    I love this place and keep coming back.

    IKYU’s Diamond Member services are exceptionally wonderful, and I’m always grateful for their support. The Onsen is available, the Room offers outstanding views, and the service is excellent. There is also a shuttle bus to the station, so even though it’s away from the city center, it doesn’t feel inconvenient. This is a Hotel I want to visit again. Once you stay here, you’ll be hooked. I will definitely come back.

    It was great to be a...

    It was great to be able to access Miyajima from the pier right in front of the Accommodation. We were able to enjoy Miyajima before it got crowded, and return early to soothe our fatigue in the Onsen. You can also enjoy an ocean view from the Room, and all of the staff were very pleasant—truly a comfortable stay. We would love to stay again.\nThe oyster omelet at breakfast was outstanding—not only did it have wonderful oyster flavor, but the eggs themselves were fragrant and perfectly fluffy!

    USB

    The view is wonderful, and being able to take a morning walk along the coast is the best. The breakfast and the Onsen were, of course, excellent with nothing to complain about. However, both USB ports by the bed in the guest room were broken. Charging cables were provided, but they were useless without working ports. Also, it felt very dark around the window-side sofa and the table area. Other than that, everything was great.

    Enjoy the view.

    Top-floor Room with an open-air bath and a seaside view from the window—thanks to the great weather, it was absolutely wonderful. We also enjoyed hearing stories from the staff about the summit that was held here, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In addition, there was an extra event where we could watch a cruise ship arriving at the port early in the morning from our Room window.

    The view was wonderful.

    We unexpectedly received a Room upgrade and truly enjoyed our stay. The view from the Room was wonderful. It felt like staying at an overseas Hotel. We also appreciated being able to choose our breakfast, and that it wasn’t a buffet.

    The view was great. The service was also good. The windows were dirty, and overall the place was old and unclean. There were some good points, but it was disappointing.

    I am satisfied.

    With our Reservation through IKYU, we received a Room upgrade. It felt like a wonderful surprise, and we were truly delighted. Thank you very much. We also had breakfast at Nadaman, and although it was a small thing, my spouse and I were both deeply impressed by the service from the female staff member there. We would love to stay again. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

    Bath fee charged separately.

    I searched for a place with a large public bath, but the bath fee was charged separately... 2,000 yen per day; for two people staying two nights, that’s an additional 8,000 yen. At that price, I would have chosen another Hotel... Good points: nice atmosphere, resort feel, there is a ferry terminal, and there is a convenience store. For the open-air bath, it might be more on-trend to use glass for the balcony railing—or remove it—to create an infinity view... The in-room TV is small and old. The Facility is quite old, but clean. *Anonymous*

    It was very good.

    Both the Hotel Room, the Onsen on the 3rd floor, and the view from the buffet were excellent.

    I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

    There were no pajamas in the room, so I called the front desk and had them bring some. Some amenities were provided for the correct number of guests while others were not, and it was unclear what 기준 was used to determine what would be provided.

    We really enjoyed our stay.

    I stayed here with my mother and aunt, and all three of us were very satisfied. The staff were polite and kind, and the meals were delicious. I would like to stay again.

    Breakfast buffet crowding

    Thanks to the IKYU Diamond Member service, our Room was upgraded, and we were able to relax in a spacious Room with a great view. We also enjoyed the Onsen spa free of charge and had a very relaxing time. When we headed to the breakfast buffet around 6:45, there was a huge line waiting for breakfast in the elevator hall... Since we could also choose breakfast at Nadaman, we changed venues at the last minute... We were shown to a seat with an excellent view and enjoyed a leisurely breakfast, but I think those who had to wait at the buffet venue must have been exhausted. I believe improvements by the restaurant are essential.

    Hiroshima Trip

    During the latter half of Golden Week, I finally made it to Hiroshima. Yamato Museum, Peace Memorial Park, Miyajima, and Itsukushima Shrine—this Accommodation was a great base for my trip. They upgraded our Room, and we were able to relax comfortably with a great view. All the staff were polite and left a very positive impression. We booked a plan with breakfast and dinner included: dinner in the first-floor lounge, and Japanese breakfast at Nadaman. Both were quite standard. This time the trip itself was our main focus, so we didn’t choose to stay on the club floor, but if we have another chance next time, I’d definitely like to use it. Thank you for your hospitality.

