    Diamond Benefits

    Although it said parking was free, I was still charged for parking even after I mentioned my Diamond benefits. Could you please explain why?

    I stayed for two nights.

    We stayed in a suite for two days. Compared with other Hotels, there is room for improvement. We were disappointed by the lack of attentiveness in customer service and the insufficient in-room amenities. I won’t go into specifics. Please have all staff think about this.

    We had a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

    We stayed for two nights for my wife’s birthday trip. Breakfast on the club floor was calm and relaxing, which we really enjoyed. It would have been even better with a slightly wider selection. The Room was on the top floor as requested, and the night view from the Room was breathtaking. The Room was clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The only small disappointment was that there was no body towel among the amenities. All staff were very polite, and in particular, the trainee female staff member at the front desk provided outstanding service. Even though it was a busy time at reception, when I asked to borrow a hair iron she said she would check availability later. Since we were about to go out, I asked her to call me if one became available; she agreed and called back shortly after, and we were able to borrow one without any issues. Thank you for your courteous help throughout—without showing any displeasure at all. Thanks to her, my wife was truly delighted as well. I regret that I wasn’t able to thank her properly in person. When we visit Sapporo again, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.

    A Cozy Hotel

    We stayed in a suite on the Club Floor. The Room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and the view was excellent—we could take in Sapporo’s city nightscape at a glance. One disappointing point was that the bathtub still had some rough soap scum buildup. It seemed like it had only been rinsed with water, even though it would have come off easily with a sponge. Since we were looking forward to the jacuzzi tub as well, that was a bit of a letdown. The lounge had plenty of seating and was very comfortable, so we ended up staying longer than planned. If I had one request, I would like to see more variety and improvement in the breakfast selection.

    It was a comfortable Room.

    Accommodation Plan with Dinner Buffet and Club Lounge Privileges I was very satisfied with the newly renovated, beautiful restaurant, where sushi and roast beef were served right in front of us. Breakfast was available in the club lounge, so we could relax. I would have been happier if there had been a few more items (especially seafood). The Onsen is good quality, but I think guests would enjoy it more if the atmosphere were a bit nicer. Especially since it requires an additional fee... Overall, the Hotel had great service and a pleasant atmosphere, making for a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient.

    First-Time Lounge Access

    This was my first time using a lounge. If you keep using only the lounge, it can be a very cost-effective trip. Sapporo Classic is all-you-can-drink. They also have All-Free. The champagne has a relatively high alcohol content. All the light snacks were delicious and it made for a great trip. However, maybe because I had high expectations for the lounge, I underestimated the limited variety of snacks. Since I’m a big eater, I got tired of the snacks after going back for seconds (though everything was tasty). Breakfast was served in the lounge as well. Everything was indeed delicious and I was satisfied, but compared with other Hotel buffets, it felt more modest in volume. (The breakfast selection is limited.) Overall, I felt this works best as an extra perk for travelers who plan to eat and drink mainly while sightseeing rather than relying on Hotel dining. That said, the staff were truly excellent—I’d rate them more than five stars. During lounge hours they shared recommended times to visit nearby spots and provided attentive service that made me feel at ease. I would like to stay again.

    The elevator is a real showstopper!

    I stayed on the 26th floor. The impact of riding the elevator up through the atrium was amazing. The Room, toilet, and bath were very clean. Breakfast was delicious as well, though refills were a little slow. I was able to relax in the large public bath. It was indeed an open-air bath. Overall, I was very satisfied. Many guests seemed to have trouble with the machine for purchasing additional bath access, but I bought it at check-in so I had no issues using it.

    Club Floor with Lounge Access

    On this business trip, we booked three Rooms: Club Floor, Superior Floor, and Standard Floor. We seniors stayed on the Club Floor. In short, the service is so good you’ll want to stay again and again. The Room was spacious, and the Onsen was great for relieving fatigue. Above all, the lounge always had sparkling wine available, and it was perfect at every moment—during a busy morning, for a relaxing tea/coffee time, and before heading out to dinner at dusk. When I visit Sapporo again, I’d like to stay on the Club Floor. We were able to truly unwind—thank you very much.

    The breakfast area i...

    The breakfast area is not very crowded, but the selection of dishes is limited. Otherwise, there were no issues—it's just the typical Facilities of a slightly older Hotel. Having a coin laundry is convenient for families.

    It’s a shame the Room is small.

    We reserved a quadruple Room for a family of four, but it felt like the Plan was forced to accommodate four guests, and there was a gap between the listing and the actual experience. However, we were satisfied with the essentials such as the view from the Room, the meals, and the bath.

    Onsen trash

    This time, there was quite a bit of debris floating and settled at the bottom of the Onsen, which was disappointing. I would appreciate more frequent checks. Everything else was wonderful as always, which made it all the more disappointing.

    Bed Making

    Because it was during an ARASHI concert, the price was high and I could not Cancel the Reservation after booking, but I had no choice but to make a Reservation. The Room was a Club Twin Room, but the bed linens were badly wrinkled, and I could even see the cover for the spare mattress stored under the bed. I was disappointed as soon as I entered, and even the staff who handled my suitcase did not seem to understand Japanese clearly. Since it was a Prince Hotel, I made a Reservation despite the high price, but it was very disappointing.

