I don’t like reviews, but…

How many years has it been…? I’ve always felt this Ryokan offers more than its price—I've always been very satisfied with the Room, the baths, the food, and the service. I used to love Ishida-san. However… This time, I’m disappointed. Even now, I still haven’t heard from a manager… I’m not sure that’s acceptable.
