    Not only your body but also your heart will feel warm and cozy.

    The interior is impeccably clean, polished from corner to corner. Attentive and thoughtful service. Delicious meals prepared with care. We had a very happy stay. The famous giant stone bath was also excellent. My husband and I even said, "We want to come every year." Thank you, Shirakabeso.

    The treasures of this Stays are the large stone bath, the large wooden bath, and the foreign staff. Thanks to them, I was able to have a good time. Thank you very much. (It is not a cheap Stays, so I would have liked a coffee service even if it was not a special room.)

    Relax and unwind.

    The clean interior, delicious cuisine with a wasabi twist, and the lukewarm onsen perfect for long soaks were incredibly relaxing. The foreign staff members provided high-quality service with great motivation, leaving a positive impression. However, I reserved a room with a bed in a renovated Japanese-style space as shown in the photos but ended up staying in a room featuring an authentic irori (sunken hearth) and floor chairs instead of the sofa depicted. While it did offer the charm of mountain village aesthetics, it felt less comfortable for relaxing in the room. If there had been prior notice, I would have chosen one with a sofa. That said, this wonderful accommodation introduced me to the beauty of Amagi Yugashima Onsen during my first visit. Thank you for your hospitality!

    We had a very good time.

    I was very excited to have booked a room associated with Mr. Yasushi Inoue, and it exceeded my expectations as a very good property. All the staff were very pleasant, and I could feel their spirit of hospitality. The baths, including the famous giant stone bath and the room bath, were all excellent. The food was also delicious. I had a trauma from ordering "Ise lobster grilled in its shell" at another property before, thinking it was a waste of money, but I ordered it with trepidation, and it was very delicious. I would definitely like to visit this property again.

    I was looking for a property with a room that has an open-air bath for a weekend trip, and I was drawn to this room associated with Yasushi Inoue, and the reviews were good, so I decided on it. Recently, at many properties, there are more foreigners working hard than Japanese, and here too, I felt that the staff provided courteous service with constant smiles. During the check-in explanation, I was told that I could have coffee in the lounge, so I went, but there was a sign saying it was limited to people on a special floor, and our room number wasn't listed, so I hesitated to use it. The room was very spacious for two people, with a retro and cute phone, and I thought it was amazing that beer was chilled in the fridge at this price, and the sound of the river was soothing and relaxing. The open-air bath attached to the room was lukewarm as described, and I thought it was just right for warming up after a long soak, but I was a little concerned about the sliminess of the wood and the small wood chips floating. The meals included a lot of wasabi and sweetfish during dinner, and the taste was mild, which was delicious for our age group, and we were happy. Wasabi was also served at breakfast, which was a luxury we hadn't experienced at any property we've stayed at before. Also, the homemade wasabi miso served at breakfast was delicious, and when I asked if I could buy it, they immediately checked, and I was able to buy it, so it was perfect as a souvenir, and I ended up buying three. However, I thought it would be nice if coffee was served at breakfast. When we checked out, the staff asked each guest if they wanted a photo taken, and when taking the photo, they said "wa-sa-bi," which was cute (laughs). And until we were out of sight, they saw us off, which was wonderful service until the end, and I was happy. Thank you for taking care of us.

    The service is excellent.

    I stayed with my mother. We were able to spend a quiet and relaxing time. It felt like an escape from reality, as if time had stopped. My mother is blind in one eye and moves slowly, but the staff were kind and helpful with their smiles, which was a great help. The bath has a low temperature, so you can soak slowly and it leaves your skin feeling smooth. There are many varieties of food, and the presentation is very lovely. The ventilation in the room was poor, and there was an odor. The response to this was also wonderful and impressive. I would like to stay here again when I travel to the Izu area.
