    Quite disappointing.

    I drove to the accommodation. The parking lot was extremely crowded due to group guests, but more than 8 spaces near the entrance were reserved as disabled parking with cones, making it impossible to park there. I had no choice but to move my car far from the entrance. It is highly questionable why these spaces could not be opened up if no disabled guests were staying at the time. On top of this, I was charged an additional fee of over 1,000 yen for parking despite this situation, which I found unacceptable. Additionally, as I had a lot of luggage and had to use a cart, staff at the entrance left me unattended with my luggage on the cart and told me to take it myself all the way to my room. There was no offer like "Shall we carry your luggage?" and when I asked for assistance in bringing it to my room, they simply said such services are not provided. The service did not match the price paid at all. I will never stay here again and do not recommend it.

    The variety of restaurants is amazing!

    Attracted by the on-site spa, stayed with a stunning view of the heated pool. Arrived before the 2:00 PM check-in time and entered the restaurant for tea time. After being seated and placing an order, was told, "All cakes are sold out." Left in surprise without even drinking water. The Chinese dinner and breakfast buffet were so delicious that I went for seconds, with impeccable service to match. It's a mystery why there's such a difference in experience!

    Refresh with an Ocean View

    I had high expectations after seeing it on social media. The Facility had a great resort vibe, but the Room was on the mountain side, so it was just average. Although it was small, it was compact and functional, which made it convenient. We stayed for two nights, and the Western cuisine at S Dining was delicious, with half of the dinner being a buffet. It was great to enjoy as many appetizers as we wanted. The bar was also satisfying, offering a resort-like atmosphere while enjoying drinks with a view of the ocean. Unfortunately, my companion had a hand injury, so we couldn't visit the infinity pool on the 4th floor. We had a wonderful time as a group of five, enjoying the two days together. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of us. We look forward to visiting again someday!

    Highly Recommended for Repeat Stays

    The spa was amazing, and I used it three times during my one-night stay! Both the spa and the large public bath provided towels each time, making it very convenient to use. In the evening, I went out of the Hotel for dinner, and there are convenience stores and other restaurants within walking distance! I added breakfast, and it was fantastic! It was so delicious that I ended up eating too much! The atmosphere was calm, with no excessive noise from other guests, allowing for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

    The staff provides excellent service.

    The location and atmosphere of the Hotel are excellent, but above all, the staff are incredibly kind. I experienced a personal issue, and their response was very sincere and trustworthy. I can wholeheartedly recommend this Hotel. Perfect for family gatherings or a romantic stay with your partner. Thank you!

    As a Prince Hotel...

    As a frequent guest of Prince Hotels, I found Oiso Prince Hotel somewhat disappointing in several aspects. At check-in, despite carrying a large suitcase for an upcoming long trip, I had to handle my luggage myself and received no guidance to the elevator. The room was located near vending machines and an ice maker, making hallway noise noticeable from early morning until late at night. We stayed as a couple in a room designed for triple or quadruple occupancy, but the foldable beds stored under the main beds were visible due to poorly arranged bed covers—this should have been tidied up properly. Both the bathroom and toilet felt outdated, with a sink that was uncomfortably low as if designed for children. The terrace offered great views of the sea and pool area, which was enjoyable. The public bath remained somewhat crowded even late at night due to visitors from the swimsuit zone continuously arriving. It wasn’t quiet because there were many families with children; implementing stricter age restrictions for mixed-gender child entry might be advisable. Restaurants and shops closed early, and there was no room service available, which was inconvenient. Knowing this beforehand, we dined at local restaurants in Oiso and purchased drinks before checking in. There were plenty of pools available; next time I’d like to visit specifically for enjoying them!

    The direct bus service is quite limited, so please be aware. When calling a taxi, the process was not smooth. It seemed there was a lack of coordination between the person arranging and the one dispatching the taxi. The bath cannot be used by small children; only those who are no longer in diapers are allowed, as stated on the website, which is disappointing. We were told to use the Room bath instead, but there were no moisturizers provided in the Room, which felt inconvenient. As for meals, I felt they did not match their price point. While the pool was great, it’s unfortunate that other aspects fell short.

