    A wide variety of delicious breakfast options.

    The biggest advantage is its extremely convenient location just steps from Kanazawa Station. I only had breakfast, but it was delicious, with a wide variety of thoughtfully prepared menu items. The Facility is not the very latest, but it is well maintained and well equipped.

    Highly satisfying even with a baby

    This was a trip to Kanazawa with my 7-month-old grandchild, so we chose this Hotel because it is close to the station and there is a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. Although it was before check-in, they prepared a Room for breastfeeding, which really helped my daughter feel comfortable nursing without worry. Breakfast offered fresh vegetables, obanzai-style dishes, and many other options, and we were very satisfied. My elementary school-aged grandchild was thrilled with the onigiri and omelets made right in front of us. The front desk staff were pleasant throughout, and while the Room is a bit old, it was clean. I would like to stay at this Hotel again when I visit Kanazawa.

    Although I arrived earlier than planned, I truly appreciate that you prepared my Room for me. It allowed me to take my entrance exam calmly. The bus schedule to Kanazawa University was also posted in front of the lobby counter, which was very helpful. Thanks to you, I passed.

    Reliable Quality

    Whenever I come to Kanazawa for work, I always end up staying here. It’s close to the station, and the service quality is consistently excellent, so I can stay with peace of mind. The breakfast buffet is also delicious.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    This Hotel is right next to Kanazawa Station, making it very easy to get around. They stored my luggage before check-in, and when I entered my Room, my bags had already been delivered there, which was a big help. Breakfast was delicious, with several cute, colorful flavored butters. Every one of them was amazing—I enjoyed placing them along the edge of my plate. Everything tasted just as great as the Reviews said. The front desk staff and the breakfast venue staff were quick and attentive—truly impressive. From my Room I could see the Tsuzumi Gate, and my first trip to Kanazawa ended in great success. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    It was a fun and memorable trip.

    I stayed with my daughter. We arrived early, but since our Room was ready, you kindly showed us in ahead of time, which was a great help. Dinner also started late and I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but we truly appreciated your warm and accommodating service. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its wide variety of options—the onigiri from the live kitchen was especially great. The Room was clean, and the fluffy bed was very comfortable. It was a cold, snowy day in Kanazawa, but it became a wonderful memory that warmed both our hearts and bodies. I would definitely like to stay again!

    A conveniently located Hotel with easy access near Kanazawa Station

    Conveniently located in front of Kanazawa Station, it was just a short walk from the station. As it is a city Hotel rather than a Business Hotel, the facilities are solidly built. However, signs of age were noticeable in places throughout the property; in particular, the in-room sofa seat was worn through and felt old from years of use, which was disappointing to me. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were handled promptly with no waiting. I also had breakfast, but perhaps because I entered at 9:30, only small amounts of food remained. In addition, several groups of families from overseas had poor manners inside the restaurant, and since staff did not address it, I unfortunately left early.

    During my stay in Ka...

    During my stay in Kanazawa, I had previously stayed at hotels operated by other airlines, but this time I used ANA for the first time. Despite making a last-minute reservation, my request was accommodated, and I was able to enjoy the view of my favorite station. Thank you very much. The room was a corner room, so it was quiet and comfortable. Although the building shows its age, it was clean and well-maintained, allowing for a pleasant stay. However, I noticed that the edge of the bathroom door had been repaired with black vinyl tape that was peeling off—it would be great if this could be replaced promptly when using tape for repairs. I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel; there were plenty of local dishes available with a wide variety to choose from, all delicious. Since I went early for breakfast, it wasn’t crowded and allowed me to take my time selecting food. The hotel staff were all friendly and provided kind service that made my stay enjoyable. However, one concern: during breakfast at the Japanese live kitchen area, I witnessed an older staff member speaking harshly to another employee in front of guests. It must have been difficult for the person being spoken to as well as uncomfortable for guests like myself who observed this interaction early in the morning.

    The Premium Twin features a unique layout.

    I stayed in a Premium Twin Room. I chose it because the sink, toilet, and bath were separate, but the entrance to the sink was right next to the bed, which was different from what I had imagined. While this is accurate according to the floor plan, it didn’t feel that way from the photos. The sliding door being on the bed side made entering and exiting slightly inconvenient. Additionally, there were no footlights available, so I left the sink light on while resting. It felt unsafe in complete darkness as I might trip over my suitcase or other items. However, opening the sliding door to go to the toilet caused light to shine directly onto the bed area and disturbed sleep. There might have been a dimmable lamp available, but one of the bedside switches didn’t seem clear about its function. These points are areas for improvement. Also, since this room faces westward and if you don’t mind having a combined sink/toilet/bath setup instead of separate ones, rooms like Corner Twin may offer better views. Overall though, considering it was during New Year’s holidays with a spacious room at a relatively affordable price point—I am satisfied with my stay.

    Room without a window

    The room had no windows. I don't recall seeing any mention of this when making the Reservation. It's usually standard to confirm if such a room is acceptable at check-in. I've stayed at many Hotels before, but this was surprising. The mirror was also quite rusty. Please do your best, ANA Hotel. This experience doesn't make me want to stay again.

