    I had a relaxing time.

    This was my first time staying in Uruma City, as I usually stay in Onna Village. I had high expectations since this Hotel is popular among repeat guests. The Facility is indeed old but well-maintained, and the staff were all kind, making for a comfortable stay. However, I joined a yoga session and went straight from breakfast to the poolside venue where it was supposed to be held. I waited there for a long time, but no one came. After asking the restaurant staff to check, I found out that the location had been changed and hurriedly moved there but arrived slightly late. The instructor referred to me as "the person who came late," and even though I explained why I was delayed, they ignored my explanation. When it came time to share final thoughts at the end of the session, I thought it would be my turn next but was skipped over until last. Although frustrated throughout, I expressed gratitude like an adult at what seemed like the end of class—only for them to start a lengthy talk about DVD sales afterward! Upon returning to my Room later on, an announcement about the venue change had finally arrived. The Hotel itself is wonderful and worth revisiting; however, I'll never join their yoga sessions again!

    Best value for money

    The facility is old but well-maintained, featuring villa-style rooms where you can park your car right in front. The canopy bed was very comfortable, allowing for a relaxing stay in the room. We used the affiliated Yamada Onsen at Renaissance, which was clean, uncrowded, and very pleasant. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious and healthy options; there were even dishes we couldn't try this time, making us want to return. Having free access to a washer and dryer was extremely helpful; however, since the dryer is placed above the washer and a bit high to reach, it would be great if a small step stool could be provided. Due to scheduling constraints, we could only stay for one night this time but look forward to visiting again for a multiple night stay next time.

    Fully equipped and accommodating

    Located in central Okinawa, this Hotel sits atop a hill in Ishikawa, which may not be the most convenient location. However, it is a cozy Hotel that attracts many repeat guests of all ages, likely drawn by its comfortable atmosphere. For Multiple Night Stays, guests can enjoy complimentary services beyond breakfast, including lunch, tea time treats, evening sweets, and cocktails—a truly delightful experience.

    Peaceful atmosphere

    The atmosphere is calm, and both breakfast and dim sum are very delicious. The decor of the dining venue (Makan Makan) is also impressive. You can enjoy breakfast at the Renaissance Resort Hotel, and there is a shuttle service available, making it easy to fully enjoy your 5-day stay. With plans for stays of 5 nights or more, there are many perks that add great value. I will definitely use this again!

    The building is old, but it is well-maintained and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. I had both dinner and breakfast; dinner was exclusively Chinese cuisine. This hotel is suitable for a Multiple Night Stay, but if staying multiple nights, you might consider exploring outside options as well. What stood out the most was the freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast. Although it requires manual effort, the aroma was vivid, making it the best juice I had during this trip. The biggest drawback was that occasionally there was a farm-like smell due to wind direction conditions.

    It was cloudy with occasional rain, but I was satisfied.

    The weather during our stay was not great, but we were fully satisfied with the breakfast, lunch at Renaissance, and the onsen. The staff were very accommodating and kindly assisted us despite multiple changes to our shuttle bus reservation. The plants on the premises were also soothing. It would be nice if there were more shuttle bus services available.

    A quiet and sophisticated Resort Hotel.

    The meals were only Chinese, but it was convenient as you could use the restaurant and marine activities at the Renaissance Hotel if needed. Unlike the Renaissance, there are fewer children, making it a quiet and relaxing Resort Hotel for adults. It was highly satisfying.

    A relaxing Resort Hotel

    There were no Business Hotels near my business destination, so I stayed at a Resort Hotel. The cottage was spacious, quiet, and provided a relaxing stay. The breakfast area was conveniently located near the cottage, but it might be challenging for those staying farther away (especially in bad weather). Breakfast included plenty of Okinawan dishes, making it a luxurious experience for a business trip. While there is no beach, the hotel offers a pool as well as spa and tennis court facilities. I would love to stay here again for a private vacation next time.

