We stayed here on a ...
We stayed here on a family trip with four children. There was an AEON next door, so the location was very convenient. The shower felt a bit old and the water pressure was weak. The room was spacious enough! Breakfast was crowded, possibly due to the time we went, but it tasted quite good!

I had a very comfortable stay.
The front desk staff provided very courteous service, and the room cleaning was excellent. Being adjacent to a shopping mall made shopping very convenient. It is a very good hotel at a reasonable price. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Great value for money
We stayed at this Hotel as a midpoint stop on the route from Seto Ohashi to Shimanami Kaido. The parking lot in front of the Hotel was full, and we were unsure where to park, but when we asked at the front desk, they responded very politely. After check-in, they even carried our luggage to the Room, which was very helpful. While the overall facilities felt a bit dated, the Room was spacious with a sofa for two people—perfect for enjoying tea. Additionally, warm air came out in the bathroom mirror area to prevent fogging, which felt nice during this winter season. If I may add one suggestion: as mentioned in Reviews from about a year ago, it would be great if tissues were provided at the sink area too. The price is reasonable and offers good value for money!

Used for festival sightseeing.
I used this accommodation for the first time during the Niihama Taiko Festival. The convenience of being adjacent to AEON Mall and having the Taiko event held at the same location is excellent. Transportation to the station is either by bus or a taxi you arrange yourself. There are no microwaves on each floor, so you may have to wait if your timing is off. Depending on your purpose of stay, I felt that a bit more amenities would be appreciated. The breakfast buffet could use a bit more local produce, but it had a decent variety and attentive staff who provided good service. While the facility itself isn't brand new, it left a positive impression as a reliable accommodation option.

Perhaps due to the N...
Perhaps due to the New Year, there were many families with small children, and it was noisy with the sound of running around in the neighboring and upper rooms. The breakfast venue was small and crowded. The heating was not effective, and the room did not warm up easily.

Signs of aging were noticeable.
I was concerned about the aging of various parts. Although it may lead to an increase in accommodation fees, I hope for a renewal. I struggled with frequent errors when inserting and removing the magnetic card key. They mentioned "there's a trick to it," but I couldn't grasp the trick in just one night (laughs).
