    Located slightly awa...

    Located slightly away from the downtown area, but no issues at all—it turned into an enjoyable walk. The Room was spacious, and the in-room bath, possibly a bubble bath, was satisfying enough that I didn’t use the public bath. Breakfast at the CLUB LOUNGE had limited options and felt a bit sparse. However, considering the price for lounge access, it might be a good deal. The lamb dish personally recommended by the LOUNGE staff was absolutely delicious—thank you very much! On my next visit, I plan to use this as a base for sightseeing and look forward to recommendations for dinner during my Multiple Night Stay. Thank you in advance!

    The lounge was excellent! A wonderful Hotel.

    The Room and large public bath were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the lounge! The high ceiling provided a sense of openness, and both the interior of the lounge and the view from it were stunning. I was personally delighted by the availability of sweets (baked goods) during cocktail time and champagne even in the morning hours. The selection of coffee and other soft drinks was also excellent. The SHOP within the Hotel offered a variety of popular snacks, making it very convenient for purchasing souvenirs. It was hard to find a Hotel with a large public bath in Sapporo, so having one with an open-air bath as well was fantastic. Additionally, I appreciated that high-quality hair dryers like Dyson or ReFa were available—truly impressive attention to detail. With well-maintained Facilities and excellent service, I had a wonderfully comfortable stay at this Hotel! Thank you very much. I look forward to staying again!

    I really like it.

    When staying at a hotel in Sapporo, Prince Hotel is the top choice. It may not be a new hotel, but its classic luxurious atmosphere and attentive service are truly captivating. It's unfortunate that room service is no longer available, but it's understandable given the current times. Looking forward to staying again!

    Great value for money!

    It was much more affordable than staying in a club room at a luxury Hotel in Tokyo. The cakes during tea time were all delicious and satisfying. However, the evening snacks were disappointing. Since I stayed for two nights, the menu didn’t change much... But considering the affordable cost, I can’t complain. Overall, I was very satisfied!

    Club Lounge Floor Staff

    The club lounge staff seems unaware of their surroundings, with guests yielding the way. The food could use some improvement. Considering the location, having a draft beer server might be a good addition. Even in renovated rooms, signs of aging are noticeable in places. Everything feels incomplete.

    This is a Hotel wher...

    This is a Hotel where you can enjoy an Onsen. With advance payment, a QR code was sent for using the self-check-in machine. However, since the front desk was not passed through, it was unclear that prepayment and a key for the Onsen were required. As a result, I had to return to my room from the Onsen floor to change and then proceed to the front desk for procedures. Previously, it was possible to check in at the entrance of the Onsen, but it seems that the system has changed.

    The club lounge is amazing!

    We stayed for two nights during Golden Week. The location is excellent, being close to Tanukikoji. We had access to the club lounge and enjoyed both breakfast and evening meals there, which were absolutely delicious and very satisfying! It truly felt like Hokkaido at its best, and the quality you'd expect from Prince Hotels! The staff were friendly and approachable, making our stay a wonderful memory. However, the parking fee of 1,500 yen per night was higher than nearby parking lots, which was a bit disappointing. Still, we would love to visit again! Thank you very much!

    View Bath with Club Lounge Benefits

    Attracted by the view bath and club lounge benefits, I stayed here. For this accommodation fee, you get a double sink toilet, view bath, bedroom, living room, and another toilet. With the central atrium design, there's no chance of running into someone when opening your door. Amenities might be a bit limited. If considering a multiple night stay, having plates and forks would be appreciated. The view bath has semi-transparent glass? The night view wasn't as stunning as expected—perhaps because privacy is prioritized. I thought it would be easy to spot after getting off the subway but it was hidden by surrounding buildings so I had to search for it a bit. There was no elevator from the subway to ground level—it might not have been the most convenient exit. I’d love to stay here again!

    Request for Lounge Improvement

    A new lounge was opened, so I decided to try it out. It felt smaller than in the photos, and on the day I visited, it was quite crowded and noisy. During tea time, only sweets were available with no bread options, and at night time, only cold meals were served. Breakfast lacked live cooking stations, and the rice for the seafood bowl was hard—there were several disappointments. The kiwi fruit at breakfast still had its skin on; wouldn’t it usually be peeled for easier eating? This gave an impression of staff shortages. The room itself was nice but lacked amenities. For this class of accommodation, I expected a separate bath and toilet; however, they were combined, which was disappointing. Seeing the toilet from the bathtub really dampened my mood. Additionally, I think Onsen access should be free for guests staying on club floors. I hope improvements will be made in the future or that prices are adjusted to match current services offered.

    Regular accommodation, but...

    During my business trips to Hokkaido, I always stay at the Prince Accommodation. However, one of the highlights, the Onsen, was not explained during check-in. When I went to the bath area and tried using my room key, it didn’t work. I had to return to my room and then confirm with the front desk, only to find out that a separate procedure and a special key were required for access. It would have been helpful if they had explained this or confirmed Onsen usage during check-in. Once understood, I can handle it myself next time, but even with staffing challenges everywhere, proper training is essential.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Overall, I had a comfortable stay. As an IKYU Platinum member, I was delighted to have my room upgraded, though it wasn't particularly spacious. The Onsen was pleasant, but I felt a bit disappointed that it required an additional fee even for accommodation guests.

    We had a wonderful time.

