift ice season was exceptional.

    The buffet was very delicious. The 4th floor was fine, but please note that on lower floors, power lines might obstruct the view or the sea may be less visible.

    Both the food and drinks are completely satisfying.

    I stayed with my elderly mother who uses a cane. The dining area was conveniently located nearby, making it easy to move around. The drink selection was excellent, including alcohol, allowing us to enjoy a variety of options in small amounts. For breakfast as well, the same convenient seating was arranged for us, ensuring ease of movement. The large public bath and open-air bath were wonderful, and since we visited on a weekday, we could enjoy them spaciously. Although we didn’t use the wood-fired sauna this time, I plan to try it during our next visit. The Hotel is spacious yet clean and perfectly sized for comfort.

    The bath is amazing!

    The satisfaction with the bath is high! The temperature setting was accurate, and the changing room was kept clean. However, despite being advertised as all-inclusive, there were few drinks and snacks in the lounge, and the buffet selection was quite ordinary. It was disappointing that there was only one choice for dessert...!

    Great value for money.

    Thankfully, the drift ice arrived perfectly, so the view was outstanding! The Room was simple with no unnecessary items, providing ample space and satisfaction. There is also a lounge, and with the buffet being all-inclusive, it offers great value for money and we are very satisfied.

    Satisfaction beyond the price

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay over the New Year period. I was able to enjoy a luxurious stay as the Room was upgraded. Review (personal opinion) The meals were varied and provided satisfaction beyond their price. I was surprised that most of the menu changes daily so that even during a Multiple Night Stay, it doesn't get boring. There are desserts like parfaits, but I would be happier if there were more types and options. The lounge offered beer, soft drinks, and some snacks, which were enough to satisfy a small appetite. (It doesn't have a luxurious feel) The bath was spacious, with an open-air bath and sauna available. As for improvements, I felt the flow line to the laurel sauna was poor, making it dangerous with people coming in and out. Due to the height differences, I felt that a fall could lead to a major accident. Personally, I would appreciate it if the cold bath was around 15 degrees. The children's play area is also well-equipped, and overall, I think it is a Hotel with a high level of satisfaction.

    I will definitely visit again!

    Stayed for 3 nights. No complaints. Everything was comfortable and it healed the fatigue of the year. We will definitely visit again with the whole family. Watching guests clearing snow from their cars in the freezing cold from the window in the morning was truly humbling. Thank you very much to all the staff. Please take care of yourselves.

    Winter Trip to Shiretoko

    I used this Hotel for a solo trip to Shiretoko in winter. Everything was perfect, from the clean and spacious Room to the breakfast and dinner buffet, and the hospitality of all the staff. I saw from the Room window early in the morning that the Hotel staff was clearing snow from the guests' cars. I am also grateful for the courteous send-off. If I have another opportunity, I would like to use it with my family next time. Thank you very much for this time.

    It was so good that I had a Multiple Night Stay.

    I didn't know Shiretoko was such a great place. That's why I decided on a Multiple Night Stay, and in terms of price, I couldn't consider any option other than this Hotel. As a base for Shiretoko, it's perfect.

    It was very good.

    As everyone reviewed, it was very good. Compared to the course meals, the food might seem a bit lacking, but there was a wide variety, including ice cream, which made it feel like a top-class selection. If I had to say, the onsen was equivalent to a typical spa, so it would have been nice to have more of an onsen-like atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and there was a sense of luxury, so I recommend it.

    The Best Shiretoko Stay

    Enjoy late autumn in Shiretoko and Abashiri based at KIKI. Meals, Onsen, neat Facility, and above all, the meticulous attention of the Hotel staff. All hospitality was impeccable. I would recommend it to friends and acquaintances visiting Shiretoko.

    It was a very good Stays.

    I made a reservation with a room assigned by the hotel. Perhaps because it was a weekday, I was provided with a spacious room and had a comfortable stay. The meals were delicious, and I enjoyed the bath and sauna. It was my first time in Shiretoko, but including the hotel, it was a very satisfying trip. I would definitely like to stay again when I visit Shiretoko.

    We stayed as a couple. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff were outstanding, and we had a very satisfying stay. The meals (especially dinner) were excellent, and the rooms were spacious. The large public bath, including the open-air bath and sauna, was well-equipped, making it a hotel I can recommend if you're going to Shiretoko. The bathroom and washroom in the guest room are a bit small, but it's still a highly recommendable hotel. Thank you very much.

    The facilities and meals were great, but above all, the hospitality of the staff was outstanding. From the bellboys to the staff in every department within the hotel, I could feel it from everyone, making it a hotel I would want to stay at again.

    The staff's hospitality, the meals, and the relaxing time spent in the spacious theater made for an excellent experience. I will visit again next year. One regret was that the open-air bath was too crowded, and I couldn't get in, which was disappointing.