    I will never go again.

    The quality was far from what you would expect from a hotel. It felt more like a basic accommodation attached to a leisure facility. The staff seemed to be mostly part-timers. When there was an issue with the washing machine, someone from the front desk came but didn’t seem to know how to use it. They pressed the tub cleaning button while clothes were still inside, thinking it was fixed. When I expressed my surprise, they reluctantly unplugged it without any apology. I had to rewash my clothes in another functioning washing machine, but the broken one was left as is, and someone else ended up using it again by mistake. At breakfast, omelets that were supposed to be freshly made were pre-cooked in batches—what’s the point of having a chef on-site? The bedding in the room felt damp and uncomfortable. Despite all this, the price was comparable to that of a luxury hotel. There is absolutely no reason to stay at this accommodation—don’t be fooled by overly positive reviews!

    Comfortable for the elderly

    Recently, infinity pools have become quite popular and well-equipped, but the Onsen public bath was also excellent! Both the indoor and outdoor baths are spacious and relaxing, offering a beautiful view of the sea. I visited with my elderly parents, who enjoyed a leisurely time watching the ocean from our room, soaking in the pleasant Onsen, and savoring delicious Chinese cuisine on the first floor. They were very satisfied with their stay. We were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff upon arrival and had a touching conversation about Ukraine. We look forward to visiting again soon!

    Onsen

    This time, I stayed for the purpose of playing tennis. The meals, including Chinese cuisine for dinner and a breakfast buffet, were all delicious. Above all, the Onsen was excellent; I enjoyed it three times. I would love to stay here again.

    I used the Property ...

    I used the Property for the first time in two years. Before our stay, I received a thoughtful suggestion via email because it was my wife's birthday on that day, and I felt glad to have stayed. The only disappointment was when I took out Chinese food at night. A male customer who came after me seemed to be staying for two nights from the previous day, and the man in black with glasses at the store made me uncomfortable by clearly treating him differently than he treated me. Of course, order is important, but just because someone is staying for two nights doesn't mean they should be treated as a special guest or wealthy; such discrimination in service is not good.

    It's fine that there are no amenities for women, but since there's a coffee machine, it would have been nice to have a bit more coffee available.

    Birthday

    Last week, for his birthday, we used a day-use Room, spa, and dinner. Since it was a weekday, it was not crowded, and we could enjoy the spa at a leisurely pace. When I requested champagne glasses at the time of Reservation, they were properly placed in the Room. I thought the dinner, even though it was a course meal, had a partial buffet style that didn't quite match the price. The calm service made me think, as expected, it's the Prince Hotel. I'm glad we could use it on such an important day.

    Please ensure thorough cleaning.

    This is my third stay, and every time I use the sink, a lot of mold-like dirt comes out. It seems that cleaning is not thorough. Also, there were no spare toilet paper rolls, and we ran out during our stay. Is it because of theft that you don't provide spares? The paper in the holder was already quite used and not new, so I would appreciate it if you could improve this. The sauna was as good as always, but a group of women in their early 20s were talking loudly in the sauna and the large bath, so it might be helpful to have a sign saying "Please be quiet." Last time, a group of four men and women were talking loudly in the stone sauna, and we could hear everything, which was disturbing. The guidance from the foreign female staff standing next to the front desk was unclear (and incorrect), so training might be necessary. I've written a lot of negative things, but I really like the spa. Even after several years, it is well-cleaned, has a sense of cleanliness, and is wonderful. I will use it again.

    This is the fourth year of New Year's Stays, but

    This was my fourth stay this year to support the Hakone Ekiden. I always choose the buffet for both dinner and breakfast. The dinner buffet this year also had a very rich selection, and the chefs who served the dishes were very friendly, making it an enjoyable time with pleasant communication. The problem was the breakfast buffet, which, for some reason, only this year had a mysterious free time without reservation restrictions. As a result, everyone gathered at 8 o'clock, calculated backward from the time to support the Ekiden, leading to a situation where it took more than 10 minutes to get to the reception and then 30 minutes to enter the venue. When I looked at the venue, the tables were available, but they were not cleared in time, and some families even said they gave up on letting their children have breakfast. I thought this was unacceptable, so I went to the front desk and somehow managed to enter the venue before 9 o'clock, but without time to drink anything, I just put something in my stomach and went to support, which was the worst situation. It's truly a mystery why they couldn't foresee this. I left while glaring lightly at the manager who was fawning over VIP guests.

