    It was a very nice accommodation.

    On our first trip to Ureshino Onsen, we couldn’t decide where to go and ended up choosing this Accommodation—and it turned into a wonderful memory. The food was delicious (we ate far too much), and the bath had an amazing water quality that truly impressed us. Being able to set the temperature ourselves was also very helpful. Every staff member was kind and courteous, which left a lasting impression on us. Thank you for taking such good care of us. My mother also seemed to make a happy birthday memory here, and she was delighted. The Room had plenty of space to hang towels, and the sink area and toilet were spacious and easy to use. The layout was so convenient—we could get into the bath right away from the bed—so we ended up bathing again and again. If we could make one request as non-drinkers, it would be great if the drink menu at meals included more non-alcoholic options such as mocktails or non-alcoholic wine. The snacks in the new lounge were delicious as well. We had no particular complaints—this was a wonderful Accommodation.

    Everything is satisfying.

    The size, color scheme, and functionality of the Room with a bath, as well as the breakfast and dinner along with their explanations, were all excellent. The only concern was that there is a short staircase, which might be slightly inconvenient for those with heavy luggage.

    The rice was shining!

    I visited Ureshino Onsen with high expectations after reading reviews describing it as "silky." The private open-air baths attached to each room can be a bit challenging during this colder season due to the low outside temperatures. Unlike having a large public bath to warm up in first, even the washing area was outdoors. The meals for both breakfast and dinner were excellent. I was especially impressed by the shine of the rice, and the yudofu (hot tofu) was also delicious.

    Excellent Hospitality

    The hospitality was truly wonderful. However, during check-in, I would have preferred unsweetened green tea due to personal preference. The dinner was excellent. As someone who enjoys trying various cuisines, I found the dishes to be locally sourced and rich in flavor without being overly elaborate. Thank you for the delicious meal—it made me feel very happy. I am also deeply grateful for the birthday celebration you provided. The Onsen bath was amazing with its silky texture and skin-beautifying properties. I thoroughly enjoyed it and took multiple baths feeling refreshed each time. However, there was only one washing area available, so I had to wait for my turn, which was a bit disappointing. The Room was spacious and allowed me to relax fully while enjoying a blissful stay. Thank you very much!

    Clean, spacious, and silky-smooth hot water

    The room was an upgraded one compared to the usual room I stayed in. It was very spacious, and the bath had the same silky smooth spring quality as always. Meals were served in a private room, allowing for a relaxing experience. I received an Arita porcelain rice bowl as a birthday gift—thank you so much! There was also a birthday card in the room, which made me very happy. All the staff members greeted us with smiles, and their excellent training is always impressive. Thank you so much for letting me have such a relaxing stay!

    A beautifully design...

    A beautifully designed room with Nordic interior, offering a clean and relaxing atmosphere. CDs with soothing music are provided, and after check-in, you can enjoy the view of beech trees from your room while soaking in the cypress open-air onsen. The changing scenery from evening to night and morning is truly healing, allowing for a very relaxing stay. The staff's warm hospitality, complete with smiles and humor, included detailed explanations about the room's facilities, making it a satisfying experience. The next morning’s breakfast was surprisingly set up to accommodate left-handed guests. Meals were prepared with locally sourced ingredients and were incredibly delicious. The Arita porcelain dishes and sashimi served on an ice platter added an elegant touch. It had been decades since visiting Ureshino Onsen, but this wonderful experience has made it a place I definitely want to visit again!

    Satisfied with the staff in charge on the day of accommodation.

    After completing the reservation, the staff who handled my call for changes to meals, etc., was curt and unpleasant. However, the staff on the day of accommodation was very pleasant and considerate, making me want to stay again.

    A wide variety of dishes

    We realized we can't eat as much as we used to. The meat and fish were generously thick and very delicious. The freshness of the raw egg at breakfast was remarkable, and it was very tasty. The rice was also very delicious. If I had to point out one thing, the fruits were not good. If canned fruits are served, it might be better not to include them. The Room was spacious and comfortable... It's a pity we didn't get to use the Japanese-style room.

