  The towels smelled.

  The towels smelled. The toilet paper was thin. Charging for Wi‑Fi unless you join the membership feels outdated these days. The view was wonderful, and we had an enjoyable stay.

  The staff are exceptional and very kind to children.

  We stayed with our 3-year-old child. Our child was thrilled with the towel bear and fruit that welcomed us in the Room. They quickly came to set up a bed guard, and when I mentioned I was pregnant, they kindly replaced the welcome gift wine with something else. When we were about to go out to Pure, a staff member asked about our child’s height and said, “There may not be much for them to enjoy…,” then suggested an alternative—the gondola that was operating. At both dinner and breakfast, everyone spoke warmly to our child and showed such kindness, and it seemed to spark our child’s interest in English. Our child said this Hotel was the most fun of all, so we plan to join Hilton Club and definitely return in the winter season! Although most of the staff were from overseas and we communicated mainly in English, this Hotel had the best hospitality of any we stayed at during our time in Hokkaido. Please share our sincere thanks with all of your staff.

  Room with a view of Mount Yotei

  The hotel is located slightly on a hill amidst stunning natural surroundings, offering panoramic views with its circular design. When I checked in during the evening, it was cloudy, and the room I reserved did not have a view of Mt. Yotei. Upon requesting a room with a view of Mt. Yotei, the staff kindly accommodated my request despite mentioning that it might not be visible due to the clouds. By the time I finished dinner, they had prepared an exceptional room on the 18th floor with breathtaking views. At night, visibility was completely zero due to clouds. However, I enjoyed the natural flowing onsen and slept comfortably in a king-sized bed. In the morning, as the clouds gradually cleared away, Mt. Yotei's majestic appearance emerged in full view—it was truly magical. Below me lay a beautifully maintained green golf course; just being able to enjoy this incredible scenery made my stay worthwhile. The service was exceptionally friendly; every staff member offered assistance whenever needed without hesitation. If I ever visit Niseko again for any reason, I would definitely choose to stay here once more!

  A Moment of Serenity

  Hilton always provides excellent service from the staff. I truly appreciate being able to relax while enjoying the view of Mount Yotei. I look forward to visiting again.
