    It was wonderful.

    I stayed in the Room of Minion 3, and my child loved it. We usually stay at Vita, so it was refreshing and very nice. I would like to stay again.

    Universal Countdown

    I often stayed from summer to autumn. This time, I made a reservation for the Universal Countdown. Since I was playing until dawn, I checked in after 3:30, but it was smooth because I had stopped by the counter in the morning to leave my luggage. The front desk staff were all friendly and responded with a smile, and the room was clean, so I had a pleasant stay. I would like to make a reservation again when I go to Universal. Thank you very much.

    I used it for the first time in several years to visit USJ with my family. The Facility showed some signs of age in places, but it was well-maintained, and we had a pleasant stay. The staff were as friendly and helpful as before, which was great. I would like to use it again on the next occasion.

    The Room was very ni...

    The Room was very nice, but the first receptionist was too unfriendly, and all nine of us, including the children, were thrown off and left with an unpleasant feeling until the end. It's disappointing.

    We had a great time!

    Stayed from 11/22 to 11/25. The location is excellent, within walking distance to USJ and Zepp Osaka Bayside. The breakfast buffet is available from 6:30 AM, and the menu is abundant and satisfying. (During busy times, the same menu is available in a separate venue, which is a wonderful response.) We had a fulfilling and wonderful trip. I would like to express my gratitude to all the related hotel staff.

    On a whirlwind family trip

    The spaciousness and cleanliness of the Hotel, as well as the sense of the goods placed in the store and shop, were excellent. I also plan to use it during Golden Week.

    Thoughtful consideration is appreciated.

    We stayed with our toddler who just turned one year old. At breakfast, we were guided to a corner seat to easily place the stroller. The room had a spacious sofa and a large mirror, allowing our child to enjoy the stay at the hotel without getting bored.

    The room was clean and lovely. Thank you for accommodating our requests. All the staff were kind. The breakfast was delicious, and we were very satisfied to enjoy the taste of Osaka, such as okonomiyaki and takoyaki. I definitely want to stay again when I visit Universal Studios. Thank you very much.

    Used for the first time in several years.

    I always choose this hotel when visiting Universal Studios, and when I can't get a reservation, I stay at Vita. This time, my work in Osaka finished early, so I made a sudden reservation for two nights. I paid extra to change to a room on the top floor, but I thought, "Was it like this?" I almost always used the Ocean Floor, but time is cruel, and there were noticeable peels in the room and several strange marks on the mirror. It seems they have removed bottled water due to environmental issues, which was honestly inconvenient. When I opened the window, it was on the sea side, and I felt sad because I had specifically chosen the park side before the change. I chose this hotel because they had low and very soft pillows, but they weren't there this time (have they been removed?), so I might choose a different hotel next time. I was also concerned about the inconsistency in staff service. Even after changing to the Ocean Floor, the restaurant did not provide Ocean Floor service, which left me feeling a bit disappointed. The feeling of wanting to stay here again like I did about 10 years ago is gone. This is just my opinion as someone who has used the hotel several times, so first-time visitors might not notice these issues. Although this is a harsh comment, I have many fond memories and am grateful for them.

    Port is always a rel...

    Port is always a reliable place to stay. This time, the parking attendant didn't insist on the external parking lot, and I was able to park smoothly. I ate too much from breakfast. The only disappointment was that the date on the Minion commemorative photo on the first floor had been removed.

    There were many good things, but the breakfast buffet was extremely satisfying.

    <Good Points> - The Minions in the lobby! - There was an orange juicing machine and freshly made fried chicken, making for a very satisfying buffet. - The guest room had separate bath and washbasin areas, which was convenient. The bed was also very comfortable. <Bad Points> - The toilet door was a louvered type, which provided excellent ventilation, but it was awkward because sounds could be heard clearly.

    Very cozy!

    The lobby's design has been renewed, making it fresh and cute! There are plenty of lockers, and since they are coin-operated (100 yen), it's convenient and you can safely store your luggage during check-in and check-out! I'm also happy that you can take only the amenities you need from the amenity bar! Additionally, the water is eco-friendly with a water server system, which is a bit more effort, but it's nice to be able to get it whenever you want! The room is also very clean, and if you stay on the park side, you can see the park's situation, which is great for planning your outings! Depending on the price situation, it's a hotel I love and would like to stay at again!!
