    For Osaka Expo Use

    The facility is quite old and has not been renovated, though it might have been high-class at the time. First, the Wi-Fi in the room does not connect at all. The walls are thin, and you can clearly hear bath sounds from above, below, and both sides. The unit bath is also outdated. The hairdryer is an old and cheap model. Overall, it does not meet the needs of modern users. If there’s availability nearby at Liber Hotel, it would definitely be a better choice in every aspect.

    I prefer a Hotel with separate bathroom and toilet.

    I chose this Hotel because I wanted a type where the bathroom and toilet are separate. At check-in, I was extremely tired, soaked and cold from the thunderstorm, and wanted to get to my Room quickly. However, it seemed like a new staff member was being trained with their supervisor behind them. They were trying hard, so I waited patiently. It would have been nice if training could be done during check-out first before handling check-ins since we were exhausted and freezing, almost catching a cold. Additionally, despite having large luggage, no one asked if we needed a cart. Some staff passed by but did not offer assistance throughout our stay. The parking lot also lacked carts and was quite far from the lobby; this could be improved for convenience when carrying items. The bathroom was slightly small but understandable as it is part of staying in a Hotel. I used the coin laundry to wash wet clothes but found it inconvenient that I had to go down to the 1st floor via the east elevator and then up again using the west elevator to reach the 2nd floor laundry area while already tired—this felt frustrating. There were only six machines available which made it very crowded; some people even cut in line or caused confusion about whether they were waiting for washers or dryers. It would be helpful if staff could manage this area or implement measures for better organization during busy times.

    I chose this accommodation based on its good reviews. At check-in, the front desk staff spoke in a low voice and very quickly, making it hard to understand. When I asked them to repeat, they responded with an annoyed attitude. It seemed like they were tired of being asked the same questions repeatedly. As this was my first stay here and the system is different from regular hotels, it was quite confusing for me. The luggage storage system involves using lockers and carrying your belongings to your room by yourself. Even if you check in before 3 PM, you need to insert your card into the check-in machine after 3 PM to pay the Accommodation Tax and receive your room key at that point. I have no complaints about the system itself but wish there had been clearer explanations provided. I also struggled to locate where the lockers were and asked at what seemed like a ticket counter near them for confirmation; however, their response was curt and unfriendly—perhaps due to being asked too many times by others as well. While café staff members were all kind and pleasant, there seemed to be a noticeable difference in how staff treated guests overall. Given its high review ratings, perhaps I just had bad luck with certain staff members during my visit—but unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

    The accommodation was used for access to the Expo by boat rather than USJ. The pier is directly accessible from the hotel, making it very convenient and allowing efficient use of time. The hotel, both inside and in the rooms, was bright, clean, and provided a safe stay. We stayed in a corner room on the 13th floor with great views; it was modern and stylish. The bathroom and washroom were spacious and clean, with a separate toilet which was helpful. Despite being a relatively large hotel, breakfast exceeded expectations. The restaurant was spacious, well-managed by staff to avoid chaos, allowing for a calm dining experience with delicious food. The menu variety was excellent as well. Regarding reception and lobby staff service: while female staff provided exceptional service, male staff seemed less motivated—an area that could be improved upon. This was the only downside of our stay. Although you need to cross the street to reach USJ's entrance, this accommodation offers peace of mind for your stay overall and is highly recommended. Even after check-out, there are plenty of suitcase wire locks and coin lockers available for convenience when carrying large luggage items.

    There is a boat dock...

    There is a boat dock behind the Hotel, and I stayed here to take a boat to the Expo. It was helpful that I could store my luggage in a locker before check-in. The Room was clean, and the separate bathroom and toilet were comfortable. The shuttle bus stop for Expo Sakurajima was about 1 km away, within walking distance. I would like to use this Accommodation again for sightseeing even after the Expo ends. Thank you very much!

    Kids, Expo, and Universal Studios

    I stayed here for a 2-day Multiple Night Stay to visit the Osaka Expo and Universal Studios Japan. When I arrived by car in the morning, the staff at the entrance immediately came over and kindly guided me to the parking area with a smile. Their quick and friendly service was excellent. The front desk had plenty of staff, who promptly greeted me, making it a welcoming and reassuring Hotel. It was such a great experience that I would love to stay here again!

