We were extremely satisfied with this Hotel!

We stayed here on a family trip with children. From the moment we arrived by car, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles, and their service was excellent. We stayed from Friday, and it was very lively. The pool our child had been looking forward to was connected to the baths, making it easy to get around. Towels were provided at both the pool and the baths, which was a huge help. The Hotel buffet was crowded as well, but there was a great variety of dishes. Our family members all have different food preferences, but everyone was very satisfied. Many items—such as sushi, sashimi, and grilled fish—were plated for you individually, so we felt that the sectioned buffet plates were a bit awkward to use. At night there were illuminated displays too, which delighted our child. Thoughtful touches throughout the Hotel made our stay very comfortable. When we were leaving, our 6-year-old daughter even tried to find the male staff member who had greeted us so she could say goodbye (sadly she couldn’t!). It’s close to Shirarahama Beach, Adventure World, and Toretore Market as well—this is a Hotel we’d like to use again on our next trip to Wakayama. Thank you!
