    Relaxing and Charming Space

    We stayed for one night during a snowy day affected by a severe cold wave. Even after a few weeks, thinking back brings warm and relaxing feelings! The renovated room retained its classical elegance while being modern and functional, making us forget the cold. It truly had the charm of an established accommodation. The check-in process was very welcoming, and even before entering the room, we felt we made the right choice. After check-out, when I contacted them about an item left in the refrigerator, they responded with great care. Most accommodations tend to discard such items immediately, so their thoughtful response deeply impressed me. This hotel provided us with a wonderful sense of luxury! I would love to stay here again when visiting Tottori.

    As expected, the service at New Otani is excellent. The Room was also impeccable. However, the door was heavy and seemed difficult for elderly guests.

    The room is clean after the renovation.

    I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The Room was renovated, and I was able to spend my time very comfortably. The cleaning was thorough, and I could stretch my legs in the bath. I like Japanese breakfast, so it was great to have rice and porridge every day. Also, the Tottori specialty tororo (first time I learned about it), simmered dishes, steamed vegetables, and rolled omelet were delicious, so I ate them almost every day. Since it's Hotel New Otani (Nyū Ōtani), the service is generally good. It's stress-free for Japanese people, I think. I would like to stay again when I visit Tottori.

    The Facility is quite old, but it was well cleaned. I was lucky to stay at that price with the location, size, and the name New Otani (Nyū Ōtani). Thank you very much.

    I often use this Property as I frequently visit Tottori for business. This time, I reserved a single Room, but was upgraded to a twin. Since it was a 3-night stay while working in the Room, I could stay comfortably with ample space and no stress. The comfort level is better than when I stayed before, and the cost performance is quite good. The amenities in the guest Room are simple and straightforward, and there is no service like mineral water provided, but it's understandable at this price.

    Business use. Despite its location in front of the station, there is a parking lot which is very convenient. The parking lot is a bit narrow, so you might need to be careful when parking large vehicles. There are no convenience stores nearby, so you'll have to walk to the station or a little further away. Meals, including izakayas, are within walking distance. The room is clean and the plumbing is well-maintained, making it comfortable to stay in. Voices in the hallway can be heard clearly, which might be bothersome if you want to sleep early. The staff at the front desk are also courteous. If I have another opportunity to stay for work in Tottori City (Tottori-shi), I would like to come again.
