Meals were served in a crowded conference room. With IKYU, I expected the existing buffet to be offered. It was disappointing that even with IKYU, breakfast was the same as for tour groups.

It may be best to avoid peak seasons when it gets crowded.

I stayed here hoping to relax in the large public bath at the end of my trip, but since it was during spring break, it was extremely crowded. There was a long line even for the washing area, so I didn’t feel like I could unwind. The bath felt small for the size of the Hotel. The breakfast venue was spacious, so there was no waiting, and the buffet was delicious. I had requested a baby crib and hadn’t received any particular confirmation, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it had been properly prepared. On the other hand, footsteps from the floor above were quite loud, so I felt the soundproofing might be weak. The staff’s service was excellent. If you avoid peak seasons, with well-equipped Facilities overall, satisfaction would likely be high.

The front desk service was terrible.

I’m not sure if it was because of baseball spring training, but there were far too many questions and warnings at check-in. I didn’t understand why I had to feel like I was being policed. It was my last day in Okinawa, and it left me feeling terrible.

I’d love to stay here again!

This was my second stay. The front desk staff were polite, kind, and quick to assist, and the Room was clean. Personally, I found the amenities well stocked, so I was very satisfied. I would definitely like to stay again!

    This is a great Hotel.

However, I requested a non-smoking Room, but there is a smell of cigarettes. Is it a mistake with the Room?

The luxurious Hotel is very affordable.

I chose this hotel to keep costs low, and the price for single use of a twin room was very reasonable. There are many convenient facilities like convenience stores nearby, with good access to Naha city center and the airport. Although I couldn't try the Onsen, it's a hotel I would like to use again.

    A bit disappointing

I have stayed several times because I like the Onsen in the Spa Tower, but this time was a bit disappointing. Some degree of aging is inevitable, but I think issues like roughness in the bathtub and dirt on the glass and mirrors could be improved with regular cleaning. The guest rooms used to feel more comfortable back when it was Chisun Hotel, but this time something felt off. That said, this Onsen is still my favorite in Naha, so I will likely use it again. Please keep up the good work!

    Consistent Comfort

When visiting Okinawa, I always stay here. Reasons: - Convenient access: less than 10 minutes by taxi even if arriving late at night. - Orix Rent-A-Car is available, and returns can be made at the hotel. - Reliable and comfortable bath (very relaxing). This time, I stayed in a Japanese-style room for the first time and felt very relaxed.

    Cannot deny its age.

The exterior photos raised high expectations, but the interior felt outdated, and the TV was very small. It did not feel worth the Accommodation Fee, which was disappointing. Check-in also took a considerable amount of time. However, with both outdoor and indoor pools available, it seems like a convenient Hotel for families with small children.

    Looks like a Business Hotel.

The plan includes access to the large public bath, and I chose it because of its proximity to the airport and the bath as key points. However, upon checking the details carefully, you can only use the public bath in the main building even with this plan. Please note that photos of another public bath are also shown. I arrived at 3 PM, and while there weren’t 20 people in line for check-in, it still took an hour. The line moved quite slowly. There was also dust accumulated in some corners of the room, so considering cost performance, I wouldn’t choose this again next time.

    The quality is extremely low.

Arrived on a late-night flight and planned to check in around 8 PM, only to find a long line at the counter. More than half of the counters were closed, causing no progress at all. There were plenty of staff wandering around outside the counters but none seemed willing to assist at the counter. Gave up on checking in and tried to leave my luggage, but was assisted by a trainee foreign staff member who couldn’t understand my name despite multiple attempts. In a rush, I asked for help from a Japanese staff member next to them, but even then my name was recorded incorrectly. After going out for dinner and finally checking in, I decided to take a bath around 10 PM only to find it overcrowded and extremely dirty. The changing room was littered with towels everywhere, and the bathwater was murky with dirt—completely unusable. As expected from this level of quality, there were no towels provided in the bath area; you had to bring one from your Room (with no prior notice). Finally returned to my Room thinking I’d have some drinks before bed but discovered there wasn’t an ice machine on my floor—it required quite a walk just to get ice—so I gave up and went straight to sleep instead. Never using this place again.

    High satisfaction.

The Room was clean and spacious, with enough space even for four beds. Plenty of amenities were provided. However, there was no coffee initially placed in the Room, which is why I rated it 4 stars. The customer service skills were excellent with no complaints. Regarding the bath, the tub size, water temperature, and washing area were great. However, I would have liked the foot mats to be replaced more frequently and a bit more cleaning done with a lint roller; this is another reason for my 4-star rating. The morning buffet was delicious, especially the simmered dishes, juicy pork dish, and Okinawa soba. It would have been nice to have about two more Western-style dishes. The staff's pace of clearing plates felt slightly fast. I also used the pool. I had imagined a more resort-like atmosphere where one could relax in elegance; however, it seemed more family-oriented. Overall satisfaction is high! Highly recommended if you're staying in Naha!

The meals exceeded expectations, but I wouldn't repeat my stay.

[Limited Time Offer/Dinner Included, No Breakfast - Enjoy Dinner Buffet with Access to Natural Onsen & Pool] for a family of three. The dinner exceeded expectations, but everything else was disappointing. Considering this, staying at a newer Business Hotel and dining at a regular restaurant would have been better. ■ Dinner All dishes were delicious and seemed carefully prepared, leaving us very satisfied. ■ Onsen & Large Bath Only one area was open. It wasn’t clean. The carpet in the changing room was wet and dirty. Charging an additional fee for this is unacceptable. Guests need to bring towels from their rooms to the onsen, which leaves no towels in the room for drying hands or faces—this shows poor planning. ■ Inside the Hotel It feels cluttered and confusing to navigate. Additionally, it’s quite a distance to reach the large bath area. There are noticeable stains on the carpets throughout. ■ Guest Room Disappointing—it feels like stepping back into the Showa era (mid-20th century). The room is small; doors creak when opened or closed; entering/exiting the sink area causes noise as well. There’s no outlet near the sink, so you have to use a hairdryer in front of the TV instead.

