We were extremely satisfied with our trip.

We stayed with two elementary school boys. The Bay Suite Room was as spacious as two Rooms combined, so the four of us could relax comfortably with plenty of space. With an Onsen and an indoor pool, and a late checkout at 11:00, we were able to enjoy both the pool and the Onsen after dinner on arrival day and again after breakfast on departure day. Since the pool and the Onsen share the same changing room, it was very convenient to go straight from the pool into the Onsen. As for meals, dinner left a particularly great impression. There was a wide variety of options, and we also enjoyed dishes unique to the Wakayama area. Breakfast was honestly neither especially good nor bad, but since we had eaten plenty the day before, it wasn’t an issue. The kids are already saying they want to come back again. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.