    The hotel grounds are lush with plants, and walking through the trees from the cottage-style rooms to the dining area or pool creates a wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant serves Chinese cuisine, and everything was very delicious. The dim sum selection offers great value for its quality. However, for a Multiple Night Stay, having non-Chinese meal options available would be convenient and save trips outside. The Facility overall shows some age but is well-maintained, and this adds to its relaxing charm. The staff were all very kind as well. I had a very relaxing 3-day stay and would love to visit again!

    Regret not staying here sooner despite knowing about it.

    It was an amazing Hotel. I learned through social media that we could use the affiliated Renaissance facilities, and although I had known about it before, this was our first visit this year because we have a 2-year-old son and thought he would enjoy playing at Renaissance. Honestly, I didn’t expect much other than being able to use Renaissance facilities. I seriously regret not staying here earlier (in a good way). The atmosphere, the staff's hospitality, the views, the flow of time, the pool music—everything was perfect. This time was just a one-night stay, but next time we plan for a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you so much for your kind assistance with handling forgotten items as well. The Renaissance stamp rally, pool activities, and interactions with animals were all very suitable for families with children. Seeing my son having such a great time has become one of our family’s precious memories. It truly was an incredible experience. Thank you very much!

    I had a relaxing time.

    I had been interested in this place for a while and stayed for 4 nights. The scale is not too large, so it never felt crowded, and time seemed to flow slowly. Since my purpose was to enjoy the pool, I spent the entire day there. During the daytime, it feels like a private pool, but from the evening, it turns into a kids' pool with small children around. For a relaxing experience, I recommend visiting during the day. Both breakfast and lunch were delicious and very satisfying. Water is replenished in your Room, and free drinks are available in various spots, which was great. The adults-only candlelight night was amazing as we enjoyed it with beautiful night views! The only downside was that the pool is closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. While I assumed this would be more of an adult-oriented resort, most guests were families with small children—so perhaps it's family-friendly? Nonetheless, I had an enjoyable 4 days! Thank you very much!

    Be sure to enjoy breakfast!

    Everything was perfect! I would love to stay for about a week. There is a convenience store about 500 meters away, so it's helpful if you need anything. It was a wonderful Hotel with excellent hospitality. The food was truly delicious, and I felt excited every morning. The souvenirs were unique and not ordinary, which was great. Next time, I want to buy the pottery displayed at the front desk.

    2 nights!! Would love to come back!

    Excellent hospitality! The staff answers any questions you have. The premises are spotless with no litter anywhere. Staff start their duties as early as 6 AM, which is truly admirable. The food is absolutely delicious! Everyone should try it! Freshly squeezed orange juice tastes amazing. It was my first time trying mango butter and shikuwasa butter, and they were both delightful. A great selection of tea is also available! The Room is comfortable with no inconveniences at all. I woke up to the sound of birds chirping—pure happiness. The plants are beautifully maintained too. I feel like I haven’t enjoyed enough yet—I want to visit again!

    Discover a New Okinawa!

    It was a wonderful hotel that felt like being at an overseas resort! I stayed for 4 nights with my mother, and the abundant services made it a luxurious experience where everything could be enjoyed without leaving the Renaissance Hotel. The outdoor yoga session was particularly memorable, allowing both mind and body to relax. At the Renaissance, we enjoyed the onsen while watching the sunset, and at Coco Garden, we stepped out from our room directly into the garden to watch the sunrise. Meals were delicious for both breakfast and lunch, served in our favorite spots. My mother was also very satisfied. Above all, the staff's hospitality was exceptional. Since our goal this time was to relax at the hotel, we greatly appreciated their assistance with activity reservations. The warm and hospitable staff are truly one of this hotel's charms!

    We created the best memories.