    Old but highly satisfying

    I stayed at this accommodation at a very reasonable price during this season. I have used it multiple times, and the staff's excellent service always makes me feel comfortable staying here. This time, I stayed in a nostalgic (older) room that had not been renovated, but aside from the broken alarm clock that couldn't be used (which wasn't an issue since morning calls can be requested), there were no problems. The room's closet was convenient to use, and with separate bath and toilet facilities, it is ideal for long stays when visiting Expo or USJ. Amenities are available near the elevator for guests to take as needed. In the room, there were shampoo, conditioner, body soap, makeup remover, all-in-one gel, liquid soap for hands and face, and bath bubbles. Bath bubbles have been provided for some time now; however, it would be nice if guests could choose between bath bubbles or bath salts if possible. As part of heatstroke prevention measures during summer mornings, cold towels that can be wrapped around your neck are placed in the amenity corner—this is a great touch! The location is highly recommended for those planning to enjoy both Expo (accessible by bus or train) and USJ (within walking distance).

    Cozy Hotel

    We chose this hotel to visit the Expo, and it was the perfect choice! The shuttle boat departs right nearby, making it very convenient. The hotel allowed us to check in early in the morning and stored our luggage, so we could head to the Expo hands-free. We stayed in an Ocean Room this time, which allowed us to enjoy drinks from the morning. When we returned from the Expo around 9 PM, we were able to have drinks again immediately upon arrival. The free drink tickets were a delightful perk that we used until checkout. The room had a stunning ocean view that impressed both my husband and son. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom included a washing area and provided a relaxing experience. Amenities were also excellent. For breakfast, we were guided to a special seating area as part of our special floor accommodation benefits. There was no waiting time at the breakfast venue thanks to access through a priority lane—this was another great feature! The staff's service throughout our stay was exceptional. However, one small disappointment occurred at the restaurant when requesting dessert as part of our benefits; one staff member responded with an unfriendly attitude saying something like "Huh? I don't know." This interaction felt unwelcoming but did not overshadow how wonderful all other staff members were.     Universal Studios Japan

    I stayed here for an event near the aquarium and a visit to Universal Studios. I have used this Hotel many times when going to Universal Studios, and the staff's warm smiles always make me feel at ease. The Room is clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax. This time, I tried using the lounge for the first time and took a leisurely stroll behind the Hotel at night. The 20th-anniversary limited cocktail in the lounge was also delicious. As I plan to visit Universal Studios more often from summer to autumn, I look forward to staying here again. Thank you very much!

    Looking for a Hotel near the Expo site? Initially, I chose one close to the shuttle bus, but there was nothing around. For three people, options like adding an extra bed, sharing a twin room, or using a king bed can be uncomfortable for those used to living alone. This Hotel covers all those needs. The location is excellent—perfect for visiting USJ. Enjoy HARD ROCK CAFE and many food stalls nearby. Before heading to the Expo, take advantage of free lockers available here. A taxi ride to the Expo site costs around 3,000 yen, making it especially recommended for groups!

    GIRLY room was great for family use!

    A family of four (including a third-grader) stayed in the pink girly room. All four of us could sleep on the tiered beds and chat comfortably before sleeping. Highly recommended for families with young children, not just for girls' gatherings. The amenities were plentiful.

    Quiet and clean

    Clean, quiet, with soft and comfortable air conditioning. There must have been someone snoring loudly in the next Room, but I couldn't hear it at all. I wish I could have enjoyed the Hotel more leisurely. Not recommended if you have an early morning schedule!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Stayed for 3 nights while visiting the Expo and Universal Studios. The staff's service was accurate and courteous, making the stay comfortable.     Great ambiance

    I stayed on a special floor. The room was very lovely, and I had a relaxing time. The hospitality and guidance were pleasant. However, when I went to take a bath, I found an old toothbrush in the middle of the dressing room, which I immediately threw away. It made me uncomfortable, so my rating is slightly lower. The meals offered a wide variety of options. The pork steak was extremely tough, but everything else was delicious. I also enjoyed spending time in the lounge at my leisure and would like to stay again if given the chance. Thank you for your excellent service!

    Great value for money. Would love to stay again.

