    The Room is clean and excellent.

    We stayed as a family of three. The location is excellent, right in front of the station, and the Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was particularly impressive, being separate and generously sized, giving an overall sense of comfort. It was also convenient to walk to various restaurants, making our trip to Akita very enjoyable!

    Perfect for solo travelers.

    Stayed in the annex accommodation. The bathroom had separate washing and bathtub areas. The spacious bathtub was perfect for relaxing (bath salts provided), and the semi-double bed allowed for a comfortable sleep. The accommodation was impeccably clean, with amenities and towels replenished daily, ensuring a pleasant stay. (Having makeup remover would have been even better.) The elevator required a card key for access, providing an added sense of security, especially for solo travelers. Breakfast was a buffet featuring Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. It was delightful to have onigiri made with Akita Komachi rice prepared with your choice of fillings. Local specialties like Akita miso soup and junsai were also available to enjoy regional flavors. Drinks included a wide variety such as juice, tea, and coffee. Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out was very helpful. Located right by the station rotary, it offers great convenience for transportation, shopping, and dining options nearby. I would love to stay here again when visiting Akita!

    I use this place several times a year. It had been a while since I stayed in the main building. The moment I entered the Room, there was a strong damp smell near the entrance. While the air purifier helped eliminate the smell in the Room, there was still a strong odor near the bathroom area. It seemed to be coming from the shower curtain, but since the sink, toilet, and bath were all in one space, it was hard to avoid breathing it in.

    When retrieving lugg...

    When retrieving luggage stored before check-in, it was placed directly on the floor instead of on a luggage cart. Unacceptable. The Room's ventilation fan was covered in dust, which was shocking. I didn't intentionally check for cleanliness but noticed it when looking up while gargling—surprised by how dirty it was. It made me wonder if cleaning is being done properly. Although the location near the station is convenient, this was not a comfortable place to stay.

    Perfect for a trip to Akita with a partner who has disabilities.

    The Room had a large east-facing window. The Hotel staff were very kind and arranged various accommodations in advance when we informed them about a family member's disability. For breakfast, they prepared delicious onigiri made with Akita Komachi rice on the spot, which was incredibly tasty. We also enjoyed various local specialties from Akita while leisurely overlooking the rotary at Akita Station.

    Conveniently located near the station

    It was raining on the day of my stay, but I was able to reach the accommodation without getting wet as it is directly connected to the station. I stayed in a single room in the main building, and the room size felt just right with a calm atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service, and being able to watch YouTube on the TV was convenient. I opted for no meals, but since it's close to the station, finding places to eat wasn't an issue. If I had to point out one dissatisfaction, it would be that the provided towels felt a bit stiff.

    This time, I chose this Hotel adjacent to the station as I planned to use the train. Not only is it close to the station, but the airport bus stop is right in front, and the market is within walking distance, making it very convenient. I stayed in the North Wing, and the Room was clean with well-stocked amenities. It was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations.

    My family home is in...

    My family home is in Akita City, but I find staying at the Hotel more convenient when visiting. Being directly connected to the station, I don't have to worry about bad weather. It's also very convenient with easy access to taxis and buses. My favorite part is the breakfast buffet. The menu had been the same for a while, but this time it was renewed with more appealing dishes added. I would love to stay here again.

    The room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

    I was initially anxious about staying with my 5-month-old baby, but we had a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious even with the baby crib, so it felt stress-free. The bed was large and very comfortable! The meals were enjoyable even during a multiple night stay, and I never got tired of them. The Akita rice was delicious. The location is convenient, with taxis available right in front of the hotel for immediate use. I plan to make another reservation soon. Thank you for your hospitality!

    The breakfast was delicious.