    We visited as a family of four, including a university student and a high school student. We enjoyed activities such as tennis, karaoke, using the pool and beach at the partner hotel, and spending time in the spacious Oriental Room. The complimentary tennis rackets and shoes were new and in excellent condition, allowing us to play without any stress. Karaoke was also enjoyable with precise scoring features that could be set from the reservation screen, along with access to the latest songs for everyone to enjoy together. The provision of card keys with neck straps for each person was very convenient for adults who might act independently during their stay. The room had two bathrooms, two toilets, and two sinks, which added to our comfort. Other thoughtful touches included free drink service at the library lounge, complimentary snacks in our room upon check-in, delicious Chinese tea pot service at breakfast restaurants, brown sugar treats placed throughout various locations on-site—all contributing to an exceptional level of hospitality. The laundry facilities with dryers were incredibly useful during our summer stay. While stepping outside offered an international atmosphere typical of inbound tourism areas; inside this hotel felt serene thanks partly due both guests maintaining good manners alongside high-quality shared facilities being well-maintained. In fact years ago when my eldest son was just 2-years-old we stayed here too—fond memories brought us back again now! It’s reassuring how its calm ambiance remains unchanged while subtle improvements across facilities reflect progress over time showcasing evolution within Coco Garden itself beautifully. This accommodation caters perfectly depending upon children’s ages making it ideal even now grown-up kids expressed satisfaction saying they'd love returning someday soon! Surrounding trees lining paths resembled jungle-like scenery providing shade against rain/sunlight transforming into stylish lighting by night creating exotic resort vibes enhancing overall experience walking towards rooms became delightful moments filled w/conversation amidst nature-inspired settings adding charm throughout stays here feels like buildings themselves cherished overtime awaiting reunions warmly welcoming families alike ours after long absence reconnecting fondly once more!     Excellent hospitality

    I often stay at member-only hotels, and the service here was just as excellent. If I could give 6 stars for the service, I would, but since that's not an option, I'll give it 5 stars. I stayed for two nights as a midway stop during my visit to Jungleia. The Chinese cuisine was truly delicious. You can also enjoy the sea and pool at Renaissance Resort, while Coco Garden Resort offers a tropical atmosphere. Parking was convenient with no issues. The washing machine and dryer were available for free use. Although the facility itself is old, the room had no unpleasant odors, and both the pillows and sheets were comfortable. Surprisingly few insects were around; I didn’t even see any geckos. There were three small spiders in the room, but they added to its charm rather than being bothersome. Since there’s no spa or onsen here, those wanting a hot spring experience might prefer staying at Renaissance instead; however, with such amazing Chinese food available here, enjoying your meal with some drinks before heading straight to bed in your room is highly recommended!

    Had a relaxing stay!

    We enjoyed a relaxing stay in a villa with a private pool! The house was clean, comfortable, and hassle-free for check-in and check-out. There was a gecko on the second floor, but there were notices about it, so we just observed it quietly. For breakfast, we went to the partnered café "Kiss A Barco," which was very stylish. It turned out to be a wonderful trip. Thank you!

    A friendly and wonderful Resort Hotel.

    We stayed at the accommodation for a night before heading to Onna Village. Despite our late-night arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a detailed explanation and guided to our room. The staff arranging candles was so kind that it moved my daughter and me. Since I have difficulty walking, we chose a cottage where we could park the car right in front of the room, which was very convenient. There are many types of rooms available, making it exciting to choose one. When we drove to Yamada Onsen within the affiliated Renaissance Resort Hotel at night, the front desk staff contacted their hotel in advance for us. At their entrance, they received our car and parked it nearby upon return—this assistance was greatly appreciated. Even though I used a cane for mobility, this seamless coordination without any request from us showcased an impressive level of hospitality that amazed me. The onsen was fantastic with comfortable facilities. Experiencing the atmosphere of a large resort hotel felt like such great value! At breakfast, there were thoughtful touches everywhere that allowed us to enjoy beautiful and delicious dishes at ease. We tried all varieties of Chinese tea served in pots and spent a serene time enjoying their rich aroma. After staying here and researching further about their services, I discovered even more appealing offerings! I’d love to use the Tefutefu Library next time or revisit Yamada Onsen again—it’s definitely an accommodation worth multiple night stays! I've already made another reservation for my next visit. All staff members were exceptional; both facilities and cuisine exceeded expectations. Despite our short stay, we left with countless memories and gratitude. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

    Good.

