    The Room is classic ...

    The Room is classic and spacious. The staff are very kind and attentive. I would love to stay here again when I visit Mito next time.

    A chair was provided...

    A chair was provided in the bathroom, which was very helpful, likely because we mentioned that elderly guests would be using the facilities. During breakfast, there were some delays as the staff seemed unaware of the number of guests and there were no chopsticks prepared, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything else—from the exceptional hospitality to the Room—was top-notch, and I would love to stay again.

    Traveling with my son

    This was my second stay, and just like before, I had a comfortable time. The staff's courteous service and the quality of service were excellent. This time, I had a little more time to spend at the Hotel, so I was able to relax my mind and body in the lounge, restaurant, and bakery. It is a Hotel I would like to visit again.

    A prestigious Hotel representing Mito

    This is a prestigious Hotel representing Mito. I felt that the front service, bell service, and restaurant service were all excellent. I attended a banquet here during the day and revisited at night to check in. The banquet meal was a Buffet. The dishes were carefully prepared, showcasing the pride of the chefs in many aspects. The guest room Facility and amenities were of a high standard, providing a level of satisfaction that was more than adequate. The quality was sufficient to satisfy even distinguished guests from overseas. The breakfast was also carefully prepared and delightful. I will visit again. Thank you.

    Room toilet

    Despite the wonderful Facility, the glass-walled toilet in the Room is unsettling...!! Perhaps you might consider something.

    Vacation Use

    The staff's response is lowering the dignity of the Hotel. The Facility itself is old but seems to be maintained cleanly. The Room is ordinary, but the shape of the key is quite classical, which I personally liked. The breakfast was also delicious (used Japanese set meal).

    I stayed for two nig...

    I stayed for two nights for work. Your Hotel has a slightly old feel, but the rooms have a wooden tone and a sense of luxury, which I was very satisfied with. For dinner, I had teppanyaki and Chinese cuisine. As expected of a Hotel dinner, I thoroughly enjoyed it. There was a birthday discount, so I felt it was a good deal and had a pleasant time. The staff's hospitality was excellent, and I would definitely like to use it again when I visit Mito. Thank you very much.

    It exceeded expectations.

    I was upgraded to a Room with a jacuzzi, but unfortunately, I didn't have a swimsuit, so I didn't use the jacuzzi, but I enjoyed the spacious Room. The patio was nice as the weather was neither too hot nor too cold, and I used the restaurant for Chinese dinner and Japanese breakfast, both of which were very delicious. I would like to visit again.
