Room with Open-Air Bath

We stayed for one night with two guests. The Room with an open-air bath was very nice. The Accommodation, including the grounds and garden, is well maintained and very comfortable. All of the staff are young and pleasant. There were also young staff members from overseas, who had been studying hard in their role as attendants. One thing I would like to mention is that during the kaiseki service, there were issues such as an appetizer being spilled, the fish being placed facing the wrong way, and incorrect ingredient names being given. As cultural exchange it was charming and made for an enjoyable time, but I wonder whether it is appropriate to leave everything to one person. I sincerely hope you will preserve a truly Japanese style—an authentic Japanese Accommodation. Thank you for taking care of us. Thank you very much.
