  I used it for the first time.

  I have visited Matsuyama several times, but this was my first time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, and although the room's structure and equipment feel a bit dated, it was well-cleaned. On the other hand, I hope for improvements in the breakfast variety and the installation of a coin laundry, considering guests who stay for multiple nights.

  The location is excellent, but the price is a bit high.

  The location is very good, near the downtown area of Matsuyama. Because the location is so good, I think the price is a bit high.

  Convenient location

  Impressed by the breakfast buffet that truly represents Matsuyama! Breakfast is available from 6 AM, making it an ideal hotel for a stay before a golf outing. The location is perfect, right in the city center. It was disappointing to be kept waiting at checkout. It would be even better if pre-payment and automated checkout were implemented to avoid waiting.

  One of the strong ca...

  One of the strong candidates for accommodation when staying in Matsuyama. It is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to get around on foot or by tram. You can enjoy Matsuyama at a more reasonable price than staying in the Dogo Onsen area. The room was comfortable and relaxing, and the front desk staff were courteous (no fitness guidance provided). The disappointing part was the response of one staff member during the breakfast buffet. There was already a queue of more than 10 people before opening, but there was no guidance even at the scheduled time. After a while, the first customer in line got impatient and entered, finally moving the line. The staff member was standing at the entrance watching the queue (expressionless), so it would have been nice if they had said something. The food was delicious and the service was good, so this particularly stood out. Also, the underground parking lot is mostly a self-parking multi-story parking garage. Personally, I'm not very fond of it. There's not much height, so I almost hit the ceiling when I casually opened the rear gate.