    Regarding Room Cleaning

    I was staying for a Multiple Night Stay, and on the first morning, while I was relaxing, there was a loud knock at around 10:30 AM. I was asked about the cleaning, and when I opened the door, two cleaning staff members somewhat intimidatingly told me that I needed to be clear about what I wanted, and instructed me to hang a sign outside if I was going out. I hadn't been informed in advance about what needed to be done by what time on the first morning, so I assumed I could lounge around until noon. If possible, I would appreciate it if they could contact me by phone instead of knocking loudly in front of the Room, and if they could be a bit more gentle in their approach.

    I was healed.

    The vast ocean view from the room, which feels like being on a cruise, is breathtaking. The food was delicious, the staff were pleasant, and the amenities showed consideration for the environment, which was nice. I stayed here over 40 years ago, and the Onsen, which wasn't available back then, was warm and pleasant. Despite liking the Onsen, I rated it four stars because the privacy screen for the open-air bath is too high. Since it's on the 3rd floor, it might be difficult to balance the view and privacy, but it was disappointing not to be able to see the beautiful ocean view (the indoor bath is at a higher level, so you can see the sea through the window). Nevertheless, the overall satisfaction was very high, and I would like to stay again.

    The customer service is terrible.

    The front desk service during check-in and check-out was careless. The explanation was completely different from the person at the next front desk. Isn't it strange that it varies so much depending on the person? Employee training is not being done. The worst was the elderly female receptionist at the spa around 9 a.m. on 12/28. She was in a bad mood from the start and explained quickly. Even during the spa patrol, she glared around with an extremely displeased look. Similarly, the male spa employee was just there without any greeting or smile. The spa itself had a sauna, stone bath, and jacuzzi, all at too low a temperature to warm up at all. Unbelievable. To top it off, there was trash from the previous guest left in the Room, and long hair from either the previous guest or an employee on the bed. None of us have long hair, so it was very unpleasant. The store clerk also responded with a sullen look without even showing a smile. Overall, I thought it was a disappointing Hotel.

    The view is excellent.

    I went by taxi on a weekday evening, but there was no staff to help with luggage or guide us to the room, giving it a Business Hotel-like feel. The room had a low ceiling, and compared to modern Hotels, it felt old. Dinner was at a Chinese restaurant, but the staff just stood around, and we had to ask for tea refills. The braised shark fin was too salty, which was disappointing. Although it's the off-season for the Resort Hotel, the bath was empty, making it ideal for a quiet and relaxing stay. There were no groups of inbound tourists either. I thought it would be nice to stay in this area for Hakone sightseeing and leave early in the morning to see both Mount Fuji and the sea beautifully.

    Ideal for relaxation!

    I always stay for a multiple night stay for relaxation. The view of Sagami Bay from the room and the Onsen are soothing, and I keep coming back. There are three points I would like to request for improvement. - I would like you to set up a co-working space for workation use, such as by repurposing a small conference room. The rooms are not very spacious and are not suitable for work, making it difficult to use for workation. - This is already my fourth visit this year, but it is not acceptable for the front desk staff to ask, "Is this your first time using our facility?" Please improve this. - I use the restaurant inside the facility, but it mainly offers course meals and is priced high, making it difficult to use. I would like you to enhance the menu with reasonably priced à la carte dishes. I will use your services again. Thank you very much.

    The Onsen is excellent.

    The staff's service and language at check-in were excellent. The Onsen was very relaxing. Is the chloride spring water only available outside? It didn’t seem like the indoor water was chloride spring, but I might be mistaken—apologies if so. The view from the Room was also fantastic. I would love to stay here again.

    The infinity pool was great.

    I have visited Oiso Long Beach several times, but this time I stayed because there was an infinity pool that can be used even in winter. The sunset from the pool was beautiful. I was also able to enjoy a drink leisurely by the poolside.
