    Customer service that reflects extensive experience and rigorous employee training.

    Every year, we spend the New Year holidays with our eldest son's family living in Nara Prefecture (couple + two children aged 7 and 4), our second son's family living in Tokyo (couple + three children aged 5, 2, and an infant), our eldest daughter's family living in Yokohama (couple + two 2-year-old children), and us as a couple. This time, we planned to gather in Hamamatsu, stay one night in the city, and then stay in Nara City the next day. We reserved four rooms at Concorde Hamamatsu, but with a group of 15 people, including 8 adults and 7 children, during dinner and breakfast, we have often caused inconvenience to other guests with noise and crying. Therefore, this time we consulted with the manager of Motokotei on the 18th floor of Concorde Hamamatsu and the manager of the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel for breakfast the next morning. They kindly prepared special seating for us, allowing us to enjoy our meals leisurely as a family without disturbing others. The eel dishes at Motokotei were exceptional, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of elaborate dishes, which was very satisfying. The hotel had some parts that felt historical, but the rooms were spacious, and we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

    Hope to revisit.

    Due to the delayed autumn leaves, we suddenly planned a 4-day, 3-night trip. We only made a reservation for the first night's stay and set off. For the second night, we chose a hotel that was not near the station, easy to park, quiet, and very affordable, and we were pleasantly surprised. The front desk was bright and efficient, providing us with printed accommodation guides, restaurant maps, and breakfast maps before we even asked. This was helpful for us, a senior couple who struggle with small print. We quickly used the map to enjoy a reasonably priced Italian meal at a local favorite spot right next to the hotel. The breakfast, which they take pride in, was so delicious that we, who usually have a light Western breakfast, enjoyed it heartily, not losing to the well-mannered high school students eating heartily. When staying in Hamamatsu, we will make a reservation without hesitation. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience.

    First Sister Trip

    This time, we used Concorde Hotel Hamamatsu for our first trip as sisters. The location is next to Hamamatsu Castle, and we could see the castle from our Room, with the night illumination being very beautiful. The Room was also clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, making it a very satisfying trip. We stayed for two nights this time, but we wished we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy Hamamatsu. We would like to use it again when we come to Hamamatsu. Thank you very much.

    Next to Hamamatsu Castle

    Hotel located next to Hamamatsu Castle. There is a large parking lot, and although it is a distance from Hamamatsu Station, it is convenient for those traveling by car. There is an unmanned shop at the entrance, making it convenient to purchase beer, drinks, snacks, etc., even at night. Since it is really next to Hamamatsu Castle, you can walk to the castle for sightseeing during your stay, so it is recommended.

    The angle of the showerhead was downward, making it difficult to shampoo. The extra bed was also too soft. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay. I asked about various things like how to get around the area, and they kindly guided me.

    Thank you for the hospitality in the spacious room. The well-coordinated and beautiful facilities allowed me to relax. I always look forward to the delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of local ingredients.

    I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    This was my second stay. I would be happy if there was a large public bath, but other than that, I am satisfied. The message placed in the room is also heartwarming. I would like to use it again.
