    First time use, satisfied!

    This was my first time using the service, and the staff's attention to detail was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious and satisfying. The only slight disappointment was that there were hairs and dust left in the bathtub, but everything else was excellent.

    A hotel with a sense of security

    I stayed here for the first time in a while, and as expected, the quality was reassuring. Since it was the end of the year, the breakfast venue was full, and there were moments when bowls and cups ran out, but the staff responded flexibly. There was no shortage of food, and I enjoyed freshly made egg dishes and the taste of Toyama, so I was satisfied. If the weather is nice, you can walk to the station, and the view is great, making me want to stay here again.

    I stayed for Multiple Night Stay, but I was quite disappointed as the dinner buffet menu was almost the same.

    The view is wonderful.

    I made a Reservation for a stay before my trip to Yokohama, hoping to see the year-end illumination of the castle ruins park from the Room. Unfortunately, the illumination had not started yet. However, since it was a corner Room, I could see the view from both sides, and I enjoyed a pleasant time with the beautiful night view and morning mountains. I would like to visit again during the illumination season.

    Breakfast Buffet

    I have always thought the breakfast buffet here was wonderful, but what happened this time? Items like cold pork have been removed, and where there used to be both salmon and Spanish mackerel, now there is only salmon, and it seems smaller than before. The smoked salmon also seems smaller than it used to be. I was really looking forward to the breakfast during my stay at this Hotel, so I was a bit disappointed this time. I look forward to the next time.

    The staff's response is excellent.

    I appreciate the kindness and courteous service of the Hotel staff. The location is great with a tram stop next to it and the castle ruins nearby. The Daimaru department store is also conveniently located just a 2-3 minute walk away. The Hotel also provides half-price tram tickets. I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.

    Perfect Hotel for International Conference Events

    This is a perfect Hotel for events at the international conference center. It truly feels like an affiliated Hotel. You can see Toyama Castle right in front of you. Shortly after, I stayed at a recently opened Hotel in Toyama, and compared to that, there are too many manual procedures, so it would be better to update with more modern Facilities. It seems that people are paying attention to various things. If the equipment improves operations, check-in and check-out will be much faster, making it a better Hotel.

    Hotel near Toyama International Conference Center.

    The property is conveniently located near Toyama Castle and Toyama International Conference Center, with good access via the city tram. However, please note that the city tram loop line seems to run at 15-minute intervals, so keep this in mind regarding access. Additionally, a taxi to Toyama Station cost 900 yen plus a 200 yen pickup fee (it seems necessary to request a pickup in Toyama). The hotel itself is a branded hotel and is quite clean. The bathroom is a unit bath type, but it is not cramped, so I found it satisfactory. The room was well-organized, and the room I stayed in had a high floor with a view of the Jinzū River and Toyama Castle, which was very satisfying. Whether to reuse the hotel depends on the destination. The room's refrigerator was convenient as it only contained free water, allowing for its use. (The minibar seemed to require a phone request.) As a request to the hotel, it would be great if they could set up a luggage storage service at Toyama Station, where guests could leave their luggage upon arrival and have it delivered to the hotel at a certain time. Additionally, when checking out of the hotel, guests could leave their luggage at the hotel and pick it up at the station three hours later. I think there would be demand for this service even if it cost 500 yen per item or a maximum of 1000 yen per group. Toyama Station lacks coin lockers, making it quite challenging to move around with heavy luggage. As it stands, I feel inclined to stay at a hotel near Toyama Station and leave my luggage there while sightseeing. Please consider this.

    This is the best hotel in Toyama.

    I use this hotel about once every two years. I've stayed at other hotels, but I think this one is the best in terms of rooms, service, breakfast, and parking. On a clear winter morning, you can see the beautiful Tateyama Mountain Range.
