The Room, the view, the large public bath, and the meals were all great!
I chose this Accommodation after being drawn to the photo of the open-air bath with a standing bath surrounded by greenery. It was very convenient that I could freely use fresh towels each time, no matter how many times I bathed. When the weather wasn’t suitable for swimming in the sea, I considered using the pool, but it was crowded with children and their guardians. I enjoyed the garden illuminations and was able to relax in the spacious Room I had seen at Reservation, with a view of Kawakyu Hotel from the window, spending time simply enjoying the scenery. Although I’m not fond of seafood, there were many dishes I liked beautifully served in small bowls, and everything was delicious. It was disappointing that check-in took a long time even though I arrived early.

We are delighted to hear that you came looking forward to our open-air standing bath surrounded by greenery, and that you were able to enjoy it many times during your stay. We are also pleased that you enjoyed the view from your spacious Room, the garden illuminations, and our meals. On the other hand, we sincerely apologize for keeping you waiting at check-in. Although you arrived early, we regret that we were unable to assist you smoothly. We will work to improve our procedures, including how we guide guests during busy periods, so that check-in can be completed more efficiently.