    It was a wonderful Room!

    This time, our Room was upgraded with the Diamond benefit. It exceeded our expectations, and since we had a Multiple Night Stay, we were able to relax and truly enjoy it. Thank you very much. However, we couldn’t make it in time for the club lounge or drink service hours, so it was disappointing not to be able to experience the atmosphere. Despite having such a wonderful Room, we were a little disappointed that the coffee was instant packets and that breakfast didn’t have any standout main dish. Sorry for being critical. Also, the guidance to the Sea Spica boarding point was insufficient from the front desk staff, which made many guests feel uneasy. Still, the weather was great, the view from the restaurant was amazing, and overall we were very satisfied.

    Just a little more.

    Two nights in a Junior Suite One night in a G7 Club Floor Premium Deluxe Twin We used the IKYU Diamond member benefits for both stays—thank you very much. The building and Facility are not particularly new, so it may be unavoidable, but we were a bit disappointed to find brown stains inside the refrigerator in the Junior Suite. The screws on the cabinet door were also loose, making it difficult to open and close. In the Premium Twin, we checked the bathroom right after check-in and there was a very strong unpleasant odor. When using it, we managed by masking it with bath salts. The desk in the Room (like a study desk) also had some noticeable stains. That said, all of the staff provided exceptionally warm service. There are international staff members as well, and surprisingly everyone speaks fluent Japanese. We were also very satisfied with the club lounge.

    Your First Stay in Hiroshima

    This was my first stay in Hiroshima, mainly to visit the Yamato Museum and Miyajima. The Room we were upgraded to with the IKYU benefit was wonderful. Since we were traveling by car, we were able to relax in the lounge as soon as we arrived. After enjoying a delicious dinner with my cousin and her husband who live in Hiroshima, we came back and headed to the lounge again. While waiting for the ferry to Miyajima, the staff chatted with us about various things, which made it a truly enjoyable trip. Thank you very much to the lounge staff for your warm smiles and hospitality. This has become a Hotel I would love to visit again.

    My mother and I stay...

    My mother and I stayed here to celebrate our birthdays. I have stayed several times, but this was my first time on a floor with Club Lounge access, and we were upgraded to a wonderful Room. The view was great, the cleaning was thorough, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time. The birthday cake we requested was adorable, and they also took a commemorative photo of the two of us. My mother was very happy, and it became a memorable day. Thank you very much. Hiroshima Station has also been beautifully renovated; although it’s a bit far away, there is a shuttle bus service, which is convenient. I would like to stay again when I return home.

    It was very good!

    I stayed here to watch a Carp game. From the Hotel to Mazda Stadium, I took the direct bus from Hiroshima Station, and after the night game I took a taxi back to the Hotel. At check-in, all IKYU Diamond benefits had already been applied, and I was upgraded to a spacious Room. The Room also had tatami mats and a wonderful view of the Seto Inland Sea, so I could relax until checkout. After that, I headed to Miyajima. A high-speed ferry departs from the Hotel, but due to my schedule I drove to Miyajimaguchi instead—it took about 40 minutes. It was a very enjoyable trip. Thank you very much.

    I really liked the Chinese restaurant Kihou.

    I stay here repeatedly because the Diamond member benefits are plentiful and it’s close to my home. This time, I stayed mainly for lunch at the Chinese restaurant “Kihou.” Despite the reasonable prices, every dish was truly delicious. I enjoyed a relaxing time while taking in the beautiful scenery. The service was attentive as well, and I was very satisfied.

    Cruise to Miyajima

    We stayed here this time with our grandchild. We were able to sightsee in Miyajima without any stress. The Onsen, the cruise, and Itsukushima Shrine— the three must-see highlights—were amazing!

    Onsen is...

    I stayed here on my first trip to Hiroshima during Golden Week. I understand it was my fault for making a rushed Reservation without checking the details, but I was disappointed that the Onsen required an additional fee.