    I was a bit worried due to reviews mentioning an old facility, but it was clean and there were no issues. Above all, the front desk staff were kind and provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. Special thanks to the female staff members. The meals were delightful, especially the chili shrimp, which was very tasty. Although they mentioned they could adjust the seasoning for guests who are not good with spicy food, I found it perfect as it was. I had hesitated about booking a non-ocean view room for a long time, but after staying here, I wondered why I worried so much—it was absolutely worth it!

    Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The room was very spacious with high ceilings, and the view outside provided a sense of openness, which was great. The staff were all very polite and attentive. Negative points: - The room cleaning was not thorough. Dust had accumulated on the edges and gaps of the table and TV stand, making them white. I wiped them myself before use. - The coffee maker in the restaurant's free drink section had an unpleasant smell. I used it at first but stopped as I thought it might be dirty inside. - Too many services made usage complicated. I didn’t use the Renaissance-side services, but for Coco Garden-side services like [Afternoon Tea] or evening restaurant usage, it wasn’t clear whether reservations were needed or not. A clear chart would be helpful. - Don’t expect too much from Afternoon Tea or evening sweets service. When "Afternoon Tea" is mentioned, many Japanese people imagine several types of sweets; however, there was only one type available in reality. At check-in, they crossed out "[Afternoon Tea 1,400 yen]" on the information sheet with a pen and said "[It’s free]," so I expected something worth 1,400 yen but found it underwhelming. The evening sweets service labeled as [Sweets Dream Time] also felt modest. Additionally, how they arranged items on plates seemed careless and gave off a sparse impression. While offering various services is appreciated if their names don’t match expectations or explanations are insufficient; this can lead to disappointment instead. In hindsight buying some snacks during sightseeing to enjoy in my room might have been better. Walking around within the facility or enjoying night views created a nice atmosphere overall. Whether I’ll use this place again is uncertain at this point.

    Completely satisfied.

    This was my first stay, and although I have visited Okinawa several times before, this hotel ranks among the top and left me completely satisfied. The room upgrade, complimentary lunch, and night cocktails were all delicious and enjoyable. With a limited number of rooms, it was quiet, and breakfast could be enjoyed leisurely without any crowding. The staff were very polite and pleasant. I will definitely choose this accommodation again on my next visit.

    Surrounded by greenery, it was a relaxing experience.

    I stayed for 2 nights. The quiet environment surrounded by tropical trees and the sound of birds helped relieve daily stress. The bath was very spacious, and the amount of hot water was highly satisfying. However, I had high expectations for breakfast due to its good reviews, but personally, it fell short of my expectations. Other than that, access to tourist spots was convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would like to stay here again.

    There were some issues, but...

    During our stay, there were some issues such as certain facilities being unavailable. We went to Okinawa with the purpose of using those facilities and spending a leisurely time doing nothing, so it was very disappointing. However, thanks to the kindness of the hotel staff, they proposed and arranged an alternative for using the facilities, and we were able to achieve the purpose of our trip to Okinawa. Thank you to the front desk staff who made the proposal and arrangements. As for the accommodation environment, there were many adult guests, and it was relatively quiet, with the rich sounds of birds and nature, making it a very relaxing place. Also, the Chinese cuisine at Makan Makan was very delicious.

    I really liked it.

    I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and really liked the calm atmosphere. Both lunch and dinner were Chinese cuisine, and the dim sum was delicious. Breakfast was a buffet, and the dishes made with local ingredients were also tasty. The front desk staff provided clear explanations and their flexible response was appreciated. It was a very relaxing 3 days. I will use this service again. Thank you very much.