    We stayed at the accommodation after dining at Restaurant Katsura on the 28th floor to celebrate my mother's birthday. Thanks to your response to our request, we were able to enjoy a wonderful night view. The club lounge was also delightful, allowing us to enjoy beautiful scenery similar to the lounge at Okinawa's Prince Hotel Ginowan. The warm hospitality of the restaurant staff made our meal even more enjoyable. The onsen was relaxing and very pleasant as well. We would love to stay here again in the future!

    It was a very good Hotel.

    The room was upgraded for free, and I had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff, who seemed to be from outside Japan, were kind and left a good impression. It was disappointing to learn after check-in that the large public bath was under repair. Additionally, when I called the hotel from outside to reserve a restaurant within the hotel, I was told to call a dedicated reservation line instead. While this may be standard procedure, it felt inconvenient for guests, and as a result, I decided not to reserve or use the restaurant.

    Below the quality of a Business Hotel

    I stayed in a room with access to the club lounge. I was really looking forward to it before my stay, but now I deeply regret choosing this accommodation. First, the shower in the room couldn't provide hot water. I thought I might be turning the knob in the wrong direction, so I tried turning it the other way, but nothing changed. Moreover, the bathtub and toilet are in the same space, and using the public bath costs 1,000 yen per person. Is this intentional to make guests use the public bath because of an unusable shower? The amenities were minimal, and towels were not replaced unless requested. Even business hotels provide fresh towels or water hung on door handles without needing to ask for them—this hotel didn’t even offer that service. The food available at the club lounge included three types of snacks, Baumkuchen + baked goods (1 type), three kinds of cake, and a small selection of alcohol. There wasn’t even a dedicated check-in area for club lounge guests. Additionally, every time you use the lounge you have to show your key card at reception; if no staff is present at that moment, you have to wait until someone arrives. Breakfast had very few options—no freshly prepared egg dishes like omelets or abundant seafood offerings—and most dishes were similar every day. It was far below expectations. If you're considering booking a room with access to a club lounge here, it's better just to choose a regular room with breakfast included instead. Since it’s part of Prince Hotel group properties I had high expectations but should’ve read more reviews beforehand carefully—it’s below even business hotel standards! This ruined my trip to Hokkaido; it felt like throwing money away. The only positive aspect was their customer service—the staff was genuinely polite and attentive throughout my stay.

    The Club Floor offers a stunning view of Sapporo's snowy landscape.

    From the spacious room with a great view, you can see Okurayama Ski Jump Stadium and Mt. Moiwa. The Club Lounge is located on the top 28th floor, offering a stunning view of Sapporo's snowy landscape, truly worth seeing. In the open-air bath with natural Onsen water, snow falls and melts into the bath, creating a romantic atmosphere.

    A bit disappointing.

    Stayed on the Club Floor. The room was nicely renovated and pleasant. However, some guests, possibly from China, were noisy in the hallway late at night, and there was a smell of cigarettes that reached the room, which was troublesome. Additionally, the breakfast quality and variety were not as good compared to other hotel club floors I have stayed at before. The staff member who seemed to be a chief appeared busy and their service was not very attentive, leaving me disappointed. I apologize, but this is my evaluation for this stay.

    New staff are not yet familiar and unable to handle check-in procedures.

    The check-in process took a long time and was confusing due to the staff's inexperience. Eventually, I requested assistance from a more experienced staff member, who handled the situation well. The light snacks during cocktail time were too simple, which felt disappointing, especially during the New Year holiday. While some staff members, such as the front desk manager and porters, provided excellent service, I hope for improvements in the club lounge check-in process (conducted at the lounge) and enhancements to the lounge's food offerings—such as including warm dishes.

    A Wonderful Stay

    Many new Hotels are opening in Sapporo, but they all feel similar and lack a sense of uniqueness. Here, you can experience the true essence of "The Hotel" that you won't find elsewhere. I also appreciate the Japanese-style service typical of Hotels here. However, while I used to enjoy choosing from breakfast options like Japanese, Western, French toast, or scallop curry, it's unfortunate that it has now been replaced with lounge dining.

    All the staff were very kind and helpful.

    Stayed for 2 nights and added breakfast for one day. Breakfast in Hokkaido is delicious at any hotel, and this one did not disappoint with its excellent variety. When I was hesitating while making my seafood bowl, a staff member kindly provided a tray, a small dish for soy sauce, wasabi, and even taught me the best way to add sweet shrimp. You can also enjoy sparkling wine in the morning—I regret going to breakfast at 9:30... haha. The bathroom facilities feel slightly dated, but the room is compact and well-organized. Even during a Multiple Night Stay, cleaning service is provided daily, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel offers great access with a shuttle bus from Sapporo Station and is just a short walk from the subway station—definitely worth more than its price!

    It's disappointing t...

    It's disappointing that the Onsen bath requires an additional fee despite being available. There were too few amenities; since most places provide them nowadays, I didn't bring anything and there wasn't even a comb—disappointing. The front desk always had a line, and the time spent per person was too long. The meals were absolutely satisfying.

    Had a relaxing stay.

    I stayed at the cylindrical accommodation after a long time. The facility might be a bit old, but the room was compact yet beautifully renovated, making my stay very comfortable. The desk was spacious, and there was also a round table, which was great for placing luggage or having meals. The linens were clean and pleasant as well. I didn't use the large public bath, so I can't comment on it. The morning coffee at Miyano Mori Coffee on the first floor was delicious.

    The pillows and bed ...

    The pillows and bed were hard and uncomfortable. The Onsen was also charged at 1,000 yen per night, which was surprising, but the bath itself wasn't worth paying for. I won't be visiting again.
