    Truly a Stays of pure heart, wonderful

    As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the pleasant feel of tatami mats extending all the way to the elevator, and the flowers displayed throughout the facility were soothing. The bath offered several types, all well-maintained, with a warmth of wood that made for a delightful experience. However, what surprised us the most was the incredible dining experience. From appetizers to desserts, the variety, seasoning, and presentation were all outstanding, to the point where we couldn't finish it all. It was so luxurious, it was astonishing! We are also deeply grateful to the staff who took care of us. Thank you for your thoughtful attention to detail. Seeing the staff sweeping the path in front of the entrance early in the cold morning reminded us of human warmth and moved us. We will make an effort to visit again and look forward to that time. We will work hard every day until then. Thanks to you, the three of us, mother and daughters, have made wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

    I used it for an overnight trip!

    The service at the Ryokan was excellent, and the premises were well-cleaned and comfortable! The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were extremely delicious and very satisfying. The staff were kind and courteous, and I would love to use the service again! Thank you very much.

    It was a good Ryokan, but...

    Summary: Overall, I was satisfied with this good Ryokan. I would like to stay again. Positive Points: 1) The front desk service was good and kind, and they handled sudden changes without any displeasure. 2) The Ryokan staff who took care of our room and meals (a 76-year-old person) was really friendly. We had enjoyable conversations during both dinner and breakfast, and the meals were delicious. More than that, my wife and I had a wonderful time. Disappointing Points: 1) The toilet paper holder in the room I stayed in was very inconvenient, and it was difficult to pull out the toilet paper. I wonder if others have the same trouble. 2) There was only one sauna, and the large bath I used on the day of my stay did not have a sauna, which was very disappointing as I was looking forward to it. I hope both large baths will have saunas. *Since the use of the large baths alternates daily, I think I could have used the sauna the next day. It's disappointing.

    The First Trip to Ise for My 90-Year-Old Mother

    My 90-year-old mother once expressed her regret about not visiting Ise Jingu a few years ago, thinking it would be impossible with her artificial hip joints. However, when she visited Tokyo this spring, her granddaughter encouraged her by saying, "You can go if you go individually!" Inspired by these words, my mother made efforts to keep her legs and back strong even during the hot summer. At Oishiya, the staff kindly assisted my mother, who uses a cane, from the moment we arrived, and the tatami flooring without slippers was a great help. She was delighted with the splendid meals, saying she had never experienced anything like it before. Despite her hearing difficulties, the staff spoke in a way that she could hear, allowing her to enjoy conversations during meals. The ryokan had the feel of a traditional luxury inn, and we had a very pleasant stay. When my daughter forgot something, they promptly sent it to us with a letter, which touched us deeply. My mother says she will recommend this property to her acquaintances, saying it's the best. Thank you for providing our family of four with a memorable and wonderful time.

    The building was tho...

    The building was thoroughly cleaned and felt refreshing. The meals were also very delicious. The handmade tofu and ganmo for breakfast left a lasting impression with their smooth and rich taste. It was very close to the Meoto Iwa, and I was thrilled to be able to see it with just a short walk. Thank you very much.
