  It was better than I...

  It was better than I imagined. I usually stay at properties with around 10 rooms, so I was wondering how it would be, but I am grateful for the equally attentive service. The large corridor connecting the reception and the rooms, and the dry landscape garden visible from there, are breathtaking. Simply magnificent. The meals were very delicious, and I appreciated being able to rent an electric bicycle at a reasonable price. Thank you especially to the young female staff at the reception and the attendant who supported us during meals for their kindness. Overall, I am satisfied, but if I had to say, it would have been nice to have a few rooms with open-air baths. After all, it is an onsen area. It is a property I would like to visit again in a different season.

  A wonderful accommodation for adults!

  For my stay with my elderly mother, I requested a room with as few steps as possible, and they specially arranged a room close to both the bath and the breakfast venue. Thank you very much. The inn was very quiet. There were no game machines or vending machines, and the souvenir shop was chic. The dinner was elaborate, and the portions were just right. My usually quiet husband said, "It's very delicious. The broth is well made, and unlike the recent trend of inns offering large quantities and numerous dishes, this was truly a good meal. Please convey my thanks to the chef," to the attendant. The attendant assigned to our room was also very calm and wonderful. Overall, I deeply felt that this is an inn for adults. My mother was delighted, saying, "I made a good memory before going to the afterlife!" I think I'll whisper to those who can appreciate the difference, "If you're staying in Hagi, choose Tomoe."

  My parents stayed th...

  My parents stayed there. It seems they were able to relax in a renovated, beautiful room while enjoying the view of the Japanese garden. The customer service conveyed a sense of hospitality and was simply wonderful. On the other hand, while the food was delicious, it lacked a bit of impact, and although the quality of the hot springs was good, the bath was a bit small, which is why I gave this score. My parents seemed very satisfied, so I am truly grateful.