    The Ultimate Hospitality

    The staff's hospitality was excellent, and I was able to relax completely. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the meals were perfect. The "Sagabiyori" rice was incredibly delicious, and they gladly accommodated my request for salted rice balls as a late-night snack. I feel that this quality at this price is unbelievable. I would love to visit again if given the chance. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

    A newly renovated accommodation with a refreshed and balanced atmosphere

    Recently renovated, this accommodation offers a well-balanced experience. The onsen is refreshing and excellent, but it is only available as a private room bath that you prepare yourself. The meals are thoughtfully prepared and delicious. While there are many young service staff, leading to some inconsistency in service, the dining staff and checkout personnel were professional. The price and value provided are well-balanced, making it a place worth visiting again.

    Friendly and excellent.

    The Hotel staff provided polite explanations and excellent service. The Room was clean and perfect. Having a private bath in the Room allowed us to enjoy it multiple times, which was very satisfying. The food was extremely delicious. Thank you very much!

    The staff were alway...

    The staff were always attentive and considerate. The room was spacious and clean, and the water of Ureshino Onsen was excellent. It was impressive to see their prompt efforts to address any issues. I would love to visit again if given the opportunity.

    I had a relaxing time in the clean Room.

    The rooms have been renovated, and now every room features a private bath with the silky smooth waters of Ureshino Onsen, allowing guests to enjoy it anytime at their leisure. The entrance and front desk area have also changed slightly. Previously, cars could be parked alongside the accommodation and pulled up directly in front of the entrance. However, with the new setup, parking is across the road, which can be inconvenient during rainy weather or when carrying heavy luggage. Fortunately, staff were present at the parking lot during our visit to assist with luggage, which was helpful. Meals were served in semi-private rooms with open ceilings. Although there was a notice on each table asking guests not to speak loudly or disturb others, it was still quite noisy! It felt like there were large groups dining nearby; however, when I asked a staff member about this, they mentioned that most tables had only two or three people each. Unfortunately, we couldn’t fully enjoy the delicious food due to all the noise—it was disappointing as we had hoped for a more relaxing dining experience. On a positive note, we enjoyed spending quiet and peaceful time in our room and soaking in Ureshino Onsen’s wonderful baths—this made for a satisfying stay overall!

    Excellent hospitality

    It was my first stay at this accommodation. I was touched by the staff waiting for us in the cold at the parking lot. Although I felt the handling of my carry case was a bit rough, I was humbled by the warm greetings from both the front desk and assigned staff during check-in. They welcomed us with lovely smiles. The handmade sweets were truly delicious. We were guided to our room, which was spacious and impeccably clean. Dinner was absolutely delightful, and thanks to the creative dipping sauces, we ended up eating more than expected without getting tired of it. Breakfast left a strong impression with its tofu and freshly cooked rice—such delicious rice is rare to come across! All staff members, including our assigned attendant, provided such pleasant service throughout our stay. Though it was my first time staying at an accommodation without a large public bath, I appreciated being able to soak in an onsen quietly at my preferred time and relieve daily fatigue. At checkout, many staff members came out to see us off. They even carried our luggage all the way to our car—it’s rare for accommodations these days to go that far! We were surprised again when they waved goodbye until we were out of sight—thank you so much for such thoughtful hospitality. My mother seemed very pleased as well and mentioned wanting to visit again someday. It turned out to be a wonderful way of showing appreciation for her. I hope we can return sometime in the future!

    Impressed by the unity of all employees!

    It was a trip for an elderly couple's anniversary. The staff's hospitality was excellent, and when we entered the Room with excitement, we were surprised to find a congratulatory message on the table. The bath was spacious, and for the first time in a while, we soaked together in the tub. Dinner at the dining area. At this timing, we received a wonderful commemorative gift. We started using it immediately after returning home. Dinner (we chose Saga beef sukiyaki as the main dish) was exquisite! We finished off a set of local sake tasting and ordered more of our favorite brand—satisfaction guaranteed! During breakfast, I was impressed that one of the female staff members knew that we came from Kyoto and shared this information with everyone else. The unified hospitality from all staff members touched my heart deeply. Thank you very much.

    The guest rooms have...

    The guest rooms have just been renovated and are spacious enough. The bathroom is luxurious, and the quality of the Onsen is outstanding. The meals are delicate and delicious, showcasing the craftsmanship of the chefs. Overall, it can be rated extremely highly, but it was disappointing to be kept waiting due to congestion at checkout. It might be said that it was a case of "a single basket short of success." Perhaps offering some tea would have alleviated the frustration.