    A Long-Awaited Visit to Kanazawa

    After several years, I visited Kanazawa again and chose ANA near the station for convenient bus travel the next day. The large tree in the lobby was beautifully decorated and lifted my spirits! I also enjoyed a relaxing breakfast. While some parts of the guest room showed signs of aging, it was overall clean. I look forward to visiting again to enjoy sightseeing in Kanazawa.     The location was great, and I had a pleasant stay.

    Close to the station and very convenient. The service was, of course, excellent, and I had a pleasant stay. I particularly liked the bathtub in the bathroom. Having body lotion provided was much appreciated. Additionally, the water dispenser showed an environmentally friendly approach, which I thought was great. For breakfast, they made omelets (which many places no longer offer), and it was delicious. The curry was so tasty that I ended up enjoying a hearty morning curry. It’s a Hotel I would love to stay at again!

    I stayed alone.

    I have stayed here several times before and always looked forward to the breakfast. However, this time, the variety of dishes was reduced, and I felt it lacked the unique flavors of Kanazawa. There were onigiri exclusive to the Hokuriku region, but they tasted like something you could find anywhere. The amenities in the room only included a toothbrush, and guests had to pick up other items from the front desk. However, there were limited options available, and they seemed inexpensive for a long-established hotel. I really like this hotel and hope for improvements in the future. Thank you very much.

    The service is exceptionally pleasant.

    This was my first visit in a while. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the parking attendants and housekeeping staff we passed in the hallway, was very pleasant and made us feel comfortable. The Facility may be slightly old, but it is well-maintained and spotless, leaving no room for dissatisfaction. I was particularly impressed by how quickly the bath filled with water. We dined at the Chinese restaurant for dinner, where the service was excellent, and the dishes were delicately seasoned and delicious. It’s highly recommended for those who dislike overly greasy flavors often found in Chinatown-style cuisine across various cities. We visit Kanazawa every year to buy crabs, so we would love to stay here again!

    Located near the station, our breakfast buffet is filled with delicious local cuisine.

    I decided on a sudden trip to Kanazawa and made a reservation with breakfast included the day before as there was availability. The location is very convenient for traveling, being close to the station. Many guests from overseas (mainly Western countries) were staying here. The reception staff were all very polite. Breakfast was filled with local dishes and was incredibly delicious. I especially recommend the mini rice balls made fresh on-site—the rice is excellent. The green smoothie was also tasty. As for amenities, cosmetic items are not provided, so bringing your own is essential. In the room, you will find shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, hand cream, and a toothbrush only. There are some selectable items available but nothing particularly noteworthy. The room itself is fairly standard. Mineral water can be refilled at an external water station by yourself; this system works fine and the water tastes good.

    The room was clean, but it had an old-fashioned feel. I filled the bathtub and added the gold-infused bath powder provided at check-in, but when I tried to get in about 20 minutes later, the water had drained out. At checkout, I paid the Accommodation Tax in cash, but I was surprised that no Receipt was issued even for a small amount. If they had asked whether I needed a Receipt, I would have said no without hesitation... The staff greeted us warmly, and breakfast was delicious.

    We chose ANA for our 1st wedding anniversary trip to enjoy a slightly better Room and meals than usual! Thank you for your thoughtful gesture, such as preparing a message card! It became a wonderful memory!

    When making the reservation, I left a comment asking if parking in front of the reception was possible due to the size of my car, but received no response until the day of check-in. Upon calling, I was informed that "due to construction, parking in front is unavailable; please use the underground parking." Upon arrival, while exterior construction was indeed ongoing, there appeared to be available parking spaces in front. Following instructions, I parked underground. However, upon returning to the hotel later that night after going out, there were four cars parked in front of the reception area. This inconsistency regarding parking due to "construction" was very frustrating. Additionally, I noticed that a hot eye mask amenity previously provided was no longer available this time and found it disappointing. On a positive note: my luggage was kindly stored before check-in and delivered properly to my room. The room itself was quiet with no disturbances from neighboring rooms and allowed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast service included an offer for takeaway coffee upon departure which I greatly appreciated.

    I always stay here when visiting Kanazawa. In addition to the excellent location, the staff's service is outstanding. The Facility is admittedly aging, but it is well-maintained and highly satisfactory.

    Convenient Hotel Near the Station

    I was unsure about which Hotel to choose for my trip to Kanazawa after decades, but I’m glad I chose ANA CROWNE PLAZA. The location is very convenient, just steps away from the station. They allowed me to check in even before 3 PM. My Room was on the 18th floor with a great view. Although I thought it might be small, it was nice that the bath and toilet were separate. However, the bathroom drainage wasn’t great, and water seemed like it might leak out; I had to drain water with my foot while showering (laughs). Also, the toilet ventilation wasn’t good and there was a slight water leak—please consider improving these issues. The breakfast selection wasn’t extensive but they made rice balls on the spot and all the fruits were sweet and delicious. It would be nice if there were more chairs or sofas in the Hotel lobby so guests could rest without having to return to their Rooms—please consider this as well. Still, next time I visit Kanazawa, I’ll stay at ANA again! Thank you very much!