    You can choose your own fillings for breakfast rice balls, which were delicious. The Akita miso soup and pickles were incredibly tasty. Even with a Multiple Night Stay, the breakfast remained enjoyable without getting repetitive. The Room was excellent with separate bath and toilet facilities. The clean and well-maintained water facilities were very convenient to use. I have stayed here several times, and its proximity to the station is very convenient. Taxis and airport buses are right in front of the Accommodation. I plan to use this Accommodation again in the future.

    Enjoy the Train View

    This was my first time using this Hotel. Although I did not make any specific requests, I was given a train-view Room. My son, who loves trains, was thrilled. There was also a timetable for the main trains visible from the window, making our stay very enjoyable. The separate bath and toilet setup in the bathroom allowed us to relax in the bathtub comfortably, which was excellent. For dinner, we dined at "Isaba," where we could make a Reservation for our preferred time and leisurely enjoy Akita's flavors. At breakfast, having onigiri made with our choice of ingredients on the spot was a wonderful touch. The postcards provided in the Room featured Akita-inspired designs that I loved. I wrote about our travel memories and sent them out as keepsakes of this trip. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories!

    It was excellent.

    Directly connected to the airport limousine bus and JR station, making it very convenient. The room was clean, and the cleaning service during the multiple night stay was very thorough, allowing for a comfortable experience.

    A slightly upscale Business Hotel. Most aspects are satisfactory and meet a decent standard. I only had breakfast, which was enjoyable as it wasn’t crowded, allowing me to eat at a relaxed pace. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, including Akita's local cuisine, making it delightful. However, the bread was left out in the open and became dry, which was disappointing. The bathroom is a standard Room facility; while I rated it 2 for this reason, the shower had no issues with water temperature or pressure. Conveniently located near the station, I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Akita.

    The Room is clean, and the separate toilet and bathroom design is very convenient. However, the bathroom door is transparent, which makes it a bit disappointing as the toilet can be seen even while soaking in the bathtub.

    I use it when returning home. It is conveniently located in front of the station, making shopping and transportation very convenient. My favorite part is the breakfast. Delicious Akita specialties such as salmon roe, iburigakko, and kiritanpo are all available. The hospitality is also excellent. I have already made a reservation for my next visit home. I'm looking forward to it.

    Wonderful Hotel

    The rooms were new and quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. There was a parking lot in the station building directly connected to the Hotel, which was convenient. The service was excellent, and I would like to stay again.

    Wonderful

    The Facility is new, and the bath is separate from the toilet, providing a spacious feel. Being metropolitan, it is adjacent to Akita Station, and the price is reasonable, making it a recommended choice for staying in Akita. This time, I used the parking lot. It was easy to access and convenient.

    I stayed for two nights. When I go to Tohoku, such as Sendai or Yamagata, I often use the Metropolitan, and it is indeed good. Being directly connected to the station is the best. The Room I used this time had a large round table, and it matched very well with the sofa (usability). It seems there are Rooms with separate bath and toilet, so I would like to use that Room next time. Thank you very much.

    Close to the station, recommended Hotel

    I stayed for 3 days for work. The content was better than the price, and I was highly satisfied. The breakfast was also in line with the price. I stayed for 3 days without cleaning, but the amenities were replenished on the doorknob, so there was nothing inconvenient. If there was one thing, it was that the temperature of the refrigerator was low.

    Access is excellent.

    This is my second stay for a business trip. The location is excellent, being close to the station. The breakfast included local dishes, which I enjoyed. The building is slightly old, but it is well cleaned. I will use it again.

    I would like to visit again when I come to Akita.

    Stayed at the annex for the first time in Akita. It was clean, quiet, the bed was good, and it was comfortable. Souvenirs could be bought immediately at Topico, and I enjoyed Akita's local cuisine for breakfast. The Akita Komachi rice balls were also delicious. If acquaintances are going to Akita, I would recommend this Hotel.

    One night in the top-floor suite. The best part is definitely its proximity to the station. The bed was also firm, which I liked, and I slept well. I was satisfied with the amenities like the hair iron, but a more powerful hairdryer would have been even better.