    I made a last-minute Reservation.

Check-in takes time as mentioned in other reviews, while check-out is done quickly via a machine without even a "thank you." Only the impression of the cleaning staff was good. What has happened to Loisir Hotel? I hope for improvements without using staff shortages as an excuse.

Tried the dinner (Chinese cuisine) for the first time.

Stayed at another accommodation in Onna Village for two nights and returned to this hotel on the final day. Since the airport is only about a 10-minute taxi ride from the hotel, it was very convenient for an early flight the next day. For dinner, I tried the Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel for the first time and was highly satisfied. The quality of each dish was impressive, comparable to authentic Chinese cuisine in central Tokyo.

Satisfied with the second stay as well.

This is our second stay following last year. We arrived just after 12 PM, before the 3 PM check-in time, and were delighted to be able to use the spa and pool in advance. The taxi ride to Kokusai Street costs around 1,000 yen, the pool and breakfast buffet were highly satisfying for the kids, and my wife was very pleased with the professional-quality spa treatments. Overall, we would definitely like to stay here again next time.

    Proportional to one's size

Thank you for your hospitality. The Hotel suited our needs perfectly. If I may point out, the laundry facilities were always full and unavailable. I used the coin laundry at the supermarket visible from the Hotel instead. It was more convenient with no waiting time. For your reference.

    The room is too far.

The lobby, dining area, and bath are too far apart. After sweating in the Onsen and returning to the room, it's so far that you'll sweat again and need to use the shower in your room. I stayed in an annex where the elevator was located at the very end, requiring a long walk back to the room after going up. By the time you return to your room after eating, you're hungry again because of how far it is. I will never use this place again.

    Check-in was at 9 PM...

Check-in was at 9 PM, so I stayed in the Annex with No Meals Included. The building is old, and the Room was small, giving it more of a Business Hotel feel. However, when I mentioned having a baby, they provided a crib and even gave us amenities for children. The price per night was very affordable, and having a convenience store on-site was very convenient!

    About the Room

It was sufficient for just sleeping. However, it was disappointing that the air conditioning was broken, and it took time to change the room. Additionally, the Onsen was very crowded at night, with lines forming to use the showers, and using a hairdryer was out of the question.

If you consider it as a Business Hotel, it's acceptable, but the cost performance is poor.

I used the Corner King. In conclusion, if you consider it as a Business Hotel, it's acceptable, but the cost performance is poor. The good points were that the morning buffet was substantial and the amenities were from L'Occitane. Below are the disappointing points: - Cleaning is inadequate There was a lump of dirt in the bathroom of the room. At first, I thought it was a stain that wouldn't come off, but it came off easily with shower pressure. Also, there was water scale near the drain which was unpleasant. I planned to soak in the bathtub but only took a shower and got out early due to concerns about hygiene. This issue made me distrustful of overall room cleaning and I couldn't enjoy my stay comfortably. - Towels are worn out The fraying threads and thinness of towels bothered me. It felt like staying at a budget hotel. - Onsen is not worth its price Since it was included in my plan's fee, I didn't mind much, but it's not worth paying an additional few thousand yen for entry. The quality felt like around 500–700 yen. That's all. I had high expectations as recommended by relatives but it turned out to be a disappointing experience.

The staff was very accommodating. The large public bath and the open-air bath were also nice. The hotel's location was good, with a convenience store nearby, which was convenient. However, although the room had a spacious loft and was comfortable, it was disappointing that the carpet on the floor was dirty and the doors of the toilet and bathroom were dusty.

An Okinawa stay with attractive views and Onsen

I used the property for a solo trip at the end of the year. I stayed in the main building, and the front desk service was excellent. They clearly explained how to use the onsen. Guests staying in the main building use "Shimanchu no Yu," but according to the front desk, you can pay 3,500 yen once to use "Uminchu no Yu" in the adjacent building as many times as you like during your stay. Since "Uminchu no Yu" is said to be larger, I would like to try it next time. I only used "Shimanchu no Yu." The bath was a bit small compared to the hotel's capacity, and I was worried about the crowd since it was the end of the year, but perhaps the timing was good. I was able to bathe without as much crowding as I expected. Being an onsen near the sea, I felt a slight saltiness, but it was very pleasant. I chose a twin room with a balcony. There was an inlet in front, and beyond that, I could see planes taking off and landing at Naha Airport, allowing me to enjoy the view. I enjoyed fresh fish and awamori purchased from a nearby supermarket on the balcony and had a very pleasant time. I would definitely like to use it again.

I will never use it again.

I stayed in the annex, but the Facility, Room, and the large bath in the main building are all one star. The front desk was staffed by foreigners, but their Japanese was good, and their proper response left a good impression, but other than that, I definitely do not recommend it.

    The large public bat...

The large public bath, which can be used regardless of the Plan, is small considering the size of the Hotel, and it seems that cleaning cannot keep up due to the large number of users, making both the inside and the changing room dirty. There are only two high-end hair dryers, and the rest are quite ordinary. Since there are more new, clean, and affordable Business Hotels in the vicinity, this place is unlikely to be chosen unless it is at a sale price.

Location + Cost Performance + Service

The location is good, and depending on the season (October), the cost performance might be favorable during the off-season. The front desk staff at check-in had a good vocabulary and left a positive impression. I look forward to visiting again, so thank you in advance.
