    Neither good nor bad.

    The check-in waiting time is long. Receiving a numbered ticket avoids standing in line, but it doesn't feel very pleasant. The Room is fine. Breakfast could use a bit more variety, especially in terms of salads, which felt lacking. The bar was a good place. There are pros and cons, but it seems reasonable for this price.

    Business hotel in front of the station

    A cost-effective business hotel in front of the station. If you have a business trip to Shizuoka, it is one of the options you can't miss.

    Comparable to a Business Hotel

    The Room is filled with a sewage smell. It might be inevitable since the Facility itself is old, but I felt there could be some countermeasures. The quality of breakfast was also not quite satisfactory.

    First Time Getting Off at Shizuoka Station

    I was able to enjoy my stay just as I had imagined at this impressive Hotel near the station. The premises were beautifully cleaned, and the atmosphere inside was very pleasant. Next time, I would love to have a meal in the relaxing ambiance. I will visit again, thank you!

    Worst in everything

    The response from all the staff I interacted with was terrible. I had teppanyaki for dinner, but one of the fillet steaks for two people was just a scrap from the edge. When I pointed it out, I was told that they couldn't serve good parts for both. I deeply regretted paying for two people afterward. The ingredients were far from worth the price. Previously, the sofa in the Room was very dirty, and the response was poor, so I hadn't stayed for a while. Since the teppanyaki is delicious, I stayed again after a long time, but this teppanyaki was also an insult to the customer, and I will never come to this Hotel again.

    I used it for a business trip, and having a trouser press in the Room was very helpful. The nylon towel was functional and in a shape I had never seen before, but it was easy to use, so I took one home. The front desk staff were also kind and responded politely to my questions.

Since the parking lot is a multi-story parking facility, large vehicles cannot be parked. You will need to use an external parking lot.

    Luxury Edition Business Hotel

    The rooms and lobby were clean, and the front desk staff were kind. However, as I arrived at Shizuoka Station after dark, I couldn't easily find the location of the Hotel even after exiting the south gate. I would appreciate a sign indicating the direction to the Hotel near the south gate taxi stand. The bathroom was also clean, but the door felt a bit cramped when opening and closing.