    I stayed for one night to visit Universal Studios Japan. There were many Hotels nearby, but I chose this one because it was within walking distance to the park and had separate bath and toilet facilities, allowing for a relaxing bath. I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but since my Room was ready, I could leave my luggage in the Room and rest before heading to the park, which was very convenient. I chose the most affordable Room type, and although it was compact, it didn’t feel cramped and I had a comfortable stay. After check-out, I could store my luggage in lockers provided by the Hotel, so I enjoyed two full days at Universal Studios Japan without any hassle. Overall, I think this Hotel offers excellent value for money. The staff were all friendly and welcoming; if I have another chance to visit Universal Studios Japan again, I would definitely stay here!     I always stay here when visiting USJ every year. This time, I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with breakfast included for the first time. (Usually, I grab a convenience store meal near the station, but it felt like a hassle, so I opted for breakfast this time.) The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and it made my mornings very satisfying! There were Osaka-style dishes that were fun to look at as well as eat. When I went to the dining area around 8:30 AM, there was a short wait, but since it wasn’t a day for USJ, I didn’t mind waiting. The staff’s hospitality was excellent—I had such a pleasant stay! I definitely want to stay here again next year.

    I have been a frequent guest and always enjoyed staying here. All rooms have separate bathrooms and toilets, and the meals are delicious. The standard rooms may not be particularly elaborate, but they are clean and sufficient as an official hotel for the theme park. Having dining spots outside of the main dining area is very convenient after a late night at the park. However, I am disappointed with recent experiences regarding parking staff behavior. Despite visible availability in the parking lot, staff approached casually with hands in their pockets claiming it was "full" and directing us to affiliated parking lots instead. Unlike Vita's staff who politely offer options like "We can guide you to an affiliated parking lot which is more economical; what would you prefer?", this approach felt dishonest. When I insisted on using your lot saying "I know there’s space available," they reluctantly allowed me to proceed—and indeed, there was plenty of space inside. While I understand marking it as "full" to prevent non-guests from using it, lying to guests who clearly state they are staying at this accommodation is unacceptable. Is this behavior instructed by the hotel or just individual discretion by staff? Please ensure such incidents do not ruin our experience again—I want my stay here to remain enjoyable without disappointment!

    Stayed for one night from the 22nd. The atmosphere and character around the hotel front desk were excellent. Even the elevator doors and interior were fun. The room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view of the park, which was truly satisfying. Also, I appreciated the abundance of hangers. At my previous accommodation, there were only four hangers, two of which had a special shape that made them difficult to use—so this was really helpful. Although I couldn’t try everything at breakfast, everything I did eat was delicious. I especially enjoyed the rice balls—they were a nice touch! The udon soup used high-quality ingredients and tasted great; it left me very satisfied. The orange juice also impressed me! Oh, and I absolutely loved the body soap in the bathroom—it’s my favorite now! Though it was a short stay, thank you so much for providing such an enjoyable accommodation experience!

The main purpose was visiting USJ on Sunday. - Visited the aquarium (Osaka Port) on Saturday and stayed nearby. - From the port next to the aquarium, it takes about 10 minutes by shuttle boat directly behind the hotel (about 1 minute walk from port to hotel). → There is a combo ticket discount for both the aquarium and boat ride, which makes it slightly cheaper. → If traveling by train instead of boat, it requires two transfers and approximately 30 minutes in total; using the boat saves time and effort!     Perfect stay! But there was some noise at night...

    I have stayed here several times. The front desk always warmly greets me with "Thank you for staying with us," which makes me feel very welcome. All the staff are friendly and greet guests properly. The separate bath and toilet make it very convenient—no complaints! Although bottled water has been discontinued, the floor's water dispenser was a great alternative. There was also a microwave, which was nice to use while courteously sharing it with other guests. However, this time past midnight (around 12 AM), intermittent loud laughter and noise from male guests in the neighboring room woke us up. Despite trying to endure it for a while, my entire family eventually woke up, so I contacted the front desk as we couldn't bear it anymore. They responded that they would patrol the area; however, the noise continued sporadically until after 1 AM. Perhaps they didn't hear anything during their patrols, making it difficult to address directly? Could this have been a connecting room type since we could hear so much? Being sleep-deprived made our visit to Universal Studios quite tough this time around. For our next stay, we kindly ask for your consideration regarding such matters in advance if possible!

    This time, we used the party room for a 3-night, 4-day stay. The sunken kotatsu-style table made it feel like home and allowed us to relax. I was surprised by the unique stairs leading up to the bunk bed.

    Stayed at the Property for a USJ visit. We were able to enjoy the breakfast buffet from early in the morning, which had a wide variety and was delicious. The kids were delighted with the fresh orange juice!

    Hotel is also fun

    This is my second time using it. The Room and bath are clean and spacious, so after playing at Universal Studios, I'm looking forward to returning to the Hotel! I will definitely use this Hotel next time as well. I'm even more excited about it than Universal Studios.