    I stayed in a suite with a great view.

    I stayed in a suite Room to use the club lounge. It was a spacious high-floor Room with large windows. There were large TVs in both the living area with a sofa and the bedroom, plus two toilets. The bathtub by the window had a jacuzzi. The club lounge had limited food at night, but breakfast was more than enough. Being able to drink beer from the morning was fantastic. I plan to visit the lounge every year—it’s beautiful and great value. The Onsen is paid regardless of which Room you stay in, but the open-air bath is excellent.

    The club floor breakfast is modest.

    Club Royal Suite Room (26th floor) was used. Since there were three guests, one had to use an extra bed, which was not very comfortable as it is just an extra bed. We do not recommend this room for more than two people. Breakfast was served in the Club Lounge instead of the general dining area, but the menu was quite limited. The breakfast on the first floor seemed to be more extensive. Although we only took a quick look at the first-floor breakfast venue, even the variety of soft drinks appeared to be much better there.

    Club Twin

    After the renovation, the room amenities, chairs and sofas, outlets, and bedside areas became extremely inconvenient to use. The bathroom amenities were also reduced to the bare minimum with no sense of luxury, making it feel like a Business Hotel and leaving me dissatisfied.

    Onsen is excellent.

    I always stay here when I visit Hokkaido. The biggest attraction is the Onsen. Located on the second floor, it’s so relaxing to soak in from early morning. This time, I stayed on the club floor, and the breakfast was excellent.

    The breakfast venue is inconveniently located across the street!

    The breakfast venue is now inconveniently located across the street, unlike before when it was on the first floor. Moreover, the price has increased to 3,200 yen. With the harsh winter season approaching in snowy Sapporo, having to walk outside in the cold early morning for breakfast seems unreasonable. If someone were to slip on an icy road and get seriously injured just for breakfast, would the hotel take responsibility? This raises concerns about safety as well. Additionally, considering this inconvenience and the quality of breakfast served in a large banquet hall that lacks a relaxing atmosphere, a price of 3,200 yen feels unjustified. Furthermore, there is dissatisfaction with additional charges for gym and Onsen usage. In many international accommodations, gym access is complimentary for guests. Charging a flat fee of 2,000 yen even if one wishes to use it just once for 10 minutes during their stay seems excessive. It would be preferable if these services were free or significantly discounted for guests. This lack of consideration towards guests may ultimately lead to losing customer loyalty in the future.

    The bathtub was modern. Operating the bathwater system was a bit challenging; having a manual would be helpful.

    Great location and highly recommended.

    The service was attentive, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. One thing to note is that if you prepay for parking and then take some time, such as using the restroom, you might exceed the allotted time at the exit and be asked to pay again. Although I managed to get assistance through the installed phone, it was a bit stressful. It’s better to move quickly in such cases.

    A razor for 78 yen...

    Razors are unexpectedly charged, and they don't work at all. If unavailable, prior notice would be appreciated. At the very least, they could be provided at the front desk for those who need them. This is below business hotel standards. I will never stay here again.

    Shower

    The shower had very low water pressure, making it feel insufficient. The door between the hallway and the Room seemed unstable, possibly due to its old wooden structure. The lounge snacks and breakfast had limited variety, with average taste. There was no guidance at the front desk regarding the breakfast venue, so everyone ended up going to the first floor! The view was excellent. The Room was also clean.

    1. The twin room was slightly smaller compared to other accommodations. 2. The bathtub water did not drain easily, possibly due to a clogged pipe. 3. Charging an additional fee for the large public bath reduces convenience. 4. Parking fees were somewhat high, even for Sapporo. While points 3 and 4 might reflect an effort to avoid financial burden on non-users, it felt a bit stingy and overpriced in certain aspects. However, the Accommodation Fee itself was kept reasonably affordable, which left a positive impression overall.

    Located slightly awa...

    Located slightly away from the downtown area, but no issues at all—it turned into an enjoyable walk. The Room was spacious, and the in-room bath, possibly a bubble bath, was satisfying enough that I didn’t use the public bath. Breakfast at the CLUB LOUNGE had limited options and felt a bit sparse. However, considering the price for lounge access, it might be a good deal. The lamb dish personally recommended by the LOUNGE staff was absolutely delicious—thank you very much! On my next visit, I plan to use this as a base for sightseeing and look forward to recommendations for dinner during my Multiple Night Stay. Thank you in advance!

    The lounge was excellent! A wonderful Hotel.

    The Room and large public bath were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the lounge! The high ceiling provided a sense of openness, and both the interior of the lounge and the view from it were stunning. I was personally delighted by the availability of sweets (baked goods) during cocktail time and champagne even in the morning hours. The selection of coffee and other soft drinks was also excellent. The SHOP within the Hotel offered a variety of popular snacks, making it very convenient for purchasing souvenirs. It was hard to find a Hotel with a large public bath in Sapporo, so having one with an open-air bath as well was fantastic. Additionally, I appreciated that high-quality hair dryers like Dyson or ReFa were available—truly impressive attention to detail. With well-maintained Facilities and excellent service, I had a wonderfully comfortable stay at this Hotel! Thank you very much. I look forward to staying again!
