    A magnificent garden

    The well-maintained and wonderful garden was great. The Onsen was also good, but the dining style in a large venue could use a bit more creativity in terms of content and seasoning.

    Relax and enjoy a quiet time with delicious meals and Onsen, together with your beloved dog.

    I stayed with my beloved dog and husband. I wanted to let my dog enjoy the onsen. I was able to fully enjoy the quiet time, soak in the pleasant onsen, and spend a relaxing time with my dog with delicious meals. Previously, when I visited, it was a three-tiered meal, but this time it was a course served in several parts. The warm dishes were served while still warm, and they were delicious. The room here is spacious enough to relax. However, since it was a special occasion, I went to the main building's open-air bath and enjoyed a walk. My dog also had a fun time in the courtyard (which was spacious), seemed to enjoy the onsen, and slept soundly in the portable circle we brought at night. Inside, my dog wore a diaper and explored around, looking happy. The next morning, we used the complimentary cart (a luxury pet cart I wanted to try) to go to the garden, and although we didn't go all the way to the back, we took a commemorative photo. The staff provided detailed explanations of the dishes and were always kind and courteous from arrival to departure, for which I am grateful. There are no shampoos for dogs in the onsen, but just the onsen was enough for our dog to feel comfortable. His fur became fluffy. I think maintaining the buildings and gardens is very challenging, but I hope they remain in wonderful condition in the future. I hope that those who bring their dogs will follow the rules properly so that the rooms can be kept in good condition.

    Stayed for 3 multiple night stays for the first time in 2 years and 9 months. The biggest reason for my absence, the taste and quality of the food, has improved from 2 to 5, and it's a taste and quality that makes me want to stay just to eat the food. I heard that the young proprietress became the proprietress and brought the head chef from Oiso, which was a great success. The proprietress was aiming to further improve customer service, such as guiding young staff. I will stay again as soon as possible.

    Stayed in a room for dogs. The onsen was odorless, clear, and had a silky texture, giving a luxurious feel like a beauty serum. The onsen in the room was also pleasant, like an open-air bath when the window was opened. However, the staff's response was quite puzzling. They didn't know if alcohol was sold at the shop (it's better to bring your own if you drink). I wanted to celebrate with a dessert plate after dinner, but suddenly they started vacuuming before the dessert, laid out the futon, and finally brought the dessert to the corner. I was surprised. It was supposed to be a luxury ryokan, but it had a warm, carefree atmosphere like returning home. The meals were very delicious, and the dog was happy running freely in the garden, so overall, it was good.

    Children will be delighted

    The children ran around in the Japanese-style room and garden, making it the most enjoyable trip ever. It's nice to sleep on futons once in a while.

    A Safe Stay

    The completion of room types (without staying with pets) is nearing the end, and we chose the main building annex. My partner had some difficulty with the round trip to the dining area, but personally, I enjoyed the experience of walking through the garden as a pathway. Most new building guests would find walking in the garden for about 30 minutes sufficient, but with the main building annex, you will definitely step into the garden at least in the morning and evening. If you enjoy how the garden feels different depending on the time of day and the direction you look, you will appreciate the charm of the annex. The bath is more spacious and has more ambiance compared to the new building, but the faucet issues are a minor quirk. Since we are familiar with the layout and convenience of the property, we were able to enjoy an extraordinary experience as an extension of our daily life. Reading in the spacious veranda or the main building's reception room was particularly pleasant. Thank you to all the staff, and we look forward to our next visit.

    Famous Architecture and Hot Springs

    The whole family was impressed by the vast grounds and wonderful rooms. We were able to relax. The hot springs were quiet, and the quality of the water was to our liking. The rooms also had flowing hot spring water, and plenty of towels were provided, allowing us to enjoy a foot bath until our departure, which was satisfying. The reason the meals received four stars is that we couldn't change the dishes for one person who had dietary restrictions, even though we informed them on the day. Could we have changed it if we had mentioned it when making the reservation? Or perhaps by consulting over the phone after booking? It might have been better to consult in advance, and it could have been our mistake. Since the place is spacious, it was a bit challenging for the elderly to move around, but the view of the clear stream from the corridor was beautiful, and it was an inn that made us want to visit again in a different season.