    A wonderful Hotel with panoramic views of the Seto Inland Sea

    We stayed for two nights during Golden Week. We had arranged a guaranteed ocean-side Room in advance for an additional fee, and enjoyed the sea view morning and evening. The Room facilities felt a bit dated, and the air-conditioning temperature control surprised us, but everything was well cleaned and we had a comfortable stay. We booked a breakfast-included Plan and used “Top of” both mornings. Highlights were the oyster omelet, ochazuke where you top it with chopped sea bream or conger eel and pour dashi over it, and okonomiyaki. Everything else was also very delicious. However, because there were so many guests, there was a huge line starting from the tray and cutlery area next to the side-dish section. It became one long bottleneck all the way through the side dishes, okonomiyaki, and egg station. After experiencing that line once, we didn’t even try to get side dishes on the second day. It would have been helpful if staff had explained that there is no set route and that you can take only what you want and step out of line. We also enjoyed the baths at night and in the morning. They were not included in our accommodation Plan so there was an additional fee, but it was a salt spring that kept us warm for a long time—excellent water. If I’m being picky, I wish the extra fee were a little lower; however, if it were cheaper it would probably get too crowded to relax anyway. Also, it would have been even better if the vending machines in the relaxation area next to the large public bath could be charged to our Room via room key or similar payment method, since we don’t bring phones or cash/cards into the bath area. Lastly regarding pre-checkout payment: it would be appreciated if this could be done via TV or smartphone. Since we stayed two nights, we chose this Hotel planning to take the boat departing from in front of the Hotel to Miyajima on our middle day; unfortunately heavy rain was forecast so we couldn’t use it, which was very disappointing. Next time we visit, we definitely want to use it to go to Miyajima.

    It was truly wonderful!

    The ocean view from the Room was truly beautiful, and it made me strongly want a Multiple Night Stay. Both the buffet-style dinner and breakfast were delicious, and everything was clean and well maintained—I’d love to visit again. The staff’s service was also excellent! I can see why this property was used for the G7 Hiroshima Summit. We made wonderful memories. Thank you very much!

    A Comfortable Stay

    I had a very comfortable stay. Everything I experienced was pleasant, including the room upgrade, the well-balanced service in the lounge, and the appropriate conversation at the restaurant. A few hours after checkout, I was surprised to receive an unexpected call apologizing for a mistake in my card payment and its correction. Since I hadn’t checked the receipt either, I reviewed it again. It was quite an unusual experience.

    Spacious rooms and delicious cuisine

    I stayed here for the first time in several years with my elderly parents and my family from my hometown (four of us, including my younger sister). We made a Reservation for a club-floor Room. We were upgraded to an ocean-side Room, and the view of the Seto Inland Sea and its islands was outstanding. The Room had two main beds and two additional beds. Even the additional beds were 120 cm wide, so we slept comfortably. We also enjoyed afternoon tea and cocktail time in the lounge, which became a wonderful memory for my parents. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

    The Diamond benefits are excellent.

    We were provided with a very spacious Room, and the view was outstanding. Even though it wasn’t on the ocean side, we could still see the sea and fresh greenery through the large windows, and the bath faced the ocean—our companions were thrilled! The cookies and tea were a nice touch, but what we appreciated most was that the Onsen and gym were free of charge. Breakfast offered a great variety of both Japanese and Western options, and we even enjoyed delicious shabu-shabu in the morning. Whether being far from Hiroshima Station is a drawback or an advantage—because it’s away from the crowds and allows for a quiet stay—depends on each person. We were able to relax very well, so we were satisfied. The boat to Miyajima was convenient and fun, and it felt like a special perk of this Hotel. Perfect for anyone looking for a quiet Hotel in Hiroshima surrounded by nature.

    Memories of My Cousin’s Birthday Party

    This was our second stay, and once again it became a high-quality trip to celebrate my cousin’s birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the lounge, and dinner at Nadaman came with so many thoughtful touches—we were truly grateful and moved. The shops are also a wonderful treat for women, so I couldn’t help loosening my purse strings, and once again ended up spending quite a lot right up until the last minute before the bus departed. It has become another fun memory to look back on in the future. Next time, I hope to visit with my husband. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us again.

    Excellent value for money

    This time we stayed in a Room on the renewed floor, and we highly recommend it for Diamond members. There are many perks: the club lounge is available during café time, and Onsen access is free. With early check-in and late check-out, you can stay for 24 hours—at a reasonable price. It was excellent.
